I accidentally logged out of my Roblox account without enabling 2-step verification, and now I'm unable to log back in. I can't receive the verification code on my email, [redacted], as 2-step verification wasn't activated. My Roblox account username is OoZeroheartbeatsoO, and I still remember my password. There were approximately 1,[redacted] Robux in my account. I have my email linked to the account and I'm wondering if there's a way to recover my account.

Hello, I have encountered an issue where someone asked me to give them Robux, which I refused, and then they threatened to take over my account. The next day, I was logged out of my account, and when I tried to log back in, my password didn't work. I attempted multiple times to log in without success, so I had to create a new account. I added the lost account as a friend, and later noticed that the friend request was accepted. I asked why they took my account, and the person explained that I should have just given them Robux, and then they deleted me. It's been a while since I lost my account, and a friend offered to help me get it back. Unfortunately, I don't really know who this person is, and I hope to regain my account and see justice prevail! :(

My son experienced online abuse from a Roblox user named crisp481 who joined today. The user threatened him with personal information and possibly hacked his account, causing it to be accessed from a different device and throwing him out of the app. Changing the settings to receive messages only from friends was not possible. I am disappointed by the lack of available support from Roblox via telephone. This is not the first account hacking incident my son has faced, dating back to [redacted]. The frequency of such events is concerning and should be addressed seriously. I am considering involving the police due to the threatening nature of the messages. Today, someone I trusted had access to my Roblox account for the purpose of creating a GFX, a type of virtual drawing. The individual, with the username Bloomis, requested a file I had to download from the Roblox page for the "drawing." Upon returning to my account later, I discovered that my Robux was missing, my display name had been changed to "beamedbyXx_JuanproxX," and there was a purchase for a pass named "no" that depleted my remaining Robux balance. Bloomis was responsible for accessing my account and making unauthorized changes, ultimately leading to its deletion. I urgently seek assistance in restoring my account, as it holds sentimental value and I have invested a significant amount of time and money into it over the past four years. Several months ago, I connected with Bloomis on Roblox, and our relationship extended to Discord. After a period of silence between us, Bloomis reinitiated contact and repeatedly requested a GFX, which I finally shared the required file for today, resulting in the account breach. Bloomis not only removed my Robux and altered my account settings but also uploaded inappropriate content to prompt the account's closure. I possess evidence of Bloomis admitting to these actions, which I am prepared to provide. Additionally, attempts were made by Bloomis to hack into my account weeks prior, successfully changing my login credentials. I believe Bloomis orchestrated these incidents out of envy for my account's progress. I implore for the reinstatement of my account and the removal of Bloomis from the platform to prevent further disruptions. My account was compromised on Roblox. During the hack, the attacker was able to change my email, password, add a pin, and remove my mobile authenticator without my knowledge. I've attempted the recovery process by providing proof of an Amazon purchase and signing into my late mother's email, which was the previous recovery email, but without success. Unfortunately, the support agent stopped responding, and items worth over $[redacted] have been traded out of my account. I need this issue resolved promptly and would appreciate a helpful response, not just an automated one directing me to an inaccessible account. The email attached to the account was [redacted], which I can no longer access due to my mother's passing.

I'm a cancer survivor, kidney patient with Renal Tubular Acidosis, liver fibrosis patient, and have hypertension and diabetes; the funds are crucial for my medications. I have reported losing a lot on Roblox Adopt Me. I reported the person who took these unauthorized items and trades, but I received no response via email or messages. My son has spent a considerable amount of money on the game and lost rare items he cannot retrieve. I am puzzled by the lack of a reply regarding the reported hacked trades. It has been months, and I am still waiting for a response from Roblox. If I do not hear back soon, I may have to remove the game due to the poor customer service and the money wasted. My son is heartbroken, asking and crying daily about when he will get his rare pets, vehicles, and toys back. The game has lost its appeal due to a reported hacker who executed trades not initiated by my son or me, and I have not received any response.

While playing in a private server on Adopt Me, a notification popped up stating that another device was playing, giving the options to leave or rejoin. Choosing to leave led to a login prompt, where the password entered was incorrect. Attempts to reset the password using the Gmail and phone number on file did not generate a verification code, despite having verification enabled. Switching to another account linked to SnxzzyBizz revealed the main account was active in different servers on Adopt Me. During the incident, a video call with friends (anx1ka and EJR7509) was ongoing. Requesting for SnxzzyBizz to have limited functionalities until the main account is secured, as proof of ownership is available. Expressing concern and attachment to Roblox after investing time and money in the game over the years.

While playing a game called Count Down Event, I was prompted to enter my password, which led to my account being compromised. I am extremely frustrated with the unauthorized charges on my card. These charges have been happening consistently despite the fact that I have never utilized your services. I have attempted to address this issue through email, but was unsuccessful because I was asked for a username that I have never had the opportunity to create. This situation is causing severe financial strain as it has led to multiple overdrafts on my bank account, resulting in significant fees. I demand an immediate halt to these charges that have been forcibly taken from me. Additionally, I did not provide my debit card information for such transactions, making this an act of theft. I require a full refund of the funds taken from me and request the removal of any of my details from your system as soon as possible.

I was banned for commenting "gay" on kids behaving inappropriately on the Boys and Girls Club server. While I understand the need for moderation, I believe some administrators misuse their powers. I usually monitor my kids playing on Roblox, and if I encounter any inappropriate behavior, I report it. I think a more sensible approach to this issue would be to lift my ban, as what I said was minor compared to what some players get away with saying.

I fell for their deception as I had received a reply from Roblox support on the same day, Ticket #[redacted]3. The hackers, using the usernames Roblox_DevEx111, Roblox_WeRDevs, and Roblox_DevEx0, managed to take control of my hit top games and 147K Robux under the guise of updating my profile and engaging in DevEx activities. Among the games affected are "Adopt Me!", "Brookhaven", "Murder Mystery 2", "Big Paint Ball", and approximately 44 more games, although I did not create all of them. I urgently seek your assistance in reclaiming my games and Robux. Please verify that the games were indeed created and updated by my ID, CoolboyAlexander0_0, formerly Jeffo_youtube000, and review the Robux transaction history for any suspicious activities. I am reaching out regarding the account CHOCOLATE_QUEEN2011 linked to the email [redacted] On August 27th, there were two unauthorized charges on my PayPal account for Roblox purchases. Subsequently, on August 28th, there were eight more unauthorized charges on my granddaughter's account. I reported these to PayPal, Roblox refunded the charges, but her account has been canceled. We are deeply concerned as she had purchased numerous specialty items with the Robux bought with those charges. We urgently need assistance in recovering all her items purchased before August 28th. It is distressing that her account was terminated entirely. We promptly changed her password upon noticing the issue, yet all her items are now inaccessible. Roblox did not communicate any account actions to me, and my granddaughter informed me that her account is now canceled.

I need help as someone took all my items in Adopt Me and traded them on an account that seems fake. I'm unable to log in to my account since being kicked out. I purchased a Bee Blaster Nerf gun online with a target for someone's birthday gift. When I received it yesterday, I tried to apply the free virtual code for the gun in "Adopt Me," which was the main purpose of the gift, but the code said it was invalid. After contacting Roblox support, I felt like I was being treated as if I had done something wrong. They informed me that the code had already been successfully applied to another account before I even got the gun. I am now out $40.00 and the virtual gun that was the whole point of the purchase. I have emailed them asking if they could provide information on when the code was redeemed and on what account. I also asked for proof that they purchased it and didn't return it to the store. I just want this situation resolved and to be treated as a concerned customer who didn't receive what was paid for.

My sister and I were playing "Adopt Me," and we encountered a girl with [redacted] pets. She wanted to show them to my sister, who has 19 pets. After my sister shared her pet count, the girl accused her of scamming without providing any evidence. This made my sister feel upset. The girl reported my sister, and we have invested a lot in her account for games like "Brookhaven" and others. The girl's username seemed to be something like Farida or Sophia. This whole situation escalated and turned into bullying without any valid reason given.
