We keep noticing a recurring charge of $42.83 on our AA Advantage credit card each month, with the latest bill dated May 11th, originating from account [redacted] NY. We only have subscriptions for our two vehicles, a Toyota and an Equinox, and traditionally, we were billed once annually for a year's worth of service. Our preferred channels are Bluegrass and music from the 40s era when radios were popular. The charge appears on the credit card statement for Betty M. Duckworth, with the card ending in [redacted]. Since the end of [redacted], I have had an account with Sirius. Each year, I would prepay around $[redacted] for the following year. However, in December [redacted], I noticed Sirius started charging me over $27 per month without my consent. This adds up to an unauthorized total of $[redacted] for the past 32 months, far exceeding what I previously agreed to. I find it unreasonable to pay more than $[redacted] annually for a car radio service. I contacted the Service Department at [redacted], and they provided me with a dispute number of [redacted]. They assured me that the Corporate Solutions Team will reach out, but were unable to supply me with a direct phone number for them. If this situation happened in reverse with excessive charges and lack of resolution, I would be frustrated as well. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution and request the phone number for the Corporate Solutions Team for direct communication.

I recently cancelled my subscription, but I was just billed again. I received an email confirming a recent transaction on my SiriusXM account, detailing the cancellation process.
