Hello, I have been a member for more than 15 years. Unfortunately, I have not been able to make any purchases because someone has been using my account for the past 2 years. Although I can access my account, I am unable to make purchases or communicate with anyone. I keep receiving the following message: "Important notice for buyers: There seems to be a problem with this listing. It appears that there may be unauthorized use of your account. By calling, you can regain access to your user account and resume buying, selling, bidding, and communicating with other members."

The seller's behavior is unacceptable. They are pressuring me to pay without providing an invoice for the item. I have not received the item, and the seller has not given me proper payment information. I believe the seller is engaging in fraudulent activities. I request the invoice and expect the seller to cease their bullying tactics.

I received the eBay item #[redacted]2, order #79-06[redacted]4, a hooded winter jacket on 12/26/[redacted]. The listing stated it was a women's size medium. Despite being a slender, small-framed 5'8" 125lb runner, I usually wear women's small or sometimes even x-small for running jackets. I opted for the women's medium expecting it to accommodate layers. However, upon arrival, the jacket is oddly small, resembling a children's size with very narrow, long arms. It doesn't close around me, the body is too short, and the sleeves, although long enough, fit tightly on my arms. Clearly, it's not a women's medium, small, or even x-small as described. I am requesting a full refund. Your prompt response is appreciated.

I recently bought a phone on eBay, but the seller is refusing to ship the item unless I pay them directly outside of eBay, which is against eBay's guidelines. The seller, lindzeyp-36, seems to be engaging in potentially fraudulent behavior. Can you please cancel my order with order number 16-06[redacted]9 and block this seller from contacting me further? I recently purchased a new Xiaomi mobile phone for $[redacted] on eBay as a Christmas gift for my wife. I used PayPal, which offers a money-back guarantee like eBay. Unfortunately, the mobile phone was not delivered by FedEx, and they falsely reported it as delivered without any proof. I filed a claim with eBay and PayPal, but faced delays and confusion. Initially, eBay approved my claim for a refund, but later canceled it due to my PayPal claim. I promptly canceled my PayPal claim to reinstate the eBay refund, but it cost me both protections. This ordeal has left me without the phone, out of money, and disappointed with the eBay and PayPal money-back guarantee policies.

On December 24, I ordered an iPhone 5S at 7:26 p.m. At 7:38 p.m., I canceled the order because the item was coming from out of the country, and the estimated delivery date was either February 17 or March 17. It was going to take too long, so I decided to cancel. I just received an email saying the item has been shipped. Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you.

I requested to cancel an item one minute after placing the order. The merchant falsely claimed the item had been shipped on 12/28, which is actually tomorrow. Despite the shipping information indicating a shipping number was created, not that the item was actually shipped, eBay refused my cancellation request. I urgently need my glasses repaired, which is why I canceled the order to receive immediate attention, not in March. I previously believed eBay provided customer protection, but allowing dishonest practices like this compromises any safeguards. As a result, I am considering taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased 20 boxes of Decision [redacted] cards. After opening each box, I found that none of them contained any money cards as advertised. Upon checking the product's serial numbers on the website, I discovered that the seller had handpicked these boxes at a discounted rate. Despite reaching out twice to the seller for a resolution, I have not received any response within the time frame requested by eBay. There is no telephone number provided for direct contact. If my issue is not addressed promptly, I will have to consider disputing the payment with my credit card company. Looking forward to your assistance on this matter.

I recently sold an item on eBay but my funds seem to be on hold for 21 days instead of the expected 3 days after delivery. I've encountered this issue before, despite being a seasoned eBay seller. I attempted to request a callback regarding this matter, but it seems there is already one in the system. Could someone please reach out to me? I recently purchased a vehicle via Facebook, but the transaction is being handled through eBay. The advertised price was $[redacted] with no mention of additional fees. After paying with eBay cards, I was surprised to receive an email requesting an additional $[redacted] for insurance and shipping that was not disclosed before. They have threatened that if I do not pay the extra fee, I will lose both the $[redacted] and the car. I am extremely frustrated and would like a refund of the $[redacted] to be processed back to my bank account.

I received a faulty portable electric heater from Donwell Shield with order number 01-0[redacted]9 and item number [redacted]89 priced at $28.33. After it stopped working within a week and a half, I informed them about the issue. Despite my explanation that I couldn't provide a photo of a non-functioning item, they requested one and sent a shipping label for return. Due to health concerns during the pandemic as a 71-year-old with lung disease and cancer, I inquired if they could assist with the return process by sending a label, but they declined, making it challenging for me to arrange the return. Hello, I recently created multiple new eBay seller accounts for my different businesses. One of the accounts, FunWildLife, which I established on December 28, [redacted], got suspended even though I haven't engaged in any activity on it or listed any items for sale yet. I have [redacted] transactions on a buying and selling platform with a blue star rating. Recently, I received 11 emails stating I had canceled bids. However, out of those, 9 had positive feedback, and I only canceled 2 bids. One cancellation was due to the seller's mistake in stock, which was resolved with a refund. Following that, I canceled the CB antenna order. Despite my long history of [redacted] positive, neutral, or negative feedbacks, the platform suspended my account indefinitely, citing a risk to customers. I am puzzled and would like clarification on what went wrong.

I purchased a product for my car model, but it turned out to be the wrong part. The seller suggested selling it locally instead of returning it, leading to multiple exchanges. I expressed my intention to report the seller to eBay if they did not provide a refund. They even requested me to declare a lower value for customs. Later, they contacted eBay and closed my claim. I possess images of the incorrect part, which clearly shows it doesn't match my vehicle. When I ordered the item, eBay assured compatibility with my car.

I am unable to access my eBay account as someone has hacked into it and changed both the email and eBay passwords. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email linked to my account or a text-enabled phone number. Kindly assist in sending a new password to my old phone number, [redacted], so I can regain access to my eBay account. I discovered an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].54 on my PayPal account. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute it as it was taken without my knowledge or consent. This unexpected deduction has caused financial strain as I depend on this money for bills. My bank informed me that paperwork has been submitted indicating the sum is still owed, although I did not authorize any additional charges. I only paid the seller fees for an item sold and was not alerted to any further deductions. I am eager for a swift resolution to this matter. Having a contact number to speak with a representative directly would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received an email from eBay informing me that my account has been permanently suspended. The email states that my account was suspended due to activity deemed risky for the community. According to eBay, I can no longer buy or sell on the platform, and any associated accounts have also been suspended. They mentioned outstanding selling fees need to be paid immediately. I was specifically selling Pokémon cards, with a listing number provided in the email for reference. I am unsure why my account was suspended as I see similar listings on eBay regularly. If anyone has advice or a similar experience, please let me know.

I have been an eBay user for 12 years, primarily as a buyer with a perfect seller rating. Recently, I received unusual bid cancellation notices for items I had already received. Following this, my account was suspended, and a listing for an item I was selling was abruptly canceled. Now, I am unable to conduct any transactions on eBay.
