The hacker has accessed my personal information, changed my password, and updated the phone number associated with my account. Despite attempting the two-step verification, I am unable to regain access. The system is requesting an authenticator code that I never set up. I hold sentimental value for my Roblox account, as I have been playing since my childhood and it holds a significant place in my life. My YouTube channel is linked to my account under the username papitobueno7777, where you can verify my identity by reviewing my content. Please temporarily lock my account, investigate any suspicious activity, as I have noticed that some of my limited items have been traded away. I am feeling upset and fearful. I am unable to log into my account, m3ide, as I have forgotten my password. Unfortunately, my iPad, where the password is saved, is not turning on. The same goes for my iPhone, which is currently being repaired at a workshop. I'm unable to access my email to reset the password. I have tried contacting Roblox, but the number provided is not recognized in the UK. I have many games and items purchased with Robux on my account, including Bloxburg, Berry Avenue, Adopt Me, Fashion Famous, Piggy, Brookhaven, Tower of Hell, Ragdoll, and Uno. These games hold sentimental value to me, especially Fashion Famous and Adopt Me, as they were my first games and remind me of playing with friends. Creating a new account would mean losing all my progress, memories, and items. Please help me regain access to my account, m3ide. Thank you.

I recently found myself locked out of my account on Roblox after attempting to reset the security pin code. I had forgotten the pin code and wanted to update my profile, but instead of resetting the pin, Roblox Support responded saying they couldn't verify ownership and therefore couldn't assist further. Shortly after that, I received an email informing me that my email verification was disabled due to a support ticket I had submitted. While playing a game on Roblox, I got disconnected and encountered an error message about the same account being accessed from a different device. When I tried to log back in, I was surprised to find myself at the login screen. Despite trying my usual password, I was met with an incorrect password message, causing me to panic. After checking my emails, I realized Roblox Support had deactivated my email verification, leading me to initially suspect foul play by a hacker. It dawned on me that Roblox Support had locked me out of my account because I requested a pin code reset. It has been nine days since I lost access to my account, and despite reaching out to Roblox Support multiple times via email and even having my brother call, I have not received any helpful responses. I have ample proof of ownership through receipts and transactions, yet Roblox Support never asked for verification before locking me out. I am deeply upset and worried about not getting the assistance I need to regain access to my account, which holds sentimental value to me as it is where I have made cherished memories and friendships over the years. Any advice or information on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated as I fear Roblox Support may continue to ignore my pleas for help, leaving me without access to my beloved account permanently.

Good evening, My Roblox username is liladzzl. I am reaching out because my account has been suspended for 7 days due to insults. However, I did not say those things as I was not even in the game at that time, nor was I logged in. Recently, my friends and I have encountered dishonest hackers. They have been reported, but it seems like they have not been banned, as exploiters never seem to get banned!!! It is crucial to rethink your moderation methods because innocent players like us are being penalized while the real issues in the game roam free, causing anger by exploiting the game for malicious purposes. I believe these individuals have hacked me or my account to spread these insults. I have witnessed my character moving on its own in the game (murder mystery 2), teleporting, and being kicked out of the server. I did not make those insults. And now, I am banned!!!! Please unban me.

Yesterday, my daughter received a message from a friend informing her that her account was hacked, and all her valuable in-game pets, including legendary and neon ones, were sent to this person. Strangely, the account shows that these pets were traded while my daughter was in school. The friend claims her account is now blocked for a week and she doesn't have the pets. We suspect the friend may have seen my daughter enter her password while they were playing together at another friend's house on Friday. It's concerning that someone could access and trade valuable items from her account without her knowledge or consent.

Since [redacted], I've been playing Roblox every day. Despite emailing Roblox support multiple times about my hacked email and lack of access, I keep receiving the same response to reset my password. I have been trying to redeem £40 worth of Roblox cards for over three weeks. The number goes in fine, but when I press to redeem, it takes me to six boxes to find the number 14. After doing this process 15 times, it takes me to two more boxes where there is an X in one, which is incorrect, and it sends me back to the six boxes. This is very frustrating, and I have repeated it numerous times without success. I am upset because we've spent over £[redacted] on Roblox cards over the years. I encountered an issue in Adopt Me recently. In a server, someone offered to buy pets in exchange for robux. I agreed to trade a rhino, ride shrew, and ride business monkey for [redacted] robux. After providing my Discord details and Roblox username as "D5yft," I received a message saying, "you just got hacked." I quickly checked my Roblox account, only to find out I had been logged out, unable to access it due to a "password incorrect" message. Despite trying various recovery methods, including creating a new password and using QR codes, I have been unsuccessful. I have noticed that your company is consistently not providing the correct amount of Robux that I have paid for on both of my children's accounts. This practice is unacceptable. Over the past 4 months, you have withheld [redacted] Robux from one account and [redacted] Robux from the other. There is a significant discrepancy between what I have paid for (2,[redacted] Robux for $25 and 2,[redacted] Robux for $20) and what the kids have received (2,[redacted] and 1,[redacted] Robux). This totals [redacted] Robux missing from one account and [redacted] from the other, resulting in a total of 1,[redacted] missing Robux that I have paid for. I request that you rectify this error promptly. Kindly email me so we can arrange for the missing Robux to be added to the accounts separately under the screen names (Breezy2keli and juicewrldkid29). Hello, I'm BLM_Heaven2HeII. In the Cabin RP game I played, I need to address that I should not have been the one with the deleted account. I was only trying to defend myself. I'm facing some issues with this situation as I've already lost an account with all my belongings on it, and I'm not prepared to lose another one. Please reinstate my account, and I assure you that I will improve. Additionally, I was subjected to inappropriate language like being called a disrespectful term. After finishing a game of Flee the Facility with a friend, I was prompted to verify my account for added security. Unfortunately, after following the email verification link and entering my Roblox password, my account got linked to a Gmail account and I was logged out. It has been a week now, and despite entering the correct information, I've been unable to access my account. When attempting to reset my password or username using my phone number or Gmail, the request does not appear. It seems that someone has been hacking my daughter's Roblox account. They managed to access her account and steal her Robux and her best items. We had just added $20 to her account yesterday. Her account is supposed to be secure. She had 1,[redacted] Robux. The items stolen on Adopt Me were: 1. Ride Brown Bear 2. Neon Ride Fly Polar Bear 3. Squirrel 4. New cat from an update 5. Panda 6. King Penguin 7. Horse 8. Unicorn 9. Queen Bee 10. Dragonfly 11. Chick 12. Service Dog 13. Meerkat 14. Corgi 15. Koi Carp 16. Parakeet 17. Bird 18. Robot Pet These were received from someone named "KingDont331" on November 23, [redacted], between 10:34-10:35 am. I was not online at that time, so I reported the account. The hacks seem to be from Jakarta, Prague, and various locations around the world. This game is important to me, and I've spent a lot of time and money on it.
