I signed up for NFL Gamepass in October with the username "[redacted]". To watch NFL.com/Gamepass on my TV, I use Firestick. However, every time I access the NFL app, I have to go to NFL.com/activate on another device to enter a code. Typically, entering the code once should suffice, as is the norm in other apps. It's frustrating having to repeat this process. Additionally, fast forwarding for a mere 2 seconds ends up jumping to the 4th quarter, while rewinding takes me back to the start of the game. The time display for "ff or rewind" is incorrect, going ahead by 2 hours and bringing me back to the game's beginning. It seems unnecessary to log in via a separate device just to access "Gameday" on my TV. I hope there's a more convenient solution to this issue. Best, Barry Stone, [redacted]

I recently started a free trial with your service. While I can easily access it on my computer, I encountered an issue on my TV. When trying to sign in, it auto-populated with an old email address from when I was a previous subscriber. I no longer have access to that email and need to update it with my current one. The TV app interface seems to not have an option to change the email. I reached out with a ticket yesterday, but only received an acknowledgment email without any resolution. Please contact me urgently at [redacted] to assist. My name is Sandra H. and my current email is [redacted]

Hello, Happy Holidays! I am Tory Fykes and I wanted to share a heartfelt story. Recently, we had a terrible car accident due to heavy rain in Fort Myers, Florida. Fortunately, I survived with injuries including a broken collar bone, severe concussion, fractured c1, and lacerations. Chris, my boyfriend, who is a dedicated father, hardworking employee, and a massive Philadelphia Eagles fan, has been taking amazing care of me and our daughters. He has always put our family first, working two jobs for the past 16 years without ever complaining. All he wishes for Christmas is a Hurts jersey to support his favorite team. Due to the accident, we are facing financial difficulties, and I am reaching out in the hopes that someone might help fulfill this Christmas wish for him. Chris wears a size XL and has been wanting a black Eagles jersey for the past three years. It would mean the world to him and bring him immense joy. Thank you for considering our story and Happy Holidays. Sincerely, Tory Fykes from Fort Myers, FL.

Roger Goodell's handling of the CV19 issues in the NFL this weekend has been a debacle. As a Browns fan and a corporate season ticket holder, I believe the game should be postponed similar to how the Ravens game was last year. I feel upset about the situation and expect the Browns or NFL to offer a full refund to season ticket holders if a game with practice squad players proceeds as planned against the Raiders. After the game is played on Monday, I intend to take legal action and have discussed with my partners about filing a class action lawsuit against the Browns and the NFL on behalf of season ticket holders. The inconsistency in dealing with CV19 cases compared to previous situations like the Ravens and Steelers game from last year shows the need for a change in leadership. Goodell's actions are harming the quality of the games on the field.

I had a NFL Gamepass and used it for half of this season. However, one morning, I tried to log in and couldn't access my account. I even attempted to reset my password without success. When reaching out to NFLhelpdesk, I faced difficulties in delivering a message. Residing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, I'm simply looking for a functional email address where I can get in touch and receive an explanation for the sudden change in my account. A more personal interaction will be greatly appreciated.

Dear NFL, I want to share my opinion regarding the "Inspire Change" campaign. I feel that players are not oppressed, as they willingly joined the league. Comparing it to slavery is inaccurate because slaves had no choice, unlike these players who earn significant salaries. I believe focusing on social justice issues might deter viewers like me from watching. Best, Alan

Last night, while watching the Browns game on Roku, I encountered intermittent error [redacted] messages from about halftime onwards. Unfortunately, during the 3rd quarter, the error reoccurred and I was unable to regain access for the remainder of the game. Both of my TVs with Roku capabilities experienced the same issue, preventing us from viewing the game. Despite this, I managed to access the NFL network website for post-game analysis and results. Did anyone else face similar difficulties with Roku last night, December 20th?

Subject: Improved Youtube Thumbnails for the NFL Greetings to the NFL team, I believe there is room for improvement in the presentation of your content on social media platforms, especially on Youtube. I have taken the initiative to create a more professional and representative thumbnail for your videos. I tried to contact you via email but faced difficulties, so I am reaching out this way to share the thumbnail with you directly. I am also interested in discussing potential collaboration opportunities to enhance your communication strategies across various channels. Please let me know if you are open to the idea of elevating your content to better align with the NFL's image. Best regards, Julian C.

The Cleveland Browns have some crucial draft needs according to the recent changes on their website. They have released JC Tretter, a Pro Bowl center, to free up cap space and acquired the 36th rated center from the Seattle Seahawks. With a new $[redacted] million QB in place, their top priority should be finding a replacement in the middle of the line. Following that, drafting a tight end capable of blocking elite pass rushers is essential for enhancing the running game. Due to injuries to running backs Chubb and Hunt, improving protection is vital to prevent further harm. The suggestion to trade up for a pro-bowl caliber guard in the late 1st or early 2nd round is a solid strategy to address these needs effectively.

I recently viewed a program highlighting the [redacted] greatest teams of all time, and one of them was the [redacted] New Orleans Saints. I vividly remember watching the NFC championship game, a match that left a sour taste for many football enthusiasts globally. The game was marred by what I can only describe as a disgraceful exhibition of foul play orchestrated by Coach S.P. and his team. The repeated late hits and apparent intent to injure by the Saints went unchecked by the NFL referees, leading to a sense of frustration and disbelief among viewers. The NFL's lackluster response post-game was disappointing, to say the least. It's disheartening to see S.P. being celebrated on a platform that honors legendary teams when his actions should have had more severe consequences. The lack of sportsmanship displayed during that game sets a troubling example for young fans worldwide. It's crucial for accountability and transparency to prevail in situations like this to uphold the integrity of the sport.

I'm interested in learning more about NFL PLUS. Will the $79.99 season subscription provide live streaming of all Eagles games (pre-season and regular season) on my tablet or computer, similar to the MLB package? I know it's not for TV cable. I want to confirm that under the NFL PLUS SUBSCRIPTION, all selected team games will be available live on my phone, tablet, or computer for $79.99 without just replays.

I'm interested in learning more about the NFL Plus package for the upcoming 2[redacted] season. I am seeking clarification on whether the $79.99 subscription will grant me access to watch all Philadelphia Eagles games live on my tablet, computer, or phone, rather than just replays. The information provided by the NFL is not explicit regarding the content included in the NFL Plus package. My main priority is to be able to watch all Eagles games live, so I hope that the NFL Plus package offers this access at the specified price. Could you please provide further details on what the NFL Plus package entails in terms of NFL coverage and if it includes live coverage of all games of a specific favorite team, such as the Eagles? Thank you.

Hello, I am a representative from the 748th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Booster Club at RAF Lakenheath, UK. I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of obtaining tickets for the NFL games in London this year for our service members. Being stationed here for over 3 years, it's challenging for us to attend games due to our demanding operations. Our unit consists of many NFL fans, and this opportunity would greatly boost morale and support the military community at the [redacted] AMXS. We are willing to assist with any required paperwork for tax deductions, creating a beneficial situation for both parties. Your consideration in providing tickets would go a long way in uplifting the spirits of our men and women serving here. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Nick Sirmeyer

I signed up for the NFL + Premium trial on Saturday, August 20, [redacted], but I haven't been able to watch any games. I received a response from Kristine (NFL Support) that didn't resolve the issue. I replied yesterday morning, but still haven't heard back. The customer support needs improvement. My trial ends this Friday, and I want to continue on a monthly basis, but I need help to watch a game. When I log into NFL.com, I can only see my profile but not manage my subscription properly. I got an email confirming my trial activation. How can I access what I paid for? I apologize for being frustrated, but I'm really struggling with this situation. If I don't hear from you or if the issue isn't resolved, please cancel my trial to avoid being charged. If no action is taken, I will involve my credit card company. This experience is disappointing, and it's not the way to retain subscribers.

I was charged $50 for something and I have tried various ways to contact you to cancel with no success. I am an elderly man battling cancer, and I just want to watch NFL games. Despite not being able to afford it, I also have subscriptions to Sling, ESPN, Paramount (CBS), and Hulu to catch the games of my favorite teams. Unfortunately, where I live, I cannot access local channels. The charge on my bank account reads as follows: POS Purchase Non-PIN HCA FLORIDA NFL INVI [redacted] TN [redacted] *****[redacted] 08/23 08:23. I have been attempting to reach out regarding my NFL account for 2 years, but the information available does not address my specific questions. I am frustrated by this situation. Thank you. - Steve A. Email: [redacted]

I signed up for NFL+ Premium for $79 per year. However, I am encountering issues accessing my account as I keep being redirected to the subscription page. Despite paying twice (the duplicate payment was refunded), I struggle to easily access the service. Today, I faced challenges connecting to games, managing to briefly watch the Seahawks game only after resetting my password. Past experiences with Game Pass also presented similar difficulties. Each time I manage to access a game, I inevitably encounter the "Subscribe" option upon returning, leading to frustration. I primarily use a new Apple iPad for this. If these issues persist, I would like a refund and will cease attempting to watch NFL games since I refuse to get cable TV.

Hello, I'm John D. and I'm experiencing an issue with my subscription. On 8/2/[redacted], $79.99 was charged to my Visa for the NFL+ Premium Annual subscription under the charge T[redacted]95. While I can sign in, I am unable to access the game streaming content. My credit card statement confirms the payment made. Whenever I try to access the games, I am prompted to sign up for a subscription despite already having one. I faced this issue specifically with the third game last Sunday after being able to watch the first two games. I use a Mac desktop with Chrome as my browser. I would appreciate your assistance as I am quite frustrated with this situation, which has been time-consuming. The customer support provided has been slow, indirect, and unhelpful. A phone call for support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, John

The increased fee for watching Thursday night football on Amazon is a troubling change. It seems like the NFL is solely focused on profits rather than the game itself or the fans. My husband, who is disabled, finds great joy in watching football, it's his favorite pastime. The additional cost to watch a game is unreasonable, especially considering the already high price of Direct TV. The rising expenses associated with enjoying sports are making it unaffordable for many, prompting some to contemplate giving up NFL altogether. The current state of exorbitant costs for basic things like watching a game or buying food is concerning. The NFL should reconsider their pricing structure. Fall football used to be a cherished time for families and friends to come together and enjoy the sport, but now it seems like the league prioritizes profit over the fans' experience.

I have subscriptions to NFL Sunday Ticket and NFL Game Rewind, and I have never encountered any issues accessing my accounts to watch games on the app until last night. My account is linked to the email [redacted] To my surprise, last night I was charged $20 for NFL+. What perplexes me is that I received the receipt for this charge in my [redacted] inbox. I am unsure why I was charged this fee when I have already paid in full for Sunday Ticket and Game Rewind for the year. Ever since this charge appeared, I have been unable to access my account to view games. I am at a loss as to why this is occurring and why the charge was directed to my [redacted] account instead of my primary [redacted] associated with my NFL account login. I have attempted to activate my account multiple times without success.
