I made an order on November 26, [redacted], with order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I made an error in the recipient's address. The recipient's name is Donna Michel and Rob Caperell. Tracking the order through UPS, I discovered it was delivered to Winchester, VA, but then returned to your NC shipping site due to an incorrect address. I would appreciate it if you could help me correct the address for redelivery. Thank you! - Antonia Michel

I NEED HELP!!! I am extremely frustrated because my package was marked as delivered but never actually arrived. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was due to an incorrect address, which I confirmed was not the case. Strangely, my daughter's package successfully arrived at the same address. I have been trying to contact your team multiple times without success. I placed this order on December 1st, [redacted], with the expectation of receiving the items by a specific date. It is crucial to have this sorted out and the items delivered before Christmas.

I made a purchase on Personalization Mall's website about an hour ago. I ordered a personalized mug with order number #[redacted] and a gift card with number #[redacted] for my neighbor's birthday. During the checkout, I provided the information of my new credit card that I've been using since September 25, [redacted]. However, the TDBank Credit Card was not accepted. The security code for the transaction is now [redacted] instead of [redacted]. Back in September [redacted], I encountered a computer issue and sought help from Microsoft Tech support. Unfortunately, they mistakenly withdrew $12,[redacted] from my savings account without authorization. I immediately contacted TDBank Fraud Department and the Lincoln Park Police, and I had to close my accounts. The new card I am using was declined for this specific order. This issue only occurred with this recent order; usually, I have not encountered any problems using this card. I am a returning customer to Personalization Mall and would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. Unfortunately, even my TDBank Cash card was not accepted for the transaction.
