I am experiencing intermittent sound issues with my Galaxy Z Fold 4. Today, I noticed that there is no sound on my phone, but my Duolingo app has sound. The alarm function is also without sound currently. Yesterday, the day started with no sound on my phone, but the sound returned later. Similarly, Duolingo had no sound initially but sound returned later. These sound problems seem to happen randomly. My phone is almost one year old, purchased through the Samsung buy-back scheme. I am hesitant to factory reset the phone because of the numerous cards stored on it (bank, store, rail, etc.), and I cannot be without the phone at this time.

I have a 20-month-old Samsung washing machine under an extended warranty. On Saturday, the 21st of October, I attempted to contact them through their chat line. However, after being asked to hold for a technician for 60 mins on two occasions, the call cut off. Today, I tried again four times but was left waiting for over 45 mins each time with no response after being told I would be put through to someone in 2-5 mins. This experience has not only damaged my clothing but also left me with limited options due to my reliance on the machine for medical hygiene reasons. I am considering hiring a repairer to fix the issue promptly given the lack of response and assistance from Samsung.

I bought a Samsung TV from Currys on October 24th, the last day of the £[redacted] cashback promotion. After receiving the TV, I attempted to claim the cashback but found the link removed from the website, although the terms stated a 30-day window for claims. Despite multiple attempts via phone, email, and messages to Samsung, I have been unable to reach a helpful contact. All my efforts lead to automated messages with no assistance. I simply seek guidance from a live person at Samsung on how to claim the owed £[redacted]. Thank you, Gwyn.

I recently bought a Samsung 49-inch Odyssey curved monitor and carefully followed all the setup instructions. However, after a few days, I noticed multiple bubbles under the screen when it was turned off. Upon contacting Samsung, they immediately blamed me and insisted that I pay for the repair. I disagree with their assessment as I handle all my tech devices with extreme care. I had a previous 34-inch Samsung monitor without any problems. Research online reveals that this bubbling issue is common with Samsung's curved monitors and their typical response is to blame the user.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance with an issue regarding a Samsung A14 phone that was purchased new from eBay. After only a few days of use, the phone became locked out even though we are certain the passcode was correct. We are currently unable to power off, reset, or take any other actions with the phone. Removing the SIM card did not resolve the issue, as a message suggests contacting Samsung for a reset. I appreciate your prompt response to this matter. Thank you. I am having trouble accessing my Samsung account as the phone number linked to it is not mine. When trying to reset my old phone, the Samsung S20 FE, I encounter the same issue. Despite my correct number showing in my profile, I did not input the incorrect number causing access problems. This is causing significant issues and restricting my access to important features on my new phone, the Samsung A54.

Subject: Issue with Samsung Folding Phone Repair Under Warranty I am writing to address an issue regarding my Samsung folding phone that I purchased through Sky 9 months ago. Despite enjoying the phone, I became aware of the well-known problem with a crease causing faults in these models, as discussed on Digital Trends and acknowledged by Samsung itself. After 9 months of use, my phone's inner screen developed a thick black line along the hinge, rendering the screen unresponsive. I sent the phone in for repair under warranty, only to be informed that a "chip" issue voided the warranty, even though it is unrelated to the problem - a common issue with this model.
