I have noticed that the Zestimate value of my house on the Zillow website is inaccurate. Despite having an account with Zillow and access to my home, the "My Home" portal on Zillow does not allow me to correct my home's profile. I have submitted multiple tickets to the Customer Care Team as recommended on the Zillow website but have not received any responses. The Zestimate value provided by Zillow is approximately $[redacted],[redacted] below the actual price of my house. However, I am unable to rectify these inaccuracies through the Zillow platform, which could negatively impact the sale of my home. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. As a lawyer, I am prepared to take legal action against Zillow for displaying an incorrect Zestimate value on their website.

Hello, I have been struggling to reach a live person to handle a verification error that occurred when I posted a home at 24 Lindley Ave, Tenafly, NJ [redacted]. During the verification call, I accidentally entered the wrong zip code. As of yesterday, my listing is still under review, but I have not received any updates via call or email regarding this issue.
