Hello, I am seeking help because while trying to recover my brother's account, a misclick caused me to inadvertently provide the wrong account name to SuperCell, resulting in my account being banned. I value the security measures in place but assure you I had no ill intentions towards my brother's account. I was even considering purchasing a gold pass. I have always adhered to your safety and fair play guidelines. I am requesting that my account be reinstated as I have lost both money and access to the gold pass. My player tag is #9JJJL90PY, in-game name as The Power Samir, Town Hall level 10, clan name Swam Power, XP level undisclosed.

Recently, I had to reset my son's iPad as it was running out of space. During this process, I tried setting up a Supercell ID for his game progress but it didn't save properly. After restoring a backup, he luckily regained all his progress. However, whenever I log him into his Supercell ID, it resets his progress. Is there a way to merge his significant progress with his Supercell ID account, which currently shows zero progress? Hello Supercell, My account with the username Legend Ruzaib and Tag #LL98YGPVL has been banned. I was playing on a OnePlus 7T Pro McClellan, previously on a OnePlus 3, and before that on a Samsung Note 2. My Town Hall level is nearly maxed, with fully maxed walls. The ban occurred when I was attempting to change the email address of my other account, username Happy Rokk's and Tag #PLLYYPCV0. The original account's Supercell ID is [redacted], first logged in on a Redmi Note 3 and currently on an Oppo F9. I play in the clan GALAXY WARRIORS with both accounts and have participated in cwl with them. I have dedicated a lot of time to building these accounts, especially the one that got banned, which I have played on for almost 6 years. It would mean a lot to me if you could please reconsider and unban it.

I recently purchased a new LG G8X mobile phone and transferred my data from the old device to the new one. Upon installing Clash of Clans (COC) on my new phone, I encountered issues with the SUPERCELL-ID login. I attempted to contact support through the "contact us" option but faced difficulties interacting with the automated bot named "ATTO." Despite providing accurate information such as village name, Town Hall Level, Clan Level, Clan Name, Clan ID, and Experience number, the bot failed to locate my village. In the past, I shared my Clash of Clans account with my cousin for playing without realizing that it violated your terms and conditions. Despite knowing my account details, email address, and password, I am unable to access my account. Every time I try to log in through Supercell, it indicates that my account is locked and requests an unlock code. I reassure you that the account solely belongs to me and I have no intention of sharing it again. I received a one-month ban for "Account phishing." I found out that my cousin attempted to access another player's account using my Supercell ID password. I confronted her, and she confessed. I had instructed her not to use my account, and she assured me she logged out and removed it from her device, but that wasn't the case. I believe the ban shouldn't have been applied to my account since I was not the one responsible for the unauthorized access.

Years ago, I attempted to recover my old account (kki99) using my backup account (kki991). After contacting someone from Supercell, my account was mistaken for being involved in account theft and was subsequently banned. As a result, I have not played the game since. I would like to request the unbanning of my original account (kki99, Town Hall 8, #qpqojlcr) so I can enjoy playing again. The banned account is (kki991, Town Hall 3, #vr82ulyc). Thank you.

My name is Wahaj. I was banned due to allegations of phishing, which was a misunderstanding. I was trying to recover an ID belonging to its rightful owner. It feels unfair to be treated this way after playing lawfully for nearly six years with Supercell. I would appreciate a proper conversation as I believe I deserve better treatment.

I am voicing my objection to the recent permanent removal of a member from our adult-only Clash of Clans clan, STL BLUES FANS. Our clan description makes it clear that we are not easily offended, and many of us have built lasting friendships beyond the game. The current culture of censorship and cancelation is concerning, and the decision to ban a valued member is unacceptable. If the ban is not reversed for SnepstsStash, I, along with other clan members, will consider discontinuing financial support for Supercell games. Please reinstate the account promptly. We have three devices with the same Apple ID and Game Center account, each having its own Brawl Stars account. One account named KittyEllen has been lost. We are unable to connect with Supercell due to age restrictions. This account had some money spent on it. We have other accounts connected to KittyEllen and would like to recover it. Please assist in locating and restoring the KittyEllen account so we can resume playing on it.

My son tried to regain access to his previous account by providing all the necessary information, such as our clan's name and location. He has been eagerly waiting for a response for three days. However, rather than helping, he was unfairly banned for 31 days for fishing! This situation is incredibly frustrating. Please rectify this issue promptly. Why was he banned? He is only 11 years old, not a robot or a fisherman, just a child. As his father, I kindly ask for his account to be reinstated and for your assistance in recovering it.

Hello everyone, I recently installed the December 2nd update for the game, but I'm encountering an issue where the game crashes upon loading. Here are the steps to reproduce the problem: 1) Device: Samsung Galaxy S9+ 2) OS: Android version 10 3) Game behavior: When loading the game, I first see the start screen, then it goes black for approximately 2 seconds. After that, I briefly see the game where I left off (in the house builder area) for about 2 seconds before getting another black screen and the app closes. 4) I haven't attempted to test the game on other devices yet. On October 29th, I noticed an unauthorized transaction on my card for $[redacted].49 for a Trunk of Diamonds in Farmville, along with another charge of $42.19 for a Chest of Diamonds that I did not make. Although the $[redacted].49 charge shows as refunded in my purchase history, I am still concerned about the $42.19 charge. I've since blocked the card linked to my Google Play account and added a new card; however, Google has now blocked the new card, affecting my automatic monthly payments for other apps. Is there a way to unblock my new card to receive the refund for the unauthorized charges and resume my monthly app payments? Thank you.

I am in urgent need to recover my account that was disabled for suspected phishing, which I vehemently deny. I was simply attempting to regain access to my old account, but was unsuccessful due to forgetting my email. This led to a permanent ban, which seems unjust. I am a young player who loves your games, investing time and money into them. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I'm reaching out for help with my iPhone. After the recent update, I'm unable to update my game on my 2nd account linked to my iPad. I'm worried that if I delete and reinstall the app, my account with the name "lil splinter 2," player tag PCOQ28CCC, belonging to US Pride Elite clan, with town hall level 8, might be lost permanently. Hello sir, One day, my younger brother's account was locked for security reasons. He's only 10 years old and didn't know how to recover it, so he asked me to help. While trying to recover his account and answering the questions asked by SUPERCELL about the devices used to log into the account, I accidentally clicked the wrong model and my account got banned.
