I've invested around £[redacted] into this account, and I'm adamant about not losing that money without a valid reason. It's concerning that Roblox didn't provide any warning or give me an opportunity to change my username before deleting my account. I'm extremely upset over this situation. I recently received a one-day ban for allegedly harassing other players, which is not true. I want to clarify that I was being pursued by an unknown player along with my friend in Club Iris. I reported this as harassment because they were insisting we engage in activities with them, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. I do not condone such behavior. It was mentioned that my account would be reinstated at 10:31 pm on the 20th, but it has not been restored, causing me distress. I only made a comment about the situation, stating that some people behave inappropriately. I am upset and frustrated about being banned for something I did not do, especially when Roblox accused me of harassment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Bio on the profile now reads "I Won't Give It Back," which confirms the hack. I had a premium account with a monthly subscription of [redacted] robux paid for with my mom's credit card. My main account was recently terminated for something I did on my alternate account. I purchased premium using the app on my iPhone yesterday, but neither Roblox nor Apple provided me with the premium I paid for. I reached out to both Roblox and Apple about this issue, and an Apple employee mentioned they would refund the money Roblox took from me since I did not receive what I paid for. It feels unfair that Apple facilitated the refund instead of Roblox. I possess screenshots and additional evidence; I am eager to have my account reinstated. I believe my account was unjustly banned. The issue began on December 1st when I encountered a player named NiqasAreBad, who was offensive and racist. Our disagreement escalated, and we exchanged Discord information. It became apparent that this player was a hacker as he gained access to my email and threatened to leak my personal information unless I provided both my email and Roblox account passwords. Regrettably, I complied, and shortly after, my account was banned. To make matters worse, the hacker submitted a false appeal to ensure the ban remained in place. While playing Adopt Me, I encountered a player offering tempting trades for my neon white skateboard. They showcased impressive items like a Neon Frost Dragon Mega Neon among others. Despite my limited English communication with a boy holding the skateboard, he demanded my owl in exchange for it. Sadly, I traded away most of my inventory to get the owl, only to lose it in pursuit of the promised Megas. The player and their friend tricked me, leaving me with a worthless item and without my beloved pet. I am hopeful that Roblox could assist in retrieving my lost pet and perhaps take action against those responsible for this unfair trade deception.

Around one to two years ago, my account was compromised while someone was transferring items to their account from a game. They set up a pin on my account and I cannot remove it to set up my own second verification code. I am unable to change any settings on my account without this pin, which I do not have access to. Hello, my name is Amber G. Both of my children have Ion tablets, and we signed up for a monthly subscription to be paid from my credit card ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, the tablets they received are not functioning well. I bought them the same type, thinking it might be a one-time issue, but it persists. Upon logging into my account, I noticed unfamiliar games like Adopt Me and Gacha Online, which I don't play. Doubtful, I decided to review my Robux balance, only to find [redacted] Robux when I previously had over 3,[redacted] Robux. The payment history showed several purchases of flying potions that I did not make. Upon investigating further in Adopt Me, I discovered that these potions were traded to an account named Boostahu. To make matters worse, the perpetrator added a pin and changed my password. Thankfully, I am still logged in and can access my account. Assistance is greatly appreciated.

I bought two $25 gift cards for our kids and some stocking stuffers on December 12th. After returning home, I set the bag aside to keep it a surprise. Today, when I looked into the bag, the gift cards were missing. I contacted the store and spoke to a manager who insisted the cards were in the bag. I have the last four digits of each gift card on my receipt. Is there a way to check if the gift cards were activated? If not, can they be voided and reissued?
