Dear Customer Support, I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement from PayPal labeled as "DBT Recur-Purch PAYPAL" for $99.99 on June 17th and August 18th. These charges are associated with Ifaxapp.com for a service I thought I had already canceled after the initial charge. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue via email with Ifaxapp.com, the problem persists. I have not received any receipts for these charges, and they do not appear on my PayPal account. I kindly request a refund for both charges and ask for assistance in preventing any future charges from Ifaxapp.com or its affiliates. It seems unusual that these charges went through without my updated debit card information, which I replaced due to a fraudulent activity. I have been struggling to reach a human customer service representative and would appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention, Robin H. :o)

I attempted to request a refund of $[redacted], but mistakenly input incorrect details on PayPal. I intended for the refund to be directed to my PayPal Prepaid debit card, ending in [redacted] or [redacted]. The [redacted] card is preferred, and I added it on PayPal.com, but the refund wasn't processed correctly. As this refund is crucial for my August rent, I urgently need it to be transferred to my PayPal Prepaid debit card as soon as possible. I've reached out via email, but they couldn't locate the funds. I would greatly appreciate swift resolution of this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I recently noticed a charge of $[redacted]. on my Visa statement via PayPal for a purchase I did not make. The last transaction on my PayPal account was on August 6th for $[redacted]. under the description "lovense." However, on August 7th, there was a transaction labeled "RP PRODUCT [redacted] HK" for $[redacted]. that I did not authorize. I have not received any emails regarding this transaction, which is unusual. It seems like an error in your system, or perhaps there is a security issue. I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Thank you. Roland T.

Subject: Issue with Unemployment Deposit in PayPal Account Hello, I am reaching out regarding a troubling situation with my PayPal account. After patiently waiting for my unemployment funds to be deposited, I noticed a link in my PayPal account offering to have my benefits directly deposited. I thought this was a convenient option, similar to how I had my stimulus money and personal funds deposited previously. However, immediately after my unemployment deposit, my account was locked for [redacted] days. Despite providing all the required information, I have been unable to resolve this issue as I am unable to reach a real person for assistance. This money is vital for paying my rent and feeding my children. I have explored various options including attempting to open a business account, but to no avail. This deposit was meant for personal use and not for business purposes. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter, considering the automated processes in place. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Sincerely, Gina I.

I had a negative balance of $4.38 at 4:35 p.m on 8/31/[redacted] when I visited Dollar General on Harrison Avenue in Dent. I tried to add $40, but it didn't go through. I have receipts as proof. Following instructions, I went to the Dollar General in Miamitown and added $20 at 7:31 p.m on 8/31/[redacted], resolving the negative balance and leaving me with $15.62. However, the initial $40 I tried to add earlier never showed up. I've been using the card frequently. Could you please ensure that the missing $40 gets added to my card? Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to a charge I noticed on my bank statement dated June 17th for $99.99 under the description "DBT Recur-Purch PAYPAL." After some investigation, I discovered it was related to Ifaxapp.com, a service I thought I had cancelled once the fax was sent. To my dismay, I found out it was a charge for a one-year service. On August 18th, I also noticed another $99.99 charge from Ifaxapp.com for another year of service. Despite my attempts to cancel and seek a refund through email communication with Ifaxapp, they advised me to contact PayPal for a refund, which has led to a back-and-forth exchange without a resolution. The second charge from August has no receipt in PayPal, and it is not reflected in my account activity. I am seeking assistance on how to obtain a refund for both charges, as well as ensuring that Ifaxapp.com and its associates cannot make additional charges to my account. I am puzzled as to how they were able to charge me through PayPal without my current debit card details, which have changed due to a previous fraudulent activity. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Robin H. :)

I urgently need to discuss the release of my funds due to a problem leading to restrictions. My daughter, who suffers from complications related to gastroschisis, requires medical attention that I can't afford without access to my social security direct deposit. I also need to buy essential medication. I'm facing additional issues like my phone getting disconnected, my car payment due soon, and having to meet with landlords to find a new home after a fire incident. The current situation is extremely challenging, and I'm counting on someone from customer support to investigate the cause of the restriction and assist me promptly.

I have noticed a charge of $1.95 on my AT&T bill dated 8-23-20. The description reads PP*7982CODE [redacted] CA. After contacting the phone number listed, I was directed back to AT&T. They informed me it is a professional service charge and to contact the phone number on the bill for further details. However, when I called, the automated system indicated that I do not have an account with them. I am confused as to why I am being charged and if this will be a recurring fee with each bill. I am also unsure which company is billing me for this service. I appreciate any assistance as I am unable to discuss this matter over the phone and do not have access to a computer. My primary concern is understanding the purpose of this $1.95 charge and the identity of the company associated with it. I apologize for repeating myself, but I am frustrated as even a small charge can impact a significant bill. Thank you for your help. - J. Wheeler

On my AT&T bill, there is a $1.95 professional charge labeled as 08/23/20 PP*7982CODE [redacted] CA $1.95. I am unsure of the company or service associated with this charge. I have contacted AT&T and Pay Pal using the provided number on the bill, seeking clarification to no avail. AT&T advised me to reach out to you for assistance. After providing my phone number and email as requested, I did not receive the code via text as promised. Since texting my cell phone was unsuccessful, please send the code to my email: [redacted] My cell phone, [redacted], is not linked to my AT&T bill; however, [redacted] is the number associated with the account. As my landline cannot receive texts, kindly send any further correspondence to my email. Thank you. - Janet W.

I did not want my Pittsburgh [redacted] lbs. Hydraulic Jack listed in the bid area at all. I had it for sale for $[redacted] but it was sold for $11.15 to someone who claimed to have won the bid, which I was not aware of. I had difficulties with potential buyers not showing up, so I removed the listing. I am willing to pay the amount if needed, but I believe there was a mistake in the posting process. I am experienced in selling on eBay and other platforms, so I request assistance in rectifying this PayPal. If necessary, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

A customer with the username ketanne_44 made a purchase of a guitar from our store for $[redacted]. The guitar was new, came with a hard case, and was double-boxed. The customer initially wanted to return the guitar due to financial issues. They later claimed that FEDEX left the guitar in the rain, even though tracking showed the guitar was not at their location yet. The customer then requested a refund due to financial troubles, but we have a strict no-return policy. Despite our offer to refund a reduced amount, the customer seemed pleased with the guitar and even gave us a 5-star review. However, they later alleged that the guitar had two major cracks, though the pictures provided did not clearly show any damage. We informed them that we do not accept returns and advised them to contact FEDEX for insurance purposes. The customer's shifting claims and refusal of a refund have prompted us to involve legal authorities given the monetary threshold in Tennessee. We diligently manage and respond to all owner communications.

I am having trouble accessing my account to close it. Whenever I try to log in, I receive an error message that prevents me from proceeding. Unfortunately, I can't reach the help pages to troubleshoot. I suspect the message is not from the company but perhaps from those who created the issue. I urgently need assistance and have no cell phone, only a landline. I am unable to verify via text message. The repeated automated responses are frustrating, and I feel unheard. Despite requesting a phone call at our new number, I've had no luck. I am a dissatisfied former business owner and wish to terminate my account due to the lack of support for loyal customers like me. My name is Lisa Louise Eager, and you can reach me at [[[redacted]]].

I bought four folding lawn chairs with canopies on June 28, [redacted] from Shenzhen Someway International Logistics Co Limited. After contacting them about receiving five lawn chair bags instead, they offered a partial refund of $79.60 and mentioned I could keep the bags or return them at my expense for a full refund. However, I find this solution unsatisfactory as their advertisement was misleading. I believe I should receive the four chairs with canopies as advertised. I am seeking PayPal's assistance in getting a full refund of $79.60, with Shenzhen Someway International Logistics Co Limited covering the return shipping costs for the bags. Thank you.

I purchased an electronic part for my computer from a company called MacPartsDepot on 7/26/20. After a long wait, I decided to cancel my order on 7/30/20. The next day, I was informed that the order had already been shipped. When I received the order and installed the part, my laptop started vibrating and making a loud noise. The DVD wouldn't eject from the drive, which was the part I had replaced. I tried to contact the company to return the part and get a refund, but I received no response. They asked me to use a merchant refund form, but they didn't send me one in time. Now, I am past the 15-day deadline to file a refund request. I need assistance recovering my refund and returning the item to them.

I have been trying to resolve my account issue for more than a month now. Unfortunately, I am unable to link any of my credit cards, including both a regular Mastercard and a Pay as You Go card, to pay for purchases, even on eBay. Despite attempting to link my bank account as an alternative, all my bank account link attempts have been unsuccessful. I have diligently followed all the steps requested of me, such as verifying my ID and updating my account, and have even waited extended periods ranging from 24-48 hours to 5 full days before trying to link my cards. Regrettably, I am unable to make payments for my bills on eBay, as Paypal is linked to both the buyer and seller services. I have received repeated generic advice from numerous chat representatives, who seem to overlook the details of my situation. I am in desperate need of a genuine person to address and resolve my account security issue.

I bought some PayPal gift cards for my wife approximately 8-10 years ago. She had saved three high-value cards for a special purchase on eBay, but now that she has passed from an illness and I have lost my job due to Covid-19, we need the funds for everyday expenses. Unfortunately, the cards are showing as invalid, and PayPal Customer Service has informed us that the program associated with the cards is no longer valid. The cards had no expiry date listed, but it seems they are no longer useable since the program ended three years ago. Despite confirming there is value on the cards, we are unable to access it. We are unsure where the cards were purchased, and we are looking for guidance on how to resolve this situation fairly.

I am having trouble logging into my account. After choosing 'reset my password,' I am required to verify via email and then through text to my phone. Unfortunately, my phone is no longer active, leaving me unable to access my account. When contacting PayPal for help, I keep hitting a dead end as all solutions prompt me to 'Log in to your account,' which is impossible for me. Even the Facebook chat was unhelpful, trying to reset my password via email and phone repeatedly. Considering deleting my account seems ineffective since I cannot log in for that process either, and creating a new account with a different email is not ideal. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with accessing one of my Gmail accounts and one of my PayPal accounts. Recently, I received an email stating that there were disputes on payments and transactions made from my PayPal account, which I haven't used in months. Upon trying to log in, I discovered that someone had gained unauthorized access and disabled my two-step verification process. I managed to regain access to one account but am struggling with the other as the hacker has linked their phone for password resets. They are also attempting to access my accounts through a Samsung Galaxy A10 and a tablet. Furthermore, the hacker has changed the associated email address. Despite receiving emails about settled disputes and refunds, I did not file any of these claims. I still have my numerology report saved on Google Drive and will try my best to resolve this issue.

Yesterday, I contacted your customer service helpline regarding an issue with an order. Unfortunately, during the call, I ended up paying an additional $[redacted] to address a supposed hacker problem on my account. After visiting my bank, I discovered that PayPal may be falsely claiming hacks to extort money from customers. I want my account closed, and I plan to report PayPal for fraud and extortion to the banking committee and the Texas attorney general on Tuesday. The number I dialed for assistance with my account was 1-[redacted]. I have all the relevant phone numbers and text messages for my records and will be forwarding them to the authorities. I have lost $[redacted] due to this experience with your company, and as a result, I will not be using your services in the future.

I don't have an account with your company, but I recently ordered a sewing machine from a seller who used PayPal. Unfortunately, I never received the sewing machine, and the money was deducted from my bank account. I live in Raymond, ME, and the post office confirmed that the package was delivered to a location in Raymond, ME, but not to my address. I don't have access to the recipient's name or address as it's encrypted on the label, and the USPS won't provide this information. Here are the details of the transaction: Shipper: Steveneterson Email: [redacted] (currently invalid) Item#: [redacted][redacted][redacted] Item name: USybYTwohJqGQLaw Date: I received an email about this on July 20th The cost was supposed to be $97.18, but $[redacted].70 was deducted from my account on July 21, [redacted]. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.
