I purchased a [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] grill which arrived damaged due to the broken box. I reached out to the seller, sending before and after photos, along with a picture of the shipping label. I made it clear that the damage wasn't my fault and requested a return with them covering the shipping costs. After apologizing, they mentioned new stock arriving in 5-7 days, to which I agreed to wait for. However, if the item doesn't arrive within a week, I requested a refund, which they agreed to. As of today, the item hasn't been received, and despite the store showing 9 grills in stock, the tracking number provided by the seller corresponds to the broken item, not the replacement. I just want a refund and no further interactions with this seller. The item has disappeared from my purchase history, but I have all the messages exchanged with the seller, photos, and screenshots showing their stock availability.

I came across an Airstream travel camper on Market Place and the seller, Sarah Hamilton, claims it will be shipped through eBay Motors. After receiving an email from "eBay Motors" with instructions and an invoice attached in a PDF, I noticed that the provided phone number, [redacted], does not match any official eBay contact numbers. The seller insists on a payment of $[redacted] to expedite delivery within 3 days, requesting payment through eBay gift cards with a maximum limit of $[redacted] per card. I'm having trouble receiving notifications or emails for the items I'm selling. Recently, I noticed a lack of sales and when I checked the information, I found no offers were coming through. While I clicked on sent offers and saw none, I discovered many completed ones after scrolling through. It seems I could have sold most of my listed items if I had received email notifications for the offers. I have been trying to reach out via calls, emails, and chats since mid-January, but haven't received much assistance. Despite eBay's high fees, it's disappointing that they have not been able to support smaller sellers like me. I've spent a lot of time making calls and received promises of a resolution within 48 hours, which never materialized. It's frustrating that their 48 hours seem to be different from everyone else's. I was given the same promise 10 weeks ago. I'm in need of help or any suggestions for alternative platforms for casual sellers. Thank you for your consideration.

I recently bought a Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM for $[redacted] on eBay and noticed that a 20% discount promotion was not applied to my purchase. After reaching out to eBay's chat service and discussing the issue with a representative, they claimed that the discount was from the seller, not eBay. However, I am certain that all handbags were part of this promotion regardless of the seller. The representative assured me they would contact the seller for a refund. I initiated a return for an item approved by eBay. Despite trying to add the tracking number, it was repeatedly marked as invalid, preventing the addition. Concerned about not getting a refund, I decided to cancel the return and start afresh for a new tracking number. I recently discovered that eBay does not allow for initiating another return, which poses a problem as the item was counterfeit, and the seller engaged in fraudulent activity. The seller is no longer registered on eBay. I urgently need to start a second return for the item due to these circumstances. The case resolved by eBay indicates their decision in my favor, instructing me to return the item by April 08, [redacted], to receive a refund. I must use the provided label or my label, but the return shipping might not be reimbursed. Upon delivery confirmation to the seller, eBay will issue the refund.

I made a purchase with order #03-07[redacted]0 on 11/10/21. After shipping my equipment and tracking it as received by the seller on 11/22/21, I received it back on 1/6/22. Unfortunately, it only worked for a couple of hours before malfunctioning. I returned the broken equipment per the description and it was received on 1/25/22. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times via email and eBay, I have not received any response. The seller indicated he is too busy to reply. I am unable to utilize the Square Trade coverage due to waiting on the seller's instructions. Considering taking legal action as a last resort due to the lack of cooperation from the seller. This situation has left me without my equipment and out of pocket for the service and shipping costs. A resolution to refund my money and return my equipment, a BOSE WAVE MUSIC SYSTEM, MODEL AWRCC1 Serial # 033975C[redacted]6AC, is urgently needed. Your intervention or I may need to seek legal help to address this matter effectively.

I recently purchased a tractor on Facebook Marketplace believing it was a legitimate transaction handled through eBay. I was instructed to buy 10 eBay gift cards and provide the codes to someone claiming to be from eBay on the phone at [redacted]. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. For the past year, I have been dealing with a frustrating situation regarding a buyer on eBay who disputed receiving my shipped item. Despite providing proof of delivery with a signed parcel, the buyer managed to reverse the purchase on their Visa and then closed their account, leaving me with a financial loss. Hello eBay, I have recently encountered an issue where I seem to have been unregistered as a buyer/seller on your platform without any clarification. Over the past 6 months, every time I make a purchase, I receive congratulations on my "1st order," which is inaccurate as I have been an eBay customer for years. On March 21st, I purchased an Apple charger with eBay order number [redacted]1 GB, which is reflected on my bank statement. Upon realizing it was the wrong charger, I attempted to cancel the order, but the seller proceeded with the shipment. After contacting the seller, Owen, I was granted permission to return the item, which I promptly did. However, I have yet to receive the refund as promised. Hello, Mr. Ebay. I want to express my satisfaction with purchasing from Mr. MOLOCO-VELLOCETT00. I am happy with the product's arrival in my country, but I need to address an issue. I was unexpectedly charged £80 plus tax, totaling GBP [redacted] by FEDEX for a customs duty. This charge was not disclosed initially and is causing frustration among many customers in my country. Though some people have challenged these charges in court and received refunds, FEDEX retains packages until the fees are settled. Order [redacted] was placed on 1/3/22. The seller responded to my emails on 2/24/22 and 4/4/22, promising a refund of $[redacted].99 since the order was canceled. Despite trying twice, the seller faced errors processing the refund and requested I submit another refund request. I did so promptly. I have also contacted customer service, who stated they would reach out to the seller, but I have not heard back from them yet. As the seller is struggling to process the refund, I am seeking assistance in expediting this process. I request regular updates from either the seller or yourself. I am in need of talking to a live agent! My account was restricted on eBay, and I had to go through a phone verification process. Despite trying three times due to poor cellular service disconnecting me, I was unable to complete it. eBay hasn't called back, so I attempted to redo the verification. However, I was informed I failed because I didn't finish the questions each time. Now I have to wait 72 hours for another chance, but the Contact Us feature is missing in my account. I am unable to reach a real person through the messaging help as live assistance is unavailable. This situation with eBay is extremely frustrating, and I am disappointed by their customer service.

I'm an eBay seller who needs some guidance. A customer purchased an item from me, and when I went to ship it, they immediately requested to cancel the order. eBay informed me that the cancelation wasn't possible due to the item being shipped, but in reality, I've only printed the shipping label at home and still have the package in my possession.
