I utilized your website and encountered an issue regarding information under my name, Joan Huck, previously known as Fournier and Souza. There is a record of a criminal incident from when I was 17, now being 77. This matter was resolved in court during my youth and should not be associated with me anymore. I'm considering seeking legal advice through a pro bono attorney to address potential action against your company if needed. I have 31 grandchildren who may one day search for information about me. Since the incident in Providence, RI more than 60 years ago, I've had a successful career as an operating room nurse for 30 years, insurance agent, real estate broker, and even obtained a bartender's license. Please ensure the removal of this outdated incident from your site. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Joan Huck.

Yesterday, I noticed that around 25 residents from my Senior Community left reviews for me on MYLife. After going through the summaries, I realized I only recognized a few individuals, who are deceased. The ratings appear to be inaccurate and potentially fraudulent. I am unable to locate these individuals and it concerns me that their reviews are still there. One particular remark about "Damaging Associates" stands out, pointing to 8 specific individuals along with their scores. When totaled, the average comes to [redacted].25, which falls between Fair and Good. It's worth mentioning that Mary Moroney, with some past judgments, rated me with a score of [redacted], which is what MYLife gave her in return. The "Damaging Associates" tag should be removed as it appears misleading. As an 80-year-old dealing with metastatic cancer, the profile on MYLife, especially the section on "Neighbors," is important to me. The platform should address these inaccuracies, including reviews from deceased individuals and misleading information from family members. My judgment from 27 years ago should also be clarified upfront as a post-divorce debt situation.

I signed up for a $1 7-day trial in February and cancelled it 5 days later. On the day of the cancellation, not the 7th day, my card was attempted to be charged for 4 different amounts, 4 times in a row. None of these charges were the amount I was informed would be charged had I not cancelled on the 5th day. This behavior has continued every day since February 10th, charging me for 4 different amounts daily. I have been forced to cancel the card used with this company due to the harassing and fraudulent activity. Despite emailing 6 days ago and receiving a response promising contact within 24 hours, there has been no resolution. My disabled card is still being attempted for charges that I am notified about. Recently, there have been repeated attempts to charge me for 4 separate amounts 4 times in a row. I possess evidence that I cancelled the subscription trial before the end date and I am considering legal action. I demand that this company cease all attempts to charge me and halt all communication immediately. I do not wish to receive any more emails from this company or its affiliates. Stop this now, and send me confirmation, then refrain from contacting me further.

Please delete my profile and all personal information from your site. I only logged on to find out how to correct and remove my information after seeing it appear on a Google search while looking for my Realtor placement. I thought I had opted out of your site by clicking a box at the end, but I see my information is still available. This is an invasion of privacy and a safety concern. I do not authorize the sharing of my address or any personal details. Thank you for your attention to this matter. From, Pamela S. [redacted] Vancouver, WA [redacted] [redacted]

I was approved for Reemployment Assistance by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity over six months ago. They asked me to log in to CONNECT to claim my weeks, but I was never given a PIN number. When I requested one, I was directed to ID.ME for identity verification. After a month of waiting, I had a 4 a.m. video call with a coach who verified me and said I should receive an email with my PIN number in a couple of days. Despite being verified by ID.ME, I have made about [redacted] calls to the Reemployment Assistance hotline, but they keep saying my identity doesn't match without specifying the issue. They even asked me to email my driver's license and social security card three times to a specific address, but I still face the same problem. ID.ME confirmed they sent my verification to the Department of Economic Opportunity numerous times. This ongoing issue has caused me significant stress and financial hardship, and I fear my family might become homeless if this is not resolved soon. I need assistance with this matter urgently.

I signed up for a $1 trial, and within three days, I was charged $54 for their premium service. I immediately cancelled my account after realizing it was not as advertised. Despite emailing them and requesting a refund, I was charged another $19.95 after 7 days with no response or refund. The lack of customer service and being charged without permission is unacceptable. Their phone line continuously gives a busy signal. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and feel deceived.

I am Jennifer D., and on 5/3/[redacted], I signed up for the $1 lifetime membership with this service. After using the search function and feeling dissatisfied, I cancelled my account and turned off the auto-renewal feature. To my surprise, on the same day, I was billed an extra dollar. Upon checking my bank statement, I noticed two more unauthorized charges on 5/3/[redacted] and 5/11/[redacted] for $1 and $19.95 respectively from mylife.com. The card linked to my account ends in [redacted], while my bank card number ends in [redacted]. I kindly request a prompt refund of the total $20.95 as these charges were not approved. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at r a y j e n o u [redacted] for any necessary verification or further details. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Jennifer D.

I have noticed that my headline is still displayed on my profile page, even after my profile has been removed. The information about Barbara Pilliod (A), 50 from Milwaukee, WI is still visible, and I need it removed from the Duck Duck Go Web Browser promptly. If this is not done, I will have to involve my lawyer and send a cease and desist letter. I have tried calling your customer service line twice, but the call gets disconnected after waiting for several minutes.

I unwittingly fell for this and struggled to cancel the service. Despite providing all necessary information, they continuously requested more details to locate my account. Even after complying, I kept receiving the same inquiry, asking for additional information. I initially used the service to search for someone but found it unhelpful, especially since I am currently unemployed due to medical reasons and am a single parent striving to make ends meet. I urgently needed the money they charged me, only to be met with obstacles when attempting to cancel the subscription. The repeated $1.00 charges on the same day, followed by a $19.95 charge on May 4th, are causing me distress. I fear another unauthorized charge. I have emails documenting my attempts to cancel, but received evasive responses. It's unclear whether my subscription was successfully terminated, which is why I hesitate to verify, as the process of canceling was convoluted and unproductive. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kristie S.

Hello, I am Blonie Barnes. I would like to request the removal of my outdated criminal record indicating felony child abuse, as the charges were dropped by the Florida State Attorney in August [redacted]. Please remove all details regarding my previous addresses at Po Box [redacted], Orlando, FL [redacted], Kissimmee, FL, and Lake Mary, FL as they are no longer accurate. The individuals listed as family members or associates on your platform, Louis Barnes, Deryk Barnes, Louis Barnes, Rodney Barnes, and Michelle Pembleton, are also incorrect. I expressly request my Profile be taken down from your website due to inaccuracies. I did not authorize the public posting of my personal information, particularly my date of birth, which poses a risk to my privacy and could lead to identity theft. I believe your website's publication of misleading data infringes upon my civil rights.

The information provided for Daniel Curtis Hamer is inaccurate, as I am his daughter. It is incorrect to list Robyn Gordon as my mother, which is offensive. There seems to be a lack of validation protocols in the information you post. My father has only two sisters, one of whom was a respected attorney for the state. While she has passed, her colleagues held her in high regard. If this misinformation continues, I may consider informing them as they do not take kindly to false information.

After trying the $1 trial, I was unexpectedly charged twice and later had two unauthorized transactions on August 4th. The amounts of $35.85 and $47.85 seemed suspicious to me. Following this, my card was deactivated, and a new one was issued. Due to living on a tight fixed income, these unapproved charges have put a strain on my budget. My bank has advised me to reach out to your customer service for assistance with refunds. I apologize for any confusion and would appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

This morning, I searched my name online and came across an offer to update my information for free, but was then prompted to pay an access fee. I paid $1.00 for a 3-day trial on MyLife. Shortly after, I thought of more information to add to the site and searched my name again. It displayed my reputation dropping from +16% above the national average to -16% below. I was charged another $1.00 for a new trial with MyLife, but upon trying to access it, received an error message and was removed from the website. I urgently need this issue resolved and explained. My Life is important to me, and I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I found inaccuracies in my employment, past addresses, and income details on your platform. These errors lead me to question the reliability of your services. When I tried to contact Customer Service twice, I was disconnected both times without a resolution. I will not consider utilizing your services due to these issues. I am concerned about MYLIFE's liability for sharing incorrect information and do not plan to pay to rectify inaccuracies in your database.

I am dissatisfied with the service I received from your website. I signed up for a trial of your background check service and decided not to continue with the monthly subscription. Despite my request to cancel the automatic renewal, I was charged $54.95 instead of the expected $29.95. This is unacceptable, and I demand a refund of the full amount immediately. I do not want apologies, just a prompt resolution. In case of further delays, I will consider taking legal action. Please rectify this error promptly. Thank you.

I was trying to get my cousin's phone number, but instead, I received financial data that was irrelevant to me. Despite trying several different accounts, I was unable to find her phone number. One site even claimed I was now a lifetime member without my consent, which I do not want. Please refund any charges made and cancel this membership. I will keep looking for other ways to contact my cousin. One negative experience can ruin the whole process.

I kindly request that any personal financial information from me that keeps appearing on your website be removed, as it has been brought to my attention by others. Approximately two years ago, Chinese intelligence infiltrated federal employee records, especially targeting individuals with high levels of government clearance, myself included in the 1.8 million affected. The Chinese hackers obtained over two million files from the OPM (Office of Personnel Management). With a 52-year career in federal law enforcement, your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. -Gary K. Dufrene [redacted] Koloa Street Diamondhead, MS

Subject: Cancellation Request for Accidental Subscription I believe I have unintentionally signed up for one of your programs and would like to cancel it before being charged the monthly fee after the 3-day trial period. I have been trying to reach someone over the phone to no avail; I keep getting a busy signal. Please assist me in canceling the account linked to the confirmation number [redacted]23 for the first membership. Thank you, D. Durec [redacted] E [redacted] N Camden, IN [redacted]

Hello Customer Service, I am concerned because my personal information, including my name variations and contact details, is still appearing in search engines like Yahoo and Google. Although clicking on the links does not reveal this information, the search results prominently display details like the city I reside in and my telephone number on the front pages. As a public school teacher, I understand that my work details might be public, but there is no justification for my unrelated personal information to be visible. I kindly request the removal of this data to safeguard my privacy rights. Thank you for addressing this matter. Sincerely, Kalinda Price

I kindly request the removal of all my details from these sites to prevent further complications. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
