Hello, I am having issues with my payment for flight reservation n° [redacted]. I had sufficient balance on my card, and my bank confirmed no issues, but the payment was still rejected. After contacting an agent, I was informed that since the payment wasn't processed, the reservation can be canceled and rebooked. I was told that a confirmation email for the cancellation would be sent before 3 p.m. today, but I haven't received it. When I reached out again, another agent mentioned that it would take 72 hours to process my cancellation request. I find this delay unnecessary since the reservation wasn't confirmed or charged. I would appreciate it if the reservation could be canceled promptly without any charges, as advised initially, and receive an email confirmation of the cancellation as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I am still waiting for a refund for a flight that was cancelled over a year ago. Booking [redacted]. I made my 6th call to your customer service last Tuesday, and I keep getting the same response: "I will follow up on your case, processing times are long." This excuse is no longer acceptable after a year, especially since on your app a message states that the airline has informed you (Opodo) that my issue has been resolved. Copy of the airline's message. This situation is very frustrating. I paid for my tickets 19 months ago and have been waiting for my refund since July 7, [redacted], which is over a year. Therefore, I request that you handle my request and provide me with a real answer with a deadline, as soon as possible, so that I can finally recover the total amount of my expenses totaling [redacted].39 euros. I booked a flight to Venice on October 23, [redacted], with Opodo reference no. [redacted] to catch a cruise. Unfortunately, I received an email from the cruise company informing me that they are no longer able to sail into Venice. Instead, the ship will depart from a port [redacted] km away. Given the current travel restrictions in Italy, including the quarantine requirements, it is impossible for me to comply. I am unable to travel such a distance on the day of arrival and would not be able to meet the government's regulations either. We had booked a flight with Opodo from Munich to San Jose, Costa Rica, with a stop in Zurich. Everything was going well until we arrived in Zurich and were informed that our flight to San Jose had been changed weeks ago without any notification from Lufthansa or Opodo. The staff at Swissair were very friendly and assisted us in rescheduling our flights for the next day to Frankfurt and then to San Jose. We had to undergo an additional COVID test for [redacted] Swiss Francs and spend the night at the airport. Swissair mentioned that it's a common issue where Lufthansa sends passengers there without a connecting flight, causing inconvenience. After 48 hours of being in airports and planes, as opposed to the original 16-hour flight we booked, we finally arrived in San Jose where unfortunately my friend had a mishap and broke her knee upon arrival. Booking Reference: [redacted] - Airline Booking Reference: W2QOLQ I have been trying to get a refund for over a year now, but no progress has been made and I have not received the refund. Opodo's "Manage My Booking" indicates that a refund request was made, but when I checked with the airline, they claimed they never received the request. The airline requires the travel agency to submit the request through the Trade Support Line. Despite sending numerous messages to Opodo, the response remains unchanged. The website states the refund process may take 3 to 6 months, but it has been over a year with no resolution. I have called over 5 times, each time being told to wait 48 hours for an update on the refund, which has never been provided. I demand immediate attention and action regarding my case. If Opodo insists they filed a refund request with the airline, they must furnish me with a reference number for direct follow-up. Thank you.

Hello, I recently made a flight booking with confirmation number [redacted]. On August 2, [redacted], I used the Opodo app to request a change in my return date from October 5th to October 17th. The next day, an Opodo agent called me to inform me that my flight had been successfully rebooked to the requested date and that a charge of 10 euros was processed on my card on August 3rd for this change. The agent assured me that I would receive confirmation of the change within 24 hours. However, as of August 6, [redacted], I have not seen any updates in the app or received an email confirmation. I have been unable to contact Opodo's phone support as a non-prime member and have submitted another request for the date change. Despite being informed on the phone that the rebooking was completed, I am unsure as I haven't received any official confirmation. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Ticket 2: Soukaina Ghafrane. I have not received any confirmation of my reservation or airplane tickets. I have contacted your customer service by phone about ten times without getting a response to my inquiry. I also tried to retrieve my flight details using your mobile app with no success. A charge was made to my credit card. On my end, I ended up purchasing my flight on a different website. In this email, I am requesting a full refund of my payment due to the lack of service on your part. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with your poor services. However, up to this moment, I still have not received anything despite asking for it multiple times. Could you please send the invoice to the provided email address? If possible, could you separate the tickets and issue two invoices? One in the name of Stephane Kigoma with one of the airplane tickets and all the insurance, and the second invoice containing only one airplane ticket in my name: Tiffany Urdaneta Terken. I purchased a ticket from Opodo with the departure time from SXM airport on 8/19/[redacted] at 7:25 pm, but the flight actually left at 1:00 pm. This mistake caused me to miss my flight and spend a whole day waiting at the airport. Despite contacting the airline, they informed me that Opodo had incorrectly issued my ticket. I have been waiting for a response from Opodo for 72 hours after an agent supposedly submitted a request on my behalf, yet I still haven't received any emails from them. My attempt to reach them today ended abruptly after being on hold for about 30 minutes and being disconnected before speaking to anyone. I have had to incur over $[redacted] in hotel expenses while waiting for the next available flight. I insist that Opodo acknowledges their mistake, reimburses me for the missed flight due to their error, and covers the hotel costs incurred during the rebooking process.

Hello, I booked a flight with the option for free same-day cancellation from Moscow to Berlin on August 26, which I have since canceled because it was the wrong flight for me. I was informed that the cancellation process may take 3 to 6 months. However, the canceled flight is scheduled for September 1, so I urgently need it to be canceled as soon as possible. After submitting the cancellation request, I received an email confirming that my free cancellation request was successful and that the amount would be refunded to my account. The app also indicated that only the final step was pending. Today, the app suddenly shows that my request will soon be sent to the airline. I don't understand why this changed. Hello, I booked a flight with the option for free cancellation on the same day from Moscow to Berlin on August 26. I cancelled it because it was the wrong flight for me. I had a flight booked to fly from Cape Town with Opodo and return from Jo’burg with Air Lufthansa in October. Due to Covid, I contacted them to make changes. The representative mentioned we could cancel the ticket and keep it open to use the money/ticket link for a new booking. We were given until December to rebook, even for the following year. Although we were supposed to receive confirmation by email, none was received. After finally getting in touch with someone a month later, another representative couldn't find any record of our previous call but helped us with the changes again, ensuring it will go through this time. However, the email confirmation never arrived. Now, it has been nearly 2 months since I last spoke to them, and the original flight date is approaching.

I made a flight booking with Opodo departing from Luton with Whizz Air this Saturday. Unfortunately, I have not received a confirmation email, preventing me from checking in, completing Spanish government forms, booking PCR tests, or any necessary preparations. Opodo's customer service is unreachable as they require a booking reference, which I never received. Despite promises from the live chat bot, no assistance has come through, leaving me unable to access important flight details. This situation is distressing as I am traveling to Spain to visit family with my young children for the first time. I urgently need Opodo to reconnect with my booking reference.

Hello everyone, My name is Anisoula Kaltsidou, and I find myself in a difficult situation. I had booked a flight from Larnaka to Moscow and back with Nordwind Air via Opodo through Sky Skinner. The total cost was [redacted] euros. Unfortunately, there were two changes to my flight N4 [redacted] from Larnaka to Moscow on the 9th of September with Nordwind, which I accepted through Opodo. When I arrived at Larnaka airport today for my check-in, I was informed that my ticket was not valid. This came as a shock to me, as I had already incurred expenses for my trip including visa fees and travel insurance, amounting to [redacted] euros. I missed my flight, and I am unsure why this happened as I purchased the tickets through Opodo. I am seeking assistance to at least get a refund as I am currently unemployed.

This leads me to believe that there has been a mix-up and the flight may have been charged to the wrong person. I am concerned that another customer has been incorrectly charged for my booking.
