Last night, I placed an order with my regular Lebanese restaurant, as evident from my ordering history. Despite my phone running low on battery, I trusted that the delivery rider would ring the doorbell or knock on arrival. However, to my disappointment, no delivery attempt was made. Upon returning to my phone, I noticed a missed call, presumably from the delivery person. I find it unacceptable to be charged for an undelivered order, especially since upon reordering, the delivery was successful when the rider knocked on my door, following the standard procedure. I need help canceling my Uber Pass subscription. I subscribed two months ago and canceled it shortly after, but I'm still being charged 4.99€ per month. I can't find any option in the app to cancel the subscription. I have tried screen recording to show this issue. I would like a refund for the charges and to cancel my Uber Pass subscription. I recently ordered groceries from Coop, and unfortunately, the rider missed delivering almost four essential items: organic milk, bananas, yogurt, and bread. Upon contacting Coop, they mentioned the rider forgot to take note of the remaining items. I reached out to their support team via the in-app chat feature, but it's been three days, and I haven't received a response. I would appreciate it if the missing items could be delivered to me promptly. Alternatively, if that's not possible, a refund for the items, service charge, and delivery fee would be greatly appreciated.

I made an order and received a message stating "all items cancelled." Subsequently, I reordered only to realize that I was charged twice for the duplicate order. The restaurant directed me to contact you for resolution. I am requesting a refund for the initial order that was erroneously charged. I had a disappointing experience with my food order from last night. Several items were missing, and the entire meal arrived cold. Surprisingly, the only warm item, baked beans, wasn't even something I ordered. The chicken was extremely hard and cold, making it impossible to eat without fearing for my teeth. This has been a unique issue for me with KFC, and I am very dissatisfied. Considering the amount I spend on Uber Eats, I believe a full refund is warranted. I will be avoiding ordering from that KFC location in the future.

Today, I ordered from KFC Dappermarkt to Arent Krijtstraat 95. I placed an order for a Twister wrap meal, but unfortunately, the wrap was missing from the delivery. When I raised a complaint, they only refunded 1 euro. The cost of the wrap itself is 6.95 euros, and the meal was 11 euros. I'm disappointed with this experience as I expected better from KFC. I kindly request either the missing wrap to be delivered or a refund of 6.95 euros for the wrap.

I recently placed an order with McDonald’s that was not delivered. The order number is GY[redacted]1, and the Uber Eats reference is bb4fa6aa-fab3-4e75-b86c-b55349fc70c3. Despite the app showing the status as delivered, the order never made it to me. I had to place a new order, which did arrive. However, when I requested a refund for the initial undelivered order, I was informed that a refund couldn't be issued without a clear explanation. Yesterday, I placed an order for alcohol from E-Liquor Braamfontein with order number #97DE7 while I was at Zoo Lake. Unfortunately, the driver was unfamiliar with the location, and despite my attempts to direct him to the meeting point next to the tennis court, he left with my order without delivering it. Bulumba's behavior was rude, as he informed me via message that he was returning my items to the shop. This experience left me dissatisfied, and I had to place a new order. I made an order, it was confirmed, prepared, and picked up for delivery. It was almost here, just two minutes away, but suddenly the app crashed. I couldn't contact Uber as they were closed. I made an order to the incorrect address. When I tried to update it, the restaurant said the new location was too distant, so I had to cancel. Subsequently, I contacted the store for a refund but was informed the driver had already collected the food. I am unsure where the driver took the food as I had already requested the cancellation. After my last two orders, upon opening the app, I was prompted to provide feedback. While completing it, I unintentionally gave a tip that I did not intend to give. The final question on the feedback form actually asks if you want to tip the driver, and the button placement is different from the previous questions. If, like me, you are quickly navigating through, you may end up tipping unintentionally. It feels unfair to mislead customers in this way, and I am seeking a refund.

Yesterday, I placed an order with Hfc Oak Lane Bradford branch on Ubar Eats app, but my order was not delivered. The customer service representative assured me the order was on its way, but it never arrived. No one requested the code I was supposed to provide at the door for delivery, and I did not receive any confirmation pictures when the order was allegedly delivered. The delivery person, Muhammad, did not uphold his responsibility and seems to have misled me. Their service is extremely disappointing, and the lack of communication and transparency has left me dissatisfied. I will be leaving a negative feedback rating for this experience.

I recently received my meal but did not get the chicken royal burger or battered sausage that I ordered. After contacting the shop, they informed me it was forgotten and cannot do anything about it. I ordered items from the co-op totaling nearly £40. The delivery included a bag with salmon and prawns, which I did not order. The delivery person acknowledged the mistake and directed me to contact for a refund. After complaining via the app over 24 hours ago, I was finally informed I wouldn't receive a refund. I'm feeling really upset and frustrated at the moment. I'm at home with my four children and I decided to treat them to McDonald's, using the last bit of money I had, totaling £56. Unfortunately, without a car, I had no choice but to order delivery. After waiting for over an hour, the food finally arrived, but most of the order was missing. The Uber driver quickly dropped off the food and left before I could check it. I've attempted to reach out to both the driver and Uber Eats multiple times, but haven't been able to speak to a live person. I haven't been offered a refund, leaving me with no food for my kids and no funds to order anything else. This situation doesn't feel fair at all. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After waiting for an hour and a half for my Uber Eats order from Antalya Turkish Cuisine, I called to inquire about the status. I was informed that the food was on the way. However, 20 minutes later, I called again and was told that my order hadn't even been prepared and would take another hour. I attempted to cancel the order, but since it was already marked as "on the way," I couldn't. The restaurant's response was unhelpful, with the staff rudely suggesting that I cancel despite my inability to do so.

I ordered a boneless meal, but instead received fries and 2 pieces of chicken with bones. The coleslaw, Tango, 2 Flaming Wraps, Zinger Burger, 2 Hot Wings, fries, and beans were all missing from the order. I specifically ordered separate items to save money, and this order cost £29 in total, which was all the money I had left to feed my children. Unfortunately, my kids are now upset as they were looking forward to this meal all week as a treat.

I placed an order recently that was scheduled for delivery by 10:50 PM, but it got pushed back to 11:10 PM. The driver didn't ring the doorbell and mistakenly went to a different house before contacting me. I tried to cancel the order as it was beyond the updated delivery time, but was unsuccessful. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. I have evidence from screenshots and my video doorbell showing the driver's failure to deliver and the significant delays. This is the second time in a row that I have had a negative experience with UBER EATS, and I have decided not to use the service in the future.

I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of customer service availability. Every time I call, the line is busy. When I try to request help through the app, it says there's no order. I placed an order with Ali Bavas at 1:56 AM but have not received anything. It's disheartening to pay for a service monthly and be unable to contact anyone for assistance. The current system makes it nearly impossible for customers to reach out directly. This experience feels like a money-making scheme, as there's no way for us to make inquiries or raise complaints easily.
