I placed an order for collection, with reference #34990CB5. I ordered 2 double sausage and egg McMuffins with extra sausage, pancakes with sausage and extra sausage with syrup, and 3 hash browns. However, upon receiving my order, I was given a sausage McMuffin, 2 hash browns, pancakes without sausage or syrup, missing a hash brown and a double sausage and egg McMuffin. Additionally, the McMuffin that was included was missing a sausage. They also included a porridge that I did not order. When I reported the errors, they claimed I was not entitled to a refund, which is unacceptable.

I have a pending charge on my credit card for Uber Eats, which I never use. I recently changed my card, but Uber Eats is now trying to charge my new one. On 10/9/22, my friend used it once for Uber months ago as a one-time occurrence, but now Uber Eats has been using the card without my authorization. I am attempting to have this person remove my card from their account, but they are not responding to my calls. My name is Ben, and my contact number is [redacted]. I placed an order for food, but the restaurant cancelled it and incorrectly claimed that I had requested the cancellation. I am seeking a refund of £16.83 for the Favourites Chicken & Ribs (Hatfield) order. I contacted the restaurant, and they confirmed they didn't prepare the food. Although Uber Eats mentioned a cancellation fee in an email, the restaurant assured me I would be refunded. I received an email and a notification on my Uber app on September 10th, [redacted], stating that I could get £12 off my first 5 orders when spending £15 or more. After selecting our meal and proceeding to checkout, I applied the discount code provided. Unfortunately, when I entered my bank details to make the payment, the discount was not applied, and I ended up paying the full price. I reached out to the restaurant, but they mentioned they were unable to assist me and advised me to contact Uber. I am contacting you now to request a refund for my order.

Hello, I sent a complaint email to you 3 days ago regarding the unpleasant experience of my order being stolen by your delivery person, and I have not received a response from you yet. Here is a summary of my email. I would appreciate a prompt reply and a refund for this order. I placed the order on Sunday at Quick Merlan, order number A5927. I spoke with the delivery person on the phone to help him enter my residence through the gate, but he never actually delivered the order to my building. My residence consists of building 9, with a football field between the gate and the building. There was no direct handover of the order. When I asked him about the delivery, he rudely replied that it was not his problem and left the order on the street in front of the gate. I checked the location, but the order was not there. I request a full refund for this order and address my dissatisfaction with your dishonest delivery person. Please take the necessary actions. Hello, I recently used a promotion that gave me £12 off on orders over £15, and it worked perfectly for me. I logged in to the website and noticed that the promotion is still showing. I am unsure if it's still valid or if it's a website error. The promotion is set to expire on October 21st, [redacted], at 3am. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app last night for delivery to my home address through Uber from the Kingstown Carlisle location. Despite receiving a message that the driver had arrived, no one was there when I went outside to meet them. After messaging back, I got no response and my order was then marked as delivered. I have been trying to reach out since last night as my order never arrived, leaving me and my children without food. I paid £20 for this order and it is unacceptable that it was not delivered to me. I am unsure where it was actually delivered, but someone received a free McDonald's at my expense.

I had a disappointing experience with my Uber Eats order from the McDonald's on Watling Street in Milton Keynes. The order was £36, but there were issues with the delivery driver's car. After waiting for a while, I decided to go and collect my food myself, which defeats the purpose of using a delivery service. Sadly, by the time I got the food, it was cold. What's more frustrating is that after collecting the food, I saw the driver driving away without any apparent car trouble. This was not the service I expected, especially after paying a delivery fee. I would like a full refund for this inconvenience, as I had to go out of my way to get my cold food. The driver also did not match the profile picture, adding to the overall disappointing experience. I have video evidence of the driver leaving in his supposedly broken-down car, so I feel the need for a resolution.

Tonight, we ordered from Maggiano’s using the UberEats app. Our order was placed at 7:30 pm, and by nearly 9 pm, three different drivers had supposedly been assigned to pick up our food. After the third driver canceled, we contacted the restaurant and found out that our order had been picked up nearly 30 minutes before we called. This was quite a frustrating experience as we had to cancel the order and hope for a full refund. Typically, we use this app regularly and haven't encountered any problems. However, this mishap disrupted our Saturday night treat meal plans. We were disappointed not only by the missing food but also by the inconvenience of having to leave the house after 9 pm to retrieve our meal.

My partner placed an order with Asda but the delivery went to our old address. Despite trying to cancel, the order went through. The driver called at the old address and was given our new location. He then demanded £10 for the delivery error, causing my partner to feel threatened with 2 young children at home. We eventually received the order, but the experience was distressing. I am upset that such unprofessional behavior happened, especially since my partner is recovering from cancer. I would appreciate a prompt response to address this upsetting situation.

Hello, I'm reaching out about an issue I experienced about two nights ago with an Uber Eats order. Order number: 1CBAC I placed an order with Honest Burger (Spitalfields) for one blue cheese burger with a gluten-free bun and chips, one Buffalo chicken burger with a gluten-free bun and chips, and one portion of onion rings. Upon receiving the order, I realized it was incorrect. I received one plant-based burger that was not gluten-free, one non-gluten-free cheeseburger, a portion of chips, and a salad. I contacted the restaurant, received an apology, and was advised to reorder as Uber Eats would issue a refund due to the driver's error. As someone with a severe gluten allergy (celiac), receiving the wrong order with gluten was not only incorrect but also unsafe for me. I was refunded £1.5, but considering the total cost of £38 for the first order (not received) and £39 for the second order, I am requesting a thorough review for a full refund as the mistake was not mine.

I placed an order for a medium value meal on the McDonald's app for delivery through Uber Eats, totaling £5.98 with delivery. Despite providing my mobile number, tracking the driver, and being informed the food would arrive by 8:30pm, the order did not reach me. I ended up ordering a double burger which incurred an additional £3.99 delivery fee, as I had been waiting since 7:50pm and was still without my meal by 8:50pm. I decided to order McDonald's from our local restaurant to cheer up my daughter after a rough day. Regrettably, when the food arrived, it was cold and not fit to eat. I had to throw everything away except for the milkshake. It was upsetting as this is the McDonald's we usually rely on without any problems. The order was from the McDonald's on Beechings Way, and the order number is MM[redacted]56. Despite the disappointment with the food, I must say the delivery driver was polite and friendly.

I received two individual meals instead of the family pack for four that I ordered. I was supposed to get 4 picanhas, pork belly, 3 sausages, 3 cheese bread, mashed potatoes, salad, and rice. What arrived were two orders with picanha and salad on the side. I contacted the restaurant, and after waiting almost an hour for the missing items, they mentioned they were waiting for a taxi. Frustrated, I decided to cancel and requested a refund, but the restaurant advised me to do it through Uber Eats. I couldn't reach Uber Eats customer service, and I noticed that the charge had already been processed on my bank statement.

I am disappointed by the poor service from Uber Eats. Tonight, I experienced issues with two separate orders. Firstly, I ordered from McDonald's, providing the correct postcode and address; however, I received a call from a different country regarding delivery, causing confusion. After waiting for 40 minutes, I learned my order was mistakenly placed in Northern Ireland and eventually canceled. Despite this, I decided to try ordering from Uber Eats again for a local pizza, but it has not arrived, even though it is two hours late. I am beyond frustrated and plan to file an official complaint, and if necessary, escalate the matter to the ombudsman. This level of service is unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from McDonald's. Yesterday, I placed an order worth £26, and what I received was not worth even a penny. I was missing 20 chicken nuggets and all the food was stone cold, making it inedible. Eating a meal that is cold and of poor quality is unacceptable. The buns were chewy, the meat was bland and cold. This entire order was a complete joke. After speaking with the delivery person and contacting the restaurant, I was directed to Uber Eats for a refund. I promptly followed the instructions and was only offered a £5 refund, which is insulting considering the entire order was a disaster. Paying a £5 delivery fee should ensure that the food is at least delivered in decent condition. I am still waiting for my full refund and will not be ordering through Uber Eats again.

I placed an order with Walmart yesterday. They were supposed to deliver it between 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. but no one showed up by 10:00 last night. I called today to reschedule, but they still couldn't arrange the delivery due to a computer issue. They are blaming the problem on you. I noticed two unfamiliar charges on my PayPal account: $6.30 from Uber Technologies, Inc. on 10/20/22, and $8.08 from Uber Eats on 10/22/22. Although I last used Uber Eats on Sept. 15, [redacted], these charges do not appear in my account history. I kindly request that Uber Eats and Uber Technologies provide me with an explanation for these charges and promptly issue a refund or credit to my account. Thank you.
