I received an email containing a link to access my returns label, but upon clicking it, I encountered an error message stating, "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again." The return ID provided is 03-07[redacted]9. I simply aim to return the items to the seller for a refund, but the website is proving uncooperative. Kindly resend me the email with the returns label image so I can proceed with the return as intended. Further details are available upon request. The deadline is November 5, [redacted]. Your assistance in achieving the desired outcome will be greatly appreciated. While the amount involved is small, I seek a resolution to this matter. Thank you, Simon K.

I recently discovered an unauthorized purchase of a teapot and jug charged to my account. This transaction has left me concerned as I did not authorize it, and neither of these items are something I wanted. I am puzzled as to how this occurred since I do not have direct payments set up. I am unable to afford a £[redacted] floral teapot. I have reached out to the seller, who claims there is no suspicious activity on my account after consulting with eBay. I only became aware of this purchase yesterday when I checked my email and promptly contacted the seller. Despite my efforts, the seller is unwilling to cancel the order, and this situation has now put me in an overdraft. Please assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you, Sara

I purchased a Pandora safety chain for £11.98 on 20-7-21. Unfortunately, the clip kept coming undone. I reached out to the seller on 26-7-21 and then again on 30-7-21 but received no response. I warned them I would contact PayPal if I didn't hear back by 4-8-21. After PayPal couldn't assist as the seller wasn't registered, I contacted my bank. They refunded me temporarily but were also unable to reach the seller, so I lost the money. Could you please refund me and mark their file as unsatisfactory? Thank you, Carol K.

I purchased a vintage 90s St Michael [redacted]% Wool Royal Blue Cardigan in an oversized fit, size 16, on eBay from the seller the.unfinished.project. The order number is 17-07[redacted]7, placed on Oct 2, [redacted], and the item number is [redacted]63. According to the tracking information, the item was marked as delivered, but I have not actually received it. I have checked with neighbors, household members, and even visited the local sorting office, but the parcel was reportedly scanned outside the delivery address. Despite the seller's efforts and providing tracking details, I am still without the package. I contacted the seller, who advised me to file a denial of receipt form with royal mail. However, the form on the royal mail website seems more suited for the person who posted the item rather than the recipient. The eBay seller has been cooperative, but I am unsure of what steps I can take next as a buyer if the item is marked as delivered but has not been received.

I purchased an aquarium for £[redacted], and the seller agreed to ship it to me. However, after I paid, he kept making excuses about his grandma and failed to send the aquarium as promised on Monday. I offered to send Hermes for the pick-up, but he refused rudely, insisting I come in person or forget about it. The agreement was for him to post it the day after payment, which he didn't do. The order number is : 23-07[redacted]7 for the Column Aquarium Fish Tank Hexagonal Large. I am seeking help to get my refund as he now refuses. Kindly, I request assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My account has been suspended indefinitely due to a high volume of non-delivered products. In September [redacted], I placed my shop on indefinite holiday mode, making none of my products available for sale as I was uncertain about the account's future. Despite downgrading to a basic shop and continuing to pay £30 per month, this amount ceased being deducted from my bank account in May [redacted]. Upon checking my eBay account, I was surprised to find several unfulfilled orders from April, which I couldn't have anticipated as I hadn't been monitoring the inactive account. Consequently, I received negative feedback and am now urged to rectify a fulfillment deficit despite not actively trading. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, eBay suspended my account indefinitely at the end of August, still billing me £30 each month despite previous assurances to the contrary. I am struggling to resolve this frustrating situation with eBay.

I bought an item, but the payment couldn't go through because the seller has account issues. I attempted to pay three times with two different debit cards. I reached out to eBay for help, but they haven't responded despite promising to address the seller's account problem. The seller canceled the sale after agreeing to sell, claiming issues with my address, which isn't true - they wanted me to cover delivery costs and pay in cash. I have two questions: Can the seller cancel for a false reason after agreeing to the sale? Will this situation impact my flawless purchase record on eBay?

I would like to address an issue with item [redacted]0, advertised as an Ifor Williams trailer. However, upon inspection, the trailer appeared to be heavily modified and not in line with the description provided in the photos. This discrepancy significantly impacted the weight and construction of the trailer. After traveling [redacted] miles to collect the item and incurring additional expenses for accommodation and time, I discovered that it was actually a converted sheep trailer, not resembling the Ifor Williams product as advertised. Despite raising these concerns with the seller, they only offered to resolve the matter through E Bay and showed little regard for the misrepresentation of the item or the expenses I had to bear. Unfortunately, the seller refused to refund the money, leaving me without the trailer I originally intended to purchase.

I have reached an agreement with the seller, zawiszacarny1, regarding listing number [redacted]11 for £[redacted]. However, we are facing challenges in completing the transaction as the seller is unsure how to proceed with either a buy now option or removing the listing. I believe a message from eBay to guide the seller on adjusting the listing would facilitate the completion of our agreed deal. I kindly request eBay to assist in contacting the seller to provide instructions on making the necessary changes. It has been challenging to directly communicate with eBay, and I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you. A.Bowerman

I am frustrated and have already told the hotline at least 5 times that my Postbank account has not existed for 5 years. I still have a balance and will not pay for the returned direct debits. I have deleted the Postbank account multiple times through the app and changed it to the Commerzbank account for all payments, including fees! Even the eBay customer service confirmed several times that the Postbank account was deleted, yet they keep trying to debit it! I refuse to pay the reversals and the fees for returned direct debits and reminders!!! There should still be a balance on the customer account. I am so angry, completely upset, [redacted]% frustrated. As a loyal customer, I expect a generous compensation for the trouble, a credit of all fees, immediate reactivation of my eBay account, and the restoration of my listings. R.R.

I am a business seller on eBay, operating as a sole trader. Recently, I sold a graphic card for £27.50, and on October 25th, I purchased a postage label via eBay for Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, valued up to £50 for loss. Despite the tracking showing a delay, the item was delivered about 3 hours later, as confirmed by the buyer's signature, which, although in their surname, corresponded to the GPS location near them. Although eBay guidelines suggest that if the tracking shows delivery, the case should be closed in my favor, the buyer opened a dispute and claims non-receipt of the item. The buyer, with limited feedback on eBay, continues to dispute the delivery, despite Royal Mail confirming delivery with the item left in a shed, causing some moisture damage. I offered to assist further by testing the GPU, but the buyer declined.

eBay's customer service issued a compensatory voucher after my item was damaged during shipping from the US to the UK via the Global Shipping Program. The voucher's usage wasn't clear, leading me to inadvertently lose part of its balance. Despite a promise to refund £12.62 GBP, I received $12.62 USD, leaving me short by £3.50 GBP due to the currency exchange rate. Despite reporting the error on October 22, a resolution is pending. The initial £20 compensation for the £50 item cost and shipping expenses has left me with only £16.50 after subtracting the lost amount and the currency discrepancy. I seek redress for the oversight and the emotional strain this situation has caused me.

Dear sirs, I am writing to inform you of two issues that require your attention. I have encountered a problem with seller dannym1984 on UK eBay. They have posted negative feedback on two positive reviews I left for items I purchased (No. 1: #[redacted]68, No. 2: #[redacted]16). This violates eBay's policies as negative comments should not be posted where positive feedback is expected. I kindly request the removal of these inappropriate feedbacks. Furthermore, I urge you to review my messages in the problem folder, specifically those addressed to dannym1984 regarding the inaccurate item descriptions and poor customer service I experienced. Item No. 2 (#[redacted]16) was described as "Very slightly used condition" despite clearly showing significant wear. I have chosen to keep the item but seek resolution regarding the misleading description. I believe the seller disregarded my consumer rights and request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Mr. Marc Richard

I purchased an item from an eBay seller in the US, but it arrived broken. After initiating a return, the seller realized it was an international transaction that should have been handled through the eBay Global Shipping Program. Despite my requests to cancel the return, the seller insists I contact eBay customer service. I am stuck as all options on the app lead me back to the return process, requesting a label that won't work internationally. I have experienced similar situations before, and usually, eBay steps in to resolve the issue. This seller is not willing to correct their error and is uncooperative. Attempting to close the return warns me of losing the refund opportunity and prevents me from involving eBay. I need assistance to resolve this dilemma.

I recently ordered a gilet for click and collect, received a message that it was delivered with a barcode, but when I went to collect it, the parcel was missing. The tracking showed it was delivered on November 1st at 10:32 am, but neither the collection point nor I received it. The seller redirected me to contact eBay, where I opened a dispute. Unfortunately, the dispute closed without a refund, even though I couldn't get the item due to it being a gift. The seller claims proof of delivery, likely the message with the picture, but I can confirm that the collection point did not receive it. Seeking advice on the next steps. Thank you.

Last week, I purchased 2 Duracell CR1620 Batteries from Accessory Land Ltd. in MANCHESTER M7 1UH. However, during the guest checkout, the autofill feature entered the wrong address as 4 Torleven View instead of my actual address which is 4 TORLEVEN ROAD, PORTHLEVEN.TR13 9LY. I have contacted the occupants of Torleven View, but they have not received my package. Recently, my wife and I have been unable to access our eBay accounts, causing frustration and annoyance. Due to this issue, we have had to seek alternative purchasing options. Last night, I attempted to contact the seller, but the authentication process was too stressful, especially at the age of 83.

Last week, I placed an order for Duracell CR**** Batteries from Accessory Land Ltd. in Manchester. Unfortunately, when I received the order confirmation as a Guest, the address was autofilled incorrectly to *, Torleven View, Torleven Road, Porthleven. My correct address is * Torleven Road, Porthleven, TR** *LY. The residents at Torleven View did not receive my package. Both my wife and I have had eBay accounts for years, but recently we have been unable to access them and suspect we might be blocked for unknown reasons. This issue has been frustrating, leading us to find alternative shopping sources. Last night, I tried to contact the seller but the authentication process caused unnecessary stress, something I cannot deal with at this time.

Last week, I ordered Duracell CR123 Batteries from Accessory Land Ltd. in Manchester. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the autofill address during the confirmation, and my package was sent to the wrong address at Torleven View instead of my correct address at Torleven Road. I have tried to deal with this problem by reaching out to the occupants of Torleven View, but they have not received my package. Additionally, my wife and I have been unable to access our eBay accounts recently, which has been frustrating. I tried to contact the seller yesterday, but the verification process was overly stressful. I hope to resolve these issues soon. John Simpson Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I made a purchase for ellagic acid with order number 23-07[redacted]2 from Seller Janeway1956([redacted]) for the price of 3 X 21.53 pounds. I received emails confirming the item was shipped with email reference ID: [#c72ab213f96249a69ede707a9c4714f2#]. Despite expecting the delivery by September 24th, it has not arrived. I attempted to file a complaint, but the item is not showing in my account, which is very frustrating. I have proof that the payment was deducted from my bank account. Unfortunately, I was informed by customs that the item was sent back to the seller due to some issue, even though I had paid for customs clearance and already lodged a complaint. I am now seeking a refund. I have been unable to contact the seller due to technical difficulties, and emailing eBay has also proved unsuccessful as the email account is no longer active. This situation is leading me to believe that I may have fallen victim to a scam.
