I used a tracked and signed service costing £20.80 to send small Christmas presents for my grandchildren to open on Christmas Eve. The Royal Mail website still shows the status as 'awaiting dispatch from UK' since 6/11/20. The Post Office mentioned that the package might not have been scanned in Dubai by the couriers. I am hoping the presents arrive in time for Christmas Eve. I contacted customer service and waited over an hour, but they couldn't provide details as the partner website in UAE is down. I understand I can file a claim tomorrow, but it would mean a lot for the children, aged 6 and 7, to receive the gifts on time.

I'm eagerly anticipating an important letter, but it hasn't arrived yet. The sender mentioned it was sent 1st class last Thursday, just 4 miles away. I'm really worried as this letter is crucial for my Christmas plans. I have been unable to contact anyone about its whereabouts. An envelope measuring 11cm x 21cm with a blue 2nd class stamp and a Birmingham postmark was received on 02/12/20 for Miss A Laws at Dean Bradley House, 52 Horseferry Road, London, SW1P 2AF. The company at this address has since moved, as indicated by the RTS CO MOVED marking on the envelope. The envelope, without a return address, was posted in the postbox near Ravello on Horseferry Road. I am seeking guidance on how to recover this letter. I sent a tracked and signed international parcel to Kazakhstan from the Williton Post Office in West Somerset on Wednesday, November 11th. The tracking information was last updated at 12:45 AM on Friday, November 13th, showing it was leaving Langley HWDC. Unfortunately, there have been no updates on the Royal Mail or KazPost websites since then, and the recipient has not received the parcel yet. The tracking number for the parcel is RY[redacted]00GB. It is a valuable package.

I am inquiring about a missing parcel. I received an email on December 4th stating that my order was on its way, but the tracking number provided was 0. The estimated delivery time was 5-6 days after I ordered from Pandora on November 28th. I contacted Pandora, and they advised me to reach out to Royal Mail. I purchased a parcel from Game that was shipped with 48-hour tracking on December 5, [redacted]. I received a text stating it would be delivered on Monday, December 7, but it did not arrive. The tracking status has not been updated since Saturday, December 5, showing it is at Home Counties North MC. I have attempted to contact Royal Mail by phone, but the line is automated. Emails are being answered but without any resolution. It seems impossible to speak to a person regarding this issue with the delivery.

I made a purchase from Velvet Caviar in the US. I paid the customs fee last Wednesday and received an email confirmation from Royal Mail. Last Monday, on December 7th, I sent a parcel for my friend from Stevenston Ayrshire Townhead St. branch via 2nd class signed for. However, when I track the parcel online, it still shows as being at the post office branch where I sent it from. I am frustrated as I chose 2nd class signed for to ensure my friend receives it on time, but she hasn't gotten it yet. I am worried and really need to know if it will be delivered to her or not. Hello, I accidentally sent my package from the UK to Dublin instead of Poland. The tracking information shows that my parcel has been at the Dublin Mail Center since December 8th. RoyalMail says the parcel has left the overseas international logistics center, but there's no update on its whereabouts in Poland. I was informed via text that my parcel would be delivered on December 7th, but it has not arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact Royal Mail, I keep getting disconnected. My emails have been unsuccessful as well, receiving a response indicating the email service is down. My parcel seems to be stuck at the Home Counties North MC without any movement through the system. This package includes an item I paid for as a 48-hour tracked delivery, and it contains a valuable item that I cannot replace easily. I simply want to locate my parcel or have it delivered promptly. My frustration is not directed towards the postmen but at the sorting office for the lack of communication and poor customer service.

We are experiencing issues with our delivery address due to the postcode generator not providing the full address details. Our postcode is PE28 2NQ, and the address generated is listed as THE BARNS, LITTLE RAVELEY, HUNTINGDON, CAMBS. However, our correct address should include WENNINGTON ROAD, making it THE BARNS, WENNINGTON ROAD, LITTLE RAVELEY, HUNTINGDON, CAMBS. Including WENNINGTON ROAD is crucial for us as it is a defining feature of our location in this rural area, identified by highway signposts as the route to Wennington.
