I made a purchase on Friday, March 27th, and paid extra for a 2-day delivery. I needed the item urgently for today. I received an email yesterday saying it would arrive yesterday, but it hasn't. The tracking still shows it as "received at Horley Royal Mail." I paid more for quicker delivery, but it's not here yet. I know there are challenges due to the Coronavirus, but I've been getting mail last week, so why not this package? I really need it. Thank you.

I sent an item via first class on April 4th, expecting it to arrive the next working day. However, it has not been delivered yet. When I track the reference number, it only shows, "You will receive an update when we attempt to deliver your item." I believe they may have misplaced it since delivery should have been attempted by now. Unfortunately, when I try to contact their helpline, the call gets disconnected.

I purchased a fee payment card yesterday and attempted to pay online. However, upon my first attempt, I received an error message requesting a pre-authorization payment. Despite the assurance that no charges would be deducted, my account was actually charged. I made a second attempt, encountering the same issue, and was charged twice. I have been calling for the past hour, but the calls keep disconnecting without any wait time. I would appreciate resolving this matter without visiting the local office as I am currently self-isolating.

Hello, I need to reschedule the delivery of my parcel. I attempted to contact your email redelivery service, but it is giving an error. The parcel was not delivered to my address on 8/4/20. Unfortunately, there was no reference number left on the card that was placed through my door. I went to my local office in Sheepscar Leeds today to collect the parcel, but it was closed due to the coronavirus. I tried calling for redelivery, but I was informed that only urgent delivery calls are being accepted, with long waiting times. I shipped 24 parcels on March 24th at 10:27 am - 5 to the USA, 1 to China, and the rest to the UK. All have reached their destinations except one. I used Track & Trace Signed For on Delivery. Despite this, when I track the parcel with number RN[redacted]80GB, it shows it's still at Langley HWDC. I've been trying for four days to locate it with no success. Customer Service wasn't helpful - only an unhelpful automated system. I paid £11.28 for secure delivery; where is my parcel? An upset customer in the USA is pressing me for their package, and I can't get any answers apart from speaking to a frustrating automated system at Royal Mail.

I bought a WiFi camera from eBay on March 9th, but I have not received it yet. I opened a claim with the seller, but eBay wants me to reach out to you first. The tracking information shows that the item was delivered on March 19th, but I can confirm that it has not arrived. I checked with my neighbors, and they have not accepted any parcels on my behalf. I placed an order for a ring with TreasureHub Australia in early March. The item was posted on the 19th of March, with receipt reference lk[redacted]75au. According to the tracking information I received from Etsy, the package was last located in Sydney on the 23rd of March before it was supposed to depart to the United Kingdom. After the seller informed me that the item was sent to the UK on the 24th, we both became worried about its whereabouts, considering the impacts of Coronavirus19 on shipping delays. I am unsure of the next steps to take, especially with today being a Bank Holiday. Should I forward the Etsy email and seller information to a specific address? Or is this delay standard due to the current situation, leaving me unnecessarily anxious? In essence, the product is missing, and as I have experienced troubles with Royal Mail in Harrogate before, I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this to track down the missing item. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased three items from eBay UK while I'm located in Germany. The seller shipped the items without providing a tracking number. After waiting for about two weeks with no delivery, I contacted the seller to inquire about tracking details, but received no response. Unsure if tracking was included, I opened a case on eBay after three weeks of waiting. The seller later provided a tracking number, but by then, the parcel was returning to the UK. Despite my efforts to seek assistance, the seller has been unhelpful and has even blocked me. I now need evidence to prove the parcel's return to get a refund via PayPal. I contacted Royal Mail by phone, provided the details, and was informed that I would receive a response within 72 hours. I understand the pressure your staff are facing and am not looking for special treatment. However, this situation highlights a concerning failure in the system. I made a purchase from someone on Facebook and opted for special delivery expecting it on Wednesday. Unfortunately, there was a postcode error by the sender, which was later corrected by Royal Mail. Currently, my tracked parcel shows it's in Bridgend instead of Pontypridd where I live. The tracking information mentions delivery today, but I am unsure which address was corrected. I've been unsuccessful in reaching Royal Mail by phone as only urgent calls are accepted. I'm anxious as I can no longer contact the seller on Facebook and fear the parcel might be returned, resulting in a significant loss of money. The item was dispatched on Tuesday, due Wednesday, and it's already Thursday without the delivery.

I am still waiting for my parcel. No one has knocked on my door; all I received was a "something for you" card. I went to the Falkirk GPO, but it's only open from 7-9 am, which I cannot make due to work. I have tried calling the automated phone system, but it keeps getting my address wrong. Please arrange for a redelivery to 36 Fleming Gardens, Camelon, Falkirk. The Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed item with reference number SF 5[redacted] 2GB is to be delivered by SD at 1 pm. I am facing an issue on my eBay store where a customer claims they haven't received an item. I've tried reaching out to Royal Mail to obtain a proof of delivery document showing the item was delivered. However, I encountered frustration when attempting to contact them via phone. The call gets cut off after a certain word, leading me to believe it's intentional. I hope Royal Mail can address this and fix their phone line to assist customers more effectively. This experience has been disappointing, and I may have to consider alternative shipping options in the future.

Tracking number VE[redacted]15GB indicates that the item has been delivered back to the sender on 14/4/20 and signed for by PETE. After contacting Customer Service at 0[redacted], I spoke with Libby around 9.15 am. She mentioned the package was redirected from N20 0EJ to an address at "The Hyde," but due to data protection regulations, she couldn't provide the specific address. I inquired if it was the sorting office at The Hyde NW9 4EW, and she confirmed it was not. I urgently need to locate this package as Barnet Council is expecting items from it, and they are unaware of any redirection address.

I called on April 15th regarding a package with tracking number GV [redacted]28GB. The person I spoke to confirmed the item was delivered but mentioned there was an issue with the postcode not matching. I received an email from Royal Mail signed by Mr. Liam Brett stating the item was delivered. However, when I called [redacted]0, I was on hold for over an hour twice and got disconnected both times when I was asked to verify my address. I am frustrated as I have lost the mobile phone I ordered and will be out of £79.99 because the post office will not refund the seller and I won't receive the phone. The confusion arises from multiple addresses at "2 Studfall" leading to misdeliveries, highlighting issues with postcodes. Mr. Brett's email had no signature requirement. Hello, this is Maria. I'm facing an issue because I forgot to include the house number in the delivery address for an order shipped from England. The order consists of 4 t-shirts specially made for a campaign supporting hospitals in Verona and surrounding areas. I made the purchase on the website "Everpress" a few weeks ago. I started suspecting an issue with my order a week ago when almost all my friends/acquaintances in the Verona area had already received their t-shirts. Unfortunately, I am uncertain of their whereabouts as I don't have the tracking number. Everpress informed me that they rely on Royal Mail for deliveries, but without a reference code, I can't track the t-shirts. In summary, the order details for #[redacted] from Everpress were under my name, Maria Civieri, and the package was supposed to be delivered to "via del Risorgimento 30, Verona, [redacted]."

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding a package I purchased online with 1st class postage. I dropped it off at my local delivery office on 23/03/20, located at London Rd in Amesbury. Unfortunately, the package has not reached its intended destination, and I suspect it may be lost in transit within the system. Dear Sir/Madam, I missed my brother's GQ magazine delivery today without knowing he had subscribed to it. I mistook it for an unordered item and asked the postman to return it hastily without checking properly. Now, realizing the mistake, I wish to retrieve the magazine tomorrow as my brother is currently not in Nuneaton.
