Good afternoon, my name is Giuseppe and I have a question. When I open Filmora X, a BugSplat screen appears and informs me of an error, then everything closes and I have to reopen it a second time before I can finally start working! It's very annoying, and even if I type Regedit/Hkey Current User, I can't seem to eliminate this issue. Could you help me with this? I want to mention that I have a valid activation code. Thank you.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Disabled iPhone 8 Plus I am trying to access my late daughter's Apple iPhone 8 Plus, which has become disabled after numerous passcode attempts. Our goal is to retrieve her photos and texts as cherished memories, and it seems she did not back up the phone with iTunes or the Cloud. Initially, the phone displayed a black screen instructing to connect to iTunes when disabled. Now, it shows a white screen prompting to press home to recover, followed by an "Enter Passcode" option accepting the last code entered. After displaying an Apple logo with "Attempting data recovery," it cycles back to a white screen stating "iPhone Unavailable, try again in 1 hour." I am hopeful that one of your programs can assist in resolving these issues so we can access the data on my late daughter's phone. Warm regards, Alan

Hello, I have been having an issue for several weeks now, ever since Filmora 11 was released. The program prompts me to download version 11, I accept, install it, start a new project on 11, save it, and then exit. The next day, I can't open the saved project because it has reverted back to version 10. Since the two are apparently incompatible, I am forced to restart my entire project, which, I must admit, is very frustrating and is delaying my work. What can I do? This is a serious problem. Additionally, it keeps asking me if I want to connect Filmora and stay connected on my computer, even though I don't have the same email address connected elsewhere. It's really bothersome. Please help, I'm getting discouraged. Thank you.

I purchased a permanent license for Filmora yesterday but did not receive a confirmation email. The payment was deducted from my account via instant bank transfer. When I try to retrieve my product license from the website, it says the address provided is not on file. I received emails to my ordering email mentioning the product is still in the shopping cart, but there's no order under that email with support to reach out. I'm unsure how to proceed to obtain the product or connect with someone who can assist me with this problem.

I have already canceled the license set to renew in May. However, I seem to have another license with Order number: Q[redacted][redacted]62, Order date: February 28, [redacted]. Despite this, I keep receiving a message asking me to choose a plan every time I try to edit a document, causing disruptions to my work. Additionally, my old email ojcollas@netcabo is no longer in use, and I have a new one. I suspect this might be the reason for having two accounts. Could you please investigate this issue as my Wondershare PDF Element is not functioning properly? Thank you. - Odette

On April 27, [redacted], I subscribed to Wondershare for a year. Recently, I received notifications for a $20 monthly charge starting on May 4, [redacted]. My account number is B07P95630WP[redacted]. I encountered two issues - first, I was unable to login after many attempts on Saturday as the password provided by Wondershare didn't work. Secondly, I am confused about the additional charges that appear to be a double billing. As a beginner, I chose Wondershare for its special effects. However, if this means continually being charged for every feature, I am considering canceling my subscription.

Hello, I encountered a significant issue with Wondershare's Dr.Fone software. I purchased the Dr.Fone (Mac) - Full Toolkit (CPC), and $[redacted].58 was charged to my credit card. However, the Wondershare webpage indicated a bank decline simultaneously. Despite my bank confirming the deduction, I have not received any license or confirmation email from Wondershare. I've been unable to contact them via live chat, email, or any other means. When I log into their website using my email address and check my subscriptions, it displays no subscriptions either current or pending. As a student who has recently switched phones, I utilized Wondershare Dr.Fone to back up my old device. However, I encountered a prompt to purchase a license when attempting to transfer the backup to my new phone. Hello, I would like to seek assistance regarding the purchase of a Wondershare Demo Creator license by my Asset Manager at JELDWEN, Patrick Duffy. Despite installing Wondershare, I still have the trial version with watermarks on exported video files. I have been struggling to change the background of a short video to a solid color as advised by your Customer Service representative, (JHASMIN). Despite following the instructions, I have not been successful. I would like to send my video to (JHASMIN) so they can understand the issue better. Could you please provide me with an email address to send the video to? I tried sending it via a Zip File as suggested, but it did not work. At 84 years old, I am not very tech-savvy. I had an issue with software billing as it unknowingly charged me for another product. To make matters worse, an add-in subscribed me to another product with automatic payments deducted. This experience with the service was disappointing, especially because there was no customer support available via email. I urge others not to use this service. I recommend using only Wondershare recovery software products. Other platforms have poor services and engage in automatic subscription renewals. It's important not to authorize any additional charges beyond the initial purchase amount, and to carefully monitor the auto-renewal process.

I purchased the System Repair lifetime subscription assuming there was only one subscription for the entire application, Dr.Fone. However, I discovered that I need a subscription for each toolkit in the app. I would like to switch my subscription to the Data Recovery for iOS toolkit as I need that instead of the repair one. I have not used the repair kit yet and would like to change my subscription as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently signed up for Filmora Wondershare but was unaware I was also signing up for 'Effects & Plugins', which I noticed later on. I have been unwell for a few days and only noticed this yesterday. Even though I have already cancelled the subscription, I found out today that the payment had already gone through. I do not need this product and believe this was a mistake. I would like to request a refund for this accidental purchase, please.

I bought Filmora on October 12th on a monthly plan but canceled it within a few hours. However, I was charged again on October 19th for plugins which I did not subscribe to. Even my Filmora subscription was cancelled within the trial period. I kindly request a refund for this additional payment and to have my card details removed from the system to prevent further charges. Thank you.

Hello, I wish to express my disappointment regarding the service I received. I am attempting to unlock an Android phone after not using it for three years and forgetting the PIN. I came across your program online and was swayed by the positive but misleading reviews. After paying nearly 20 GBP for a one-week access, I realized that your program was not effective and simply advised me to perform a hard reset, which would erase all my important pictures. This guidance is readily available for free online, and I did not need to spend money to find it. I feel deceived by this experience and will be contacting my bank to request a refund. I intend to leave a review to warn others about the misleading nature of your services. It is unacceptable to profit off individuals in need by providing useless solutions.

Dear Wondershare Team, I signed up for the monthly Filmora package on November 9, [redacted], which includes a 7-day trial. After purchasing it, the cost of one month was immediately deducted. Then, 7 days later, another $26 was deducted. I am confused because only a week had passed, not a full month, and I did not get the trial (I haven't subscribed to Filmora before). I recently saw your email that was sent to me 3 days ago, too late to act on it. Can you please clarify why I was charged twice? I may have overlooked something, but I would like your assistance and possibly cancel my subscription.

I was using Wondershare Filmora version 8, and I was very happy with it. However, when it came time to renew, I had to download Wondershare version 13. Now, I am unable to access my previous version 8 to save the project I was working on when the program crashed. I am unsure why my subscription did not automatically renew like it did in previous years. I would like to continue using my old version of Filmora. What steps should I take to use my old version?

I had been using Wondershare Filmora version 8 and was quite content with it. However, during renewal, I was prompted to download Wondershare version 13. Now, I am unable to access my old version 8 where I had a project in progress. I am puzzled as to why my subscription did not automatically renew as it did in previous years. Ideally, I would prefer to proceed with using my former Filmora version. How can I go about accessing and using my old version again?
