I have made four separate calls in an attempt to resolve the issue with activating my new phone. Unfortunately, due to my hearing difficulties, I have requested to speak with a supervisor or someone who speaks clearly without an accent. My experience so far has been frustrating as I have been disconnected twice, accidentally hung up once, and most recently, treated rudely by an individual named Stan. Despite explaining that my Norton [redacted] and Life Lock subscription is active, representatives continue to claim it is not. Providing them with my account details does not seem to help. I was issued one case number: [redacted]2. I kindly request assistance from someone fluent in English to contact me at [redacted]. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Donald Colvin Key: X3RQV 24BXP 6RV2G W8GQ4 MV2K8.

Since my divorce, following 30 years together, my ex-husband has seized 80% of my personal belongings and [redacted]% of my professional assets, leaving me with very little. He has been stalking me, locating my whereabouts, breaking into my apartment, and taking things to worsen my situation. Upon discovering his stalking and break-ins, I reported it to the police, who have not been helpful, especially since I live in Section 8 housing due to him taking everything, even my professional licenses I couldn't afford to renew. I was diagnosed with MS during our marriage, and the stress from the divorce has exacerbated my symptoms. His harassment hasn't ceased; he even tampered with my security system to hinder its effectiveness. He's cunning and continues plotting to harm me and strip me of what little I have left to survive.

Hello, my name is Bryon Shelley. I have been a victim of repeated hacking and money theft from a sweepstake prize. Unfortunately, it happened again last night. I have reported this to the authorities, but the issue persists. It seems the hackers have acquired a fake ID with my name and their picture, possibly obtained from the DMV. The stolen amount is substantial, well into seven digits. I am interested in your services, particularly the free 30-day trial and the $19.00 monthly service fee. Time is critical, and I would appreciate it if you could notify the bank to watch out for these individuals. Please feel free to contact me at [redacted] for any further details. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am experiencing issues connecting my Norton LifeLock account to Raymond James for transaction monitoring. Despite my efforts and numerous attempts to resolve the problem by contacting Support weekly, my case has not been successfully resolved since renewing the subscription in early August [redacted]. The case number is [redacted]5. The agents are polite but have not been able to fix the issue. I have invested a significant amount of time without success. I am concerned about the amount of time and resources that have been spent on this matter by both myself and your technical support team. Your immediate assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

As a disabled senior citizen, I've made several attempts to reach Lifelock Customer Service, but calling remains my only option due to browser difficulties. It's a challenge to navigate security questions, as incorrect responses freeze my account. Unfortunately, this just happened recently. The frustration lies in being seen as robotic rather than human by companies. It's disheartening how little regard is given to our needs and limitations. I feel stuck and unsure of how to proceed.

This afternoon, on June 14, [redacted], I contacted Lifelock regarding a bill inquiry but required my credit card number for a March [redacted] Norton charge. I spoke with Jeanna, informed her I'd call back with the number, and ended the call. The case number is [redacted]7. Upon my return call using a listed number, a representative named "Ryan" discussed combining LifeLock and Norton payments for both my husband and me at $[redacted], requesting payment via check or credit card. After transferring us for Norton download support, another individual confirmed our details, sought permission for the Norton download, which we granted. However, attempts to reach Unifox at [redacted] were unsuccessful, prompting us to contact our credit card company to freeze the account. We then contacted Norton via an alternative number for computer security reassurance. Concerned about the breach, we seek clarity on our financial protection, the security of our data, and password safety assurance. An expedited response is appreciated.

Today, I attempted to unfreeze my TransUnion account to apply for credit through Boeing. However, both TransUnion and Equifax stated that the information I provided did not match and I was unable to proceed. Additionally, when trying to access my Boeing employee credit account, I received the same message of denied access. I just opened my online Boeing account yesterday and now I am concerned that my information may have been compromised.

This morning, I received a suspicious email claiming I had purchased a $[redacted].99 antivirus package, which I did not order. They threatened to charge my account in 24 hours if I didn't contact them. I'm a 78-year-old woman in assisted living and cannot afford this. The phone number they provided is 1-[redacted]. When I called, a man with an Indian accent answered before we got disconnected. LifeLock asked for my banking information for a $74 monthly virus protection package after I left a message. I feel lost and need assistance without extra charges. I just want to talk to someone about this situation.

I did not authorize any charges for your product, yet I received an invoice through PayPal indicating a charge of $[redacted].99 for a service I never intended to purchase. I am requesting an immediate refund as this unauthorized charge has impacted my ability to buy Christmas presents for my children. The phone number listed on the invoice, 1-[redacted], is not functional, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of your company's customer support.
