However, I was surprised to receive an email stating that the payment was processed through PayPal for the purchase from Gadgets Group, even though I do not have a PayPal account. I have not received any order confirmation, tracking information, or any communication from the company I bought the bed from. After seeing similar complaints from other customers online, I am worried that I might have fallen victim to a scam.

It has been [redacted] days since my money has been on hold. I spent all day yesterday calling and was informed that I could only withdraw on December 21-22. However, multiple PayPal representatives assured me that I could withdraw on December 19. Yet, when I try on the app, it states "Cannot do that now, contact PayPal for help." I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and my governor, who advised me to keep trying or take legal action. If necessary, I may have to go to court. My account was never a business account, and I used it solely for personal reasons with my real name and address. I don't understand why it's being held for chargebacks and disputes.

It has been [redacted] days since my money has been on hold. Despite being informed by multiple PayPal representatives that I could withdraw my funds today, December 19, I am still unable to do so. The app keeps stating, "Sorry, we can't do that now. Contact PayPal for help." After reaching out to the BBB and my governor, I am considering taking legal action. My account is not a business account but a personal one with my real name and address. I fail to understand why my funds are being held.

I ordered two sweatshirts from this company but did not receive them or a tracking number. After requesting a refund from them and not getting any response, I reached out to you. On December 15th, they suddenly provided a tracking number instead of issuing a refund. When the package finally arrived, it was not what I ordered. Despite this, because they supplied a tracking number, you closed the case. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I refuse to pay a high price for an item that I did not intend to purchase. I ordered two fire blankets from Fire Guardian on October 3rd with the order numbers #[redacted] and #[redacted] due to an add-on. Payment was made with my credit card via PayPal. The website indicated delivery within 8-14 days in the U.S. After contacting the company on October 20th at [redacted] and speaking with Caitlin, it was explained that my order was on the way, with a promise of a confirmation email. Caitlin later emailed that the items were dispatched on October 13th to China, with a 45-day estimated delivery. Despite my email reminding of the 8-14 day promise, Caitlin mentioned cancellation was not possible as the order was already dispatched. The package arrived 53 days after I ordered, and I informed Caitlin requesting a return postage label. Caitlin said I must return it at my cost according to their refund policy, which excludes refunds or exchanges after 30 days. I'm curious about the company's lifetime warranty and frequent email offers. I have documentation to support my experience.

I have escalated the issue to the BBB and contacted my governor, who advised me to either persist or take legal action against PayPal. I encountered an issue when attempting to transfer money to my bank. Initially, I mistakenly tried to send funds to a closed account, causing confusion. Upon realizing this mistake, I attempted to create a new account to proceed with the transfer. To address the problem, I updated my email password and made several more attempts to send the money to my bank without success.

I have been trying to access my PayPal account without success. I initially registered in Australia but have been using it in the UK for the past 10 years. Despite numerous messages sent and received, I am still unable to log in. PayPal customer service advised me to contact Australia, but my attempts have been futile. Being 85 years old and not very tech-savvy, I rely on PayPal and eBay for my transactions. I am struggling with providing the identification codes sent to me as they are not being recognized. This issue is causing me a lot of frustration, and I am in desperate need of assistance.

I'm reaching out to inquire about the status of the dispute (Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]7). I am concerned as the funds have yet to be refunded to my account. Both the buyer, Vispa Limited, and AMEX (American Express) have verified that the dispute is resolved and the charge should be reimbursed promptly. Vispa Limited had a discussion with AMEX and Paypal. They have verified that the funds are returned to Paypal and suggest that Paypal has all the necessary documentation from AMEX to finalize the dispute.
