I attempted to access eFootball 23 on my new Android device after losing my phone recently. Unfortunately, I am having trouble logging into my previous account using my Konami ID or owner ID of .ASHM_163_985_059. On my old account, I had numerous players and over 10 eCoins, but now all that shows is a new game and team. I am seeking guidance on how to retrieve my old ID. My account was hacked, and the hacker changed my email and password. I had the Iconic player, but now when I try to log in, I can't access it. Please help me recover my account. The hacker's email is [redacted] My Konami account was breached, and the hacker altered both the email and password. My previous email was stolen, and now I cannot log in. My PES account also got hacked, and the hacker changed my old email and password. My Gmail account was compromised; please assist with my Konami account. I unwittingly clicked on a hacker's link and now cannot access my account. My PES account was hacked, and the hacker switched the email and password. If anyone has any advice on how to rectify this situation, please let me know.

Hello, I mistakenly terminated my contract around 00:15 on August 9, [redacted] in the eFootball23 game on PS5 and lost the player card I obtained by recharging gold coins. I am seeking assistance in recovering the player's data. Since this is my first error, I am hopeful that customer service can aid me in retrieving the game data. Should I contact KONAMI via email to reach the official team for the card data recovery in the game? Please respond promptly once customer service reviews this. Thank you.

My account has been banned in the game. I previously mentioned that my account was stolen, and I was asked for data to recover it. After that, I received a message saying my account was blocked until the investigation was completed. I have plenty of data to prove that I am the original owner of the account from the ID, the email address first linked to the account, the Play game account where the account data was linked, and that this account has never been entered on a mobile phone other than mine. Please resolve the issue promptly. The email I used when the account was first linked is [redacted] The account was created on September 20, [redacted], with the last session date being February 8, [redacted]. The account was created with SM-A217F/DS, and this is the email message I received when creating the account. Thank you for using KONAMI ID.

Hi Konami, I need to address a significant issue that occurred on Wednesday evening. Upon logging into my account, I noticed that some players, including Mbappe, Lewandowski, Andy Cole, and Alexandro Del Piero, had been sold. It appears that my account has been compromised. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. I would appreciate it if you could restore one of the players to my account.
