On the evening of October 30, [redacted], my ex took my Qlink wireless phone ([redacted]) while I was asleep. I am requesting a temporary suspension of the phone to prevent any misuse. I do not want the phone permanently deactivated right now. I am also exploring options for a replacement phone if needed, as my current phones are incompatible with Qlink and I cannot afford to buy a new one from them.

My name is Janice. I am reaching out about an issue with my Qlink service. My Qlink phone number is [redacted], and it has been lost or stolen. Today, when I called the number, a man named Matthew answered. I am unsure if Qlink mistakenly gave my phone number to someone else. When attempting to replace my Qlink phone and reactivate the service, I was informed that my service was suspended due to having another provider. I do not have any other Lifeline government phone service. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this matter.

I recently lost my phone, it got completely busted up, and I urgently need a replacement sent to [redacted] Egan St, Shreveport, Louisiana, [redacted]. Last time, I was able to charge my disability card on the 4th for a previous phone order. I'm in immediate need of a smartphone with a touch screen, not a flip phone. I was advised over the phone that I should expect to receive the phone within 24 to 48 hours; however, I have not received it yet. I have been patiently waiting for it. I have encountered issues with the shutdown of my old phone, which was on a pay-as-you-go plan. It was shut down before I received the replacement, leaving me without a phone. I've been experiencing issues with my phone right from the start. It keeps turning on and off constantly, and now the SIM card is locked because I tried using it in another device. This has left me unable to use my phone since I received it, and I am feeling very frustrated. I would like a different phone right away instead of having to wait for a new SIM card. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will have to consider not using QLinks in the future.

Since receiving my Qlink phone imported from MetroPCS, I've been extremely disappointed. The phone malfunctions, constantly turning on and off, unable to make calls or perform any functions properly. After attempting to switch the SIM card, it got locked up. I am very dissatisfied and wish to receive a free replacement phone. I paid $25 for this device and believe it is of poor quality. I intend to inform others of my negative experience with Qlink's service.

My phone was stolen, and I know who took it. It had important phone calls coming in, and I was accessing the voicemail from my home phone. Qlink sent me a replacement phone that has been paid for, but I discovered that my old phone number is now assigned to someone else. This number is crucial to me, and important calls are still coming to it, causing me inconveniences. I did not request a new number, and I am displeased with this mix-up.

Hello, my name is Barry Creel. I have encountered an issue with the phone I recently ordered and paid for, which was delivered to my mother's house. Upon opening it on Sunday, it was functioning well as usual. However, on Monday, the screen became blurry unexpectedly. My service has been interrupted, and the national verifier is stating that the email screenshots of my gateway.ga EBT account are unacceptable. I have provided images of my state ID, SSI card, and GA EBT cards as I receive no paper correspondence; all my transactions are conducted online per GA DFCS. After ordering a replacement phone, I received approval for my documents but was asked to order another replacement phone for an additional $25, totaling $50 spent on a supposedly free service. I am now in a state of uncertainty regarding when my service will resume. I want clarification on when my service will be reinstated or a refund for the phones I purchased. I am approved for the service but not receiving it. I am seeking compensation for the mental and physical toll this issue has caused and am requesting either the phones I paid for or a refund with interest. Additionally, I am requesting an audit of QLink by the appropriate agency to address these discrepancies.

I have a significant leak on my water meter. The city (Fort Worth) confirmed it's their responsibility and they promised to repair it whenever they feel like it. It has been 90 days now, and nothing has been done. Additionally, there is a broken fire hydrant on Silver Sage that has not been fixed by the city. It seems like the City of Fort Worth is neglecting Far North Fort Worth (Summerfields) residents. The lack of basic maintenance, like street cleaning, is evident. It raises questions about the relocation of The Police Department from Beach Street to South Keller, Texas.

I recently purchased the $25 replacement phone and my payment successfully processed. Although it has been 10 days since my order, I only reached out today. While your company has always provided prompt and reliable service, my recent call was not satisfactory. The agent abruptly ended the call, and there was no follow-up communication. Someone stayed with me for a few nights, but they seem to have taken my phone by mistake when they left. I've searched everywhere, even turned the bedroom upside down, but no luck. I contacted them, and they say they didn't take it. I believe I may need to pay for a replacement, but I thought the purpose of having a phone available was for everyone's convenience.

I am experiencing significant difficulties with the service I am receiving regarding my phone order that was placed back in September. Despite leaving multiple messages, I keep receiving the same automated response indicating that my phone is pending shipment. The message repeatedly congratulates me on the order and assures me that the "free" phone will be on its way soon, providing a non-existent tracking number. I have been waiting unsuccessfully for the tracking number for months, as well as addressing the issue with the phone number assigned, which contains repeated numbers I find uncomfortable. Despite the phone being held for an extended period, I was informed that I would have to pay to change the number once I receive it. I am left feeling undervalued as a customer. It is important for me to be contacted via phone rather than text to resolve these ongoing concerns. Please, understand my frustration and prioritize addressing my inquiries promptly.

I recently reported my phone as stolen. The customer service representative informed me that they couldn't deactivate the phone until I inserted a compatible SIM card and completed the purchase of a Bring Your Own Phone plan. They explained that if the phone was used by someone else in the meantime, I would be held accountable. I decided to buy a locked Tracfone, assuming it would work with Qlink as I had used Tracfone with Lifeline in the past. However, I discovered that it is not supported by Qlink as expected.

Hello GetHuman, I recently discovered that my ZTE Sapphire went missing. It wasn't at a job site like I first thought. It turns out, I lost it at a dear friend's place when he returned from a month-long work assignment. He found it under his couch while looking for his misplaced phone that he had lost the night before. While searching, he found my phone, charged it, used it to call his own, then misplaced mine when his friend came over during this search. He suspects his friend, who is going through a tough time with drug addiction, might have taken it. I trust my friend's judgment as his friend has a history. After troubleshooting with an agent, it was determined that the best solution would be to send me a replacement phone as mine was still under warranty for a year. The agent assured me that a new phone would be sent within four to five working days. They took down my name and address during the call. The issue with my phone being frozen prompted the replacement, which is covered by my warranty. I paid for my phone at the beginning of the month on the 3rd, but I haven't received it yet. Despite contacting the company several times, they keep saying it will be shipped shortly and there has been no progress. I recently texted them to know if I will receive it in time for Christmas as it is also my birthday, and they abruptly cut off my current phone, leaving me unable to contact my doctor. This has caused me a lot of frustration, and I am considering involving my lawyer to address this issue. I advise against purchasing from this company due to the poor service and false promises.
