I have been suspended from PSN for alleged violations that date back several years even though I have not used messages in months. What frustrates me most is that I am the only active member in those old group chats. I find it unreasonable to be banned for saving images for myself. I am seeking clarification on the reasons behind this decision and guidance on how to regain access to my account. I received a vague warning about breaking terms without details on what was actually violated. Shortly after, I was banned without a chance to rectify the issue. I am willing to delete any content that may have caused the problem, but I believe penalizing me for something from over two years ago is unjust. My main concern is rejoining in time for the holidays to play with my friends.

I'm having trouble connecting to the internet, and my husband is out of town, so I really need to fix this before he comes home. I've attempted to reset both my Wi-Fi and the PlayStation several times, but I keep getting an error message saying, "You are signed out of the PlayStation Network. PlayStation Network might be temporarily busy. Please try again later." I've been waiting all day in a panic. I really hope I can resolve this issue before he returns.

Hello, I pre-ordered Cyberpunk [redacted] on August 2nd. I received the confirmation and the payment was deducted from my bank account immediately. The preload option became available yesterday, but I'm unable to initiate it. Although the game is in my library, I encounter an issue when trying to download it. When I attempt to access the game in the PlayStation store, it prompts me to buy it again. After researching online, I've found others with the same problem. I worry that I may never be able to download it due to a change in the license ID in the store. Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. I would like to avoid a double payment as a result of issues with the pre-order process.

Hello, I would like to address the temporary suspension of my account, mistaken-franky. I unintentionally posted a picture in a group chat during a game of Rainbow Six Siege custom matches with members of the community. The content was meant for humor, and shortly after posting, I promptly removed it. To my surprise, I received a ban minutes later, despite the positive reaction from everyone in the chat, including my close friends present. I complied with the ban for the designated period of 3 to 7 days, assuming I would regain access afterwards. However, upon checking recently, my account remains suspended. I attempted to contact support but encountered technical issues. I am sincerely requesting the lifting of the suspension as I assure you of not repeating any similar incidents. I was unaware that the picture would be deemed offensive to the extent of being reported. Kindly consider reinstating my account, and I promise to abide by the guidelines moving forward.

I haven't changed my email address; it's still [redacted] However, the name on the account now shows as Emily, which is incorrect as my name is actually Melissia. Additionally, none of the security questions match what I originally set, and even my date of birth is wrong. This is the second time my account has been compromised. I am unable to access my own account because I do not know the information the hacker used. I urgently need this matter resolved so I can reset my password.

My account has been permanently suspended. I received an email stating it was due to hate speech or inappropriate messages, but I only communicate with my friends. Despite being harassed and subjected to hurtful messages urging me to harm myself, I refrained from responding. Following this, my account was unjustly suspended just as I was gearing up for the new season in Cold War. Despite reaching out to PlayStation for assistance, they have been unresponsive and unsupportive, claiming they can't help me. I am adamant that I have done nothing wrong. As a long-time user with over 13 years on the platform since its inception, I feel wronged by this suspension. I urge PlayStation to reinstate my account promptly, as I believe I am undeserving of this treatment.

I contacted my bank, and they are issuing me a new card due to the unauthorized charge. However, my account got banned, and I believe this is unfair. I suspect my account has been compromised. I am unable to log in due to the two-step verification code being sent to a number I don't recognize. Even after changing my password, I am still locked out. I contacted support, but they require my last purchase date, which I no longer have access to. Without this information, they are unable to assist me further. What steps should I take next?

I received a ban after picking up an item in the game that another player had dropped. Despite experiencing harassment and offensive language from the other player, including racial and homophobic slurs, as well as death threats, I only responded once with a less than ideal phrase. I find it unfair that I was suspended for that one instance when I was not supported during the previous incidents of harassment. I'm questioning why the customer support team did not take action when I was the target of abusive behavior.

My account has recently been hacked several times. This time, the hacker has altered both my phone number and birthdate, preventing me from logging in. My account username is lexyasfrick, and my email address associated with it is [redacted] While I still have access to my Yahoo email, I am locked out of my PlayStation account due to the changes made by the hacker, which do not match my actual information. This is particularly frustrating as I have purchased games on that account and am now unable to enjoy them or access my PlayStation account.

I am experiencing an issue with a game, Call Of Duty Black Ops 3. I have successfully downloaded and installed it. However, when I try to access the multiplayer section, it has been stuck at downloading multiplayer for the last week. I have attempted cleaning the disc, restarting the PlayStation, updating it, deleting and reinstalling the game, but none of these steps have resolved the problem. Any advice on what to do next?

I received my PS5 around three weeks ago, and initially, it was running perfectly. After a recent software update, I noticed a faint buzzing sound coming from the console. It wasn't very loud at first, so I didn't pay much attention to it. However, when I start any digital game, the buzzing noise intensifies, which is concerning as my PS5 has never sounded like this before yesterday. Hello, my name is Chris. I was previously suspended for 7 days, which was my fault. However, I recently got suspended again for 30 days, even though it wasn't me posting the inappropriate content. I suspect my account may have been hacked. I won't be able to play during winter break, finals week, and miss out on Destiny 2 activities. I created an account a couple of years ago, but I forgot the password and the recovery email is inaccessible since my tablet is broken and cannot be fixed. I tried using another email but couldn't prove my identity. I believe I need to reset the password due to security reasons or too many failed attempts, even though I am certain it is correct.

My microphone is not working, once again. I had a standard PS4 slim before, and the earpiece that came with it used to work without any issues for a long time. Then, one day, it suddenly stopped working. I decided to purchase a PS4 Gold headset, which also worked fine until a recent update. Since then, people can no longer hear me in party or game chat. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including checking the mic, adjusting audio settings, and re-pairing the headset with the Bluetooth dongle. I even bought a new headset to test if the issue was with my equipment, but the problem persists. Recently, I bought a new PS4 Pro hoping it would resolve the mic problem, and it did for a short while before facing the same issue. Now, people can hear me, but I can't hear them. I've attempted everything to fix it without success. This ongoing problem is frustrating, and if it can't be resolved, I may return the PS4 Pro and consider leaving PlayStation altogether.

I am seeking assistance in reporting a individual who has displayed inappropriate behavior while gaming online. The individual, with the PSN: NBD-Xtinct and real name Dominic Holley, has been consistently rude, using offensive language including the N-word, and making threats to hack into accounts and modems. These actions have caused distress not only to me but also to my friends and his own. His behavior escalated to the point where he threatened to take control of my account unless certain conditions were met. It is evident that he has the capability to carry out these threats as he demonstrated by accessing my IP address. I urge for a permanent ban to prevent further disruptions and protect the online community from his harmful actions.

While playing Grand Theft Auto 5 on my PS4, I encountered an issue where I kept getting signed out of my account and prompted to sign in again to PSN, despite already being logged in. I eventually decided to take a break and discovered that my email had been changed without my authorization, resulting in being logged out of my PSN account. I immediately reached out to PlayStation for support, but struggled to find suitable methods to address my specific concern as none of the options in the support section seemed applicable. Despite attempting to call, I faced difficulties getting through due to high call volumes. This experience has left me feeling extremely upset and concerned about my account, especially considering the significant amount of money I have invested in it.

I have been permanently suspended from my PlayStation account for an issue that I believe was a misunderstanding. My father gave me his card and I set it as my primary payment method. We purchased PlayStation Plus, which he confirmed. However, my mother, unaware that my father approved the purchase, requested a refund from the bank, resulting in what PlayStation calls a "chargeback" and led to my account being banned. I am hoping to address this situation and request the ban be lifted promptly.

I recently had my PSN account compromised. The perpetrator changed both my password and email, locking me out of my account for the past four months while charging me £6.99 monthly. Unfortunately, due to COVID, I have been unable to reach anyone at PlayStation Network for assistance. I am taking steps to block the monthly £6.99 charges through my bank. I am concerned because my partner's card details were also linked to the hacked account.
