My friend and I no longer play together on a game, but we still chat via messages. Recently, on Friday, February 24th, [redacted], we were joking about his team's name. Just to clarify, we are both friends and autistic. He mentioned his team name was SAR, which he said stood for Silly as raiders. I jokingly replied, "I thought it stood for Silly autistic raiders." It was all in good fun between us, but PlayStation mistakenly detected it as aggressive or using Hate Speech. I would appreciate it if you could email me about the possibility of getting unbanned, as it was a misunderstanding. I promise not to make such jokes on PlayStation again, only via messages. Username: HauntedBrock80 PlayStation Account: [redacted] Name: Chris Brock I noticed a charge on February 21 of $[redacted].78 from PlayStation, which is much higher than my anticipated $60 annual online subscription fee. As I haven't used my PlayStation console in roughly six months, I intend to cancel my online subscription. Unfortunately, the charge was processed before I could do so. Here are my inquiries: 1. Is it possible to be refunded for the annual subscription fee, even though I failed to cancel within the expected timeframe since it has been less than a week since the charge? 2. Could you provide information about the $[redacted] charge? Why is it double the usual amount? Regardless, I am seeking a refund for this charge and the cancellation of my subscription.

I encountered an issue renewing my Plus account and reached out to support. I no longer had access to the email linked to my old account. Initially, I provided my current email to the first representative, but they couldn't assist without the old email. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was connected with Axel. Unfortunately, Axel was unhelpful and just repeated the same phrases without addressing my concerns. When I asked for further contact information, he declined to provide it. Despite my efforts to reestablish my old email account, I ended up being banned. I fear that creating a new account might result in losing access to my purchased games. I am seeking assistance to have the ban lifted. It's important to note that I maintained a respectful tone throughout the interaction.

I am facing an issue with PlayStation. They are taking the hard-earned money of many people. When real problems arise, the automated systems are unhelpful. The situation involves my stepson's dad setting up his PlayStation account with his Gmail address: [redacted] After the dad and mom separated, the stepson was logged out, and now the father won't provide the recovery code. The mom's credit card was used to pay for thousands of dollars in games and online play, and now there seems to be no resolution. Legal action might be pursued against PlayStation for not assisting their customers properly.

I purchased the Hogwarts Legacy Collector's Edition from EB Games, which was only available online. After opening the game, I found four leaflet codes for exclusive downloadable content. Three were for the deluxe edition, and the fourth was supposed to be the Dark Arts Garrison Hat & Kelpie Coat. However, when I entered the code, it turned out to be for a different game, Batman The Dark Knight Scarecrow Nightmare Mission. I have reached out to PlayStation Support multiple times, and they requested a copy of the receipt, photos of the leaflet front and back with the code, and pictures of the collector's edition box front and back. I have not received the email with further instructions even after checking my email folders. I urgently need help to resolve this issue and receive the correct code for the Dark Arts Garrison Hat & Kelpie Coat. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

My 6-year-old son made 3 unauthorized purchases about an hour ago using my debit card without my knowledge or permission. My 12-year-old set up the account for him. I was assured it would not be possible for him to make purchases without the security code. I tried to cancel the purchases on the PS5 but found no options. My PlayStation 5 account, Bgarrett97, was suspended due to offensive messages. However, the user "moonman" instigated the situation with offensive language in NBA2k23. I believe it's unfair that I received punishment while he was equally if not more offensive. I request either for him to face consequences or for my account to be reinstated. This situation feels unjust and not in line with fair practices.

My PS5 account is currently suspended. I ordered CONSTRUCTION SIMULATOR on PlayStation Network on February 23rd and did not receive it by March 4th. I attempted to find the order number, but it was not available in the system. I noticed a $59.95 charge on my American Express Card, so I informed them to remove it assuming the order was lost or not delivered. I later learned it was a download, not a physical disc. I am 77 years old and lacked this knowledge. My account under AndyFox and [redacted] seems to have been suspended for breaking the code of conduct. I cannot log in to explain my situation.
