I placed an order for six clothing items from Nasty Gal on 11/28/[redacted] with a shipping estimate of 7-10 business days. Despite receiving a dispatch email on 11/29/[redacted] indicating arrival in six business days, it has been nearly ten business days since then, and my packages have not arrived. Tracking only shows the items left BOOHOO.com on 11/29 without further updates. I have contacted FedEx, who confirmed they have not received the packages. I am concerned as I need these items by Christmas. Additionally, my shipment details only show 1 item instead of the 6 I ordered. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated. Hello, I was expecting my order GUS[redacted]88 to arrive between December 8-10th. After contacting Nasty Gal via Facebook on the 10th, they advised me to wait until the 14th. Unfortunately, my package hasn't arrived and based on the tracking, it won't be here anytime soon. Despite reaching out multiple times, the representatives haven't been helpful. How can I escalate this issue to a supervisor? I am seeking a full refund.

Hello, I placed an order last month, and there has been no tracking information since 12/04/20. I believe the item might be lost during shipping. I am kindly requesting a refund for the product. If I do end up receiving it, I will send it back to you. I understand there are delays in delivery because of the pandemic and holiday season. Nonetheless, I have waited a reasonable amount of time for the package to arrive. It seems unreasonable for me to wait any further for an investigation. Kindly process a refund for the order. On the evening of Tuesday, December 15th (before the 11 p.m. cutoff), I placed an order with you for next-day delivery. It is now 2:00 p.m. on December 18th, and my parcel still has not arrived. I am frustrated because Hermes received the parcel on December 16th at 07:27, and there has been no progress since then. Contacting Hermes' customer service has been unhelpful as I could not speak to a human to expedite the process. While I understand NatsyGal dispatched my parcel promptly, I am disappointed with Hermes' lack of response. Please note, I do not accept COVID-19 related excuses as Hermes claims it does not impact their delivery service apart from reducing physical contact. I hope for a prompt resolution as Hermes has requested two working days to respond, which is unacceptable. Thank you, Cherry S.

I received an email from you on December 8th at 7:12 a.m. stating that my order # GUS[redacted]98 has been shipped. However, it has been 14 days, and I have not received my order yet. I also cannot find any tracking information for it. I sent an email on December 20th at 6:20 p.m. but have not received a reply. I would appreciate it if you could respond to this message promptly. If I do not receive a response, I will need to reverse the charge on my account. I am seeking information on how and when my order was sent, including a tracking number.

I made several purchases in December and returned some items. I received refunds for most of them, but I have not yet received a refund for order number Guk[redacted]18. I might have returned some items together in one parcel due to the number of returns I have made. The return code is Ntgp[redacted]26. I am confused as to why this refund has not been processed since you have already refunded me for purchases made after December 8th. I usually have been satisfied with your service, but I am finding the lack of response to my emails frustrating. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you, Louann P.

Due to the impacts of the pandemic that delayed my ability to return two oversized skirts for my relatives, I am willing to cover the postage costs for the return. Although it is past the typical return time, I hope you can consider making an exception given the circumstances. I appreciate the items your store offers, and I am interested in reordering the same or similar skirts in smaller sizes. The order was placed in October, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, I only recently had the chance to see my relatives in February. I established an account on Friday, April 9, [redacted], and bought four items online, along with opting for the Unlimited Express Delivery for a year for an extra 6.99 Euro. A package was dropped off in the postal room of my apartment block without any notification. Upon inspection, I discovered that the No Pad Vibes Belted Longline Jacket was missing from the delivery. I've attempted multiple times today to contact customer service for assistance, but as NastyGal does not offer a direct phone line, I have been unsuccessful. Dissatisfied with the quality of the received items and the poor quality of the boots that do not zip up correctly, I aim to return the items for a full refund of €[redacted].24 to my initial payment method and close my account. I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided and the error in my order. The website indicates that returns are free for Irish customers; however, during the return process, a payment is requested.
