I arrived four hours late, desperately wanting to reach my son before he passed away. I understand there was a weather delay, but I was upset when a family with a screaming baby was initially removed and then allowed back on the flight. The baby cried throughout most of the journey, making an already emotional trip even more challenging for me as an 83-year-old mother. An attendant kindly reminded me several times to adjust my mask properly, which I initially misunderstood. When I became overwhelmed and others expressed concern, the attendant handled the situation with compassion. I had booked Flight [redacted] from LAX to FLL departing at 10:55 PM on Monday, 6/14/[redacted], and arriving at 7:07 AM. My connecting Flight [redacted] from FLL to EWR was scheduled to depart at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, 6/15/[redacted], and arrive at 10:52 AM. The issues began when Flight [redacted] from LAX to FLL was delayed for over an hour. Upon landing in FLL, there was no JetBlue staff to assist with connecting flights. After inquiring, I was informed that I needed to rebook my flight outside the secure area. I waited in line for over an hour and a half to get my flight rebooked. Subsequently, I had to go through TSA again and faced a long delay for Flight [redacted] from FLL to BOS departing at 2:37 PM on Tuesday, 6/15/[redacted]. This flight was also delayed by about two hours, causing concern about missing my connecting Flight [redacted] from BOS to EWR. Thankfully, I managed to make it on time. I returned home around 11:50 PM on Tuesday, 6/15/[redacted], after facing a full day of challenges. The flight delays caused significant disruptions to my vacation, and I am requesting compensation from JetBlue. Thank you.

Upon arriving at the Aruba airport, I encountered chaos at the Jet Blue check-in line almost three hours before my flight. I travel to the US regularly on United and have never faced such issues with Jet Blue. The line was extremely long, with only a few agents assisting. Despite not having a bag to check, I still had to wait due to the requirement to show a Covid test at the counter. The lack of staff caused a backlog extending out the door. Eventually, after almost an hour, I reached the counter where Melanie Kock, one of the two agents, informed me I had to take a different flight to JFK, further away from my destination. She also required me to arrive four hours early, which was not communicated in any Jet Blue emails. This unexpected change led to delays at customs, causing me to miss my next flight and spend seven hours waiting at the airport. Even when attempting to reschedule, I faced challenges as all employees had left for the day by 5 pm. Contacting Jet Blue via phone resulted in a 93-minute wait, which is unacceptable for a premium-priced service. Jet Blue needs to address these issues promptly.

I canceled my son's ticket with Cheapo Airlines, the confirmation number was GCHIZG, due to Covid. When I called Cheapo Airlines, they directed me to contact JetBlue directly to rebook with a credit. I've attempted to reach out at the provided number 1-[redacted] without success. The alternate number 1-[redacted] only assists customers traveling within the next 24 hours. I'm now looking to use the credit to rebook since restrictions have eased and my son is vaccinated. I am a TrueBlue member, under number [redacted], Lisa D. Is it possible to transfer my credit to the travel bank for online rebooking as the website doesn't accept the confirmation code and instructs to call the unavailable number?

Dear JetBlue Special Assistance Team, I appreciate your understanding of the current situation affecting phone lines. I am inquiring about traveling with my two service dogs to America. I have reviewed JetBlue's service dog requirements and understand that only trained service dogs are accepted. My dogs do not have specific training for psychiatric assistance, but they have been invaluable to me. Both dogs, male Labrador Retrievers, assist me with managing my agoraphobia and PTSD. They have been trained to help me with tasks related to my conditions. I have all necessary documents, including vaccination records and a letter from my therapist. I previously trained them to work with students at Ruskin Mill College in England, where I was formerly a tutor. I have confirmed with Aer Lingus that my dogs will be allowed on the flight to JFK with a connecting flight to LAX via JetBlue. Good afternoon, I would like to express my concerns about the issues my daughter encountered on Monday, June 14th, during her flight from Nassau to Fort Lauderdale to Boston. I used my JetBlue card to book this trip as a gift for her high school graduation. She and 7 friends were on the trip. While I have had positive experiences with JetBlue in the past, the delays on flight #[redacted] on June 14th were frustrating. After departing Nassau following a prolonged wait at the airport, they were rerouted to Fort Lauderdale. Upon arrival, they faced further delays and were ultimately informed that there were no available flights to Boston, requiring them to return the following day for a flight. They had no accommodation arrangements, but luckily, they were able to stay with a family friend overnight. I am hopeful JetBlue has plans to reimburse us for this portion of the trip. I recently reserved a round trip flight for my elderly mother from CLT to BOS departing on Jul 30 and returning on Aug 3. I found the return flight Flight [redacted] at 2:45 PM on a third-party site, Kayak, as it was not visible on the Jet Blue website directly. Despite Flight [redacted] being the only option on Jet Blue's website at 5:55 PM, it was inconvenient. I noticed on multiple days that Flight [redacted] was not available when booking a round trip on the Jet Blue site, but it did exist when booking one way. However, Flight Tracker confirmed Flight [redacted] flies while Flight [redacted] was not mentioned, which seemed odd. I wondered why there was a lack of consistency in flight availability between round trip and one way options on Jet Blue's website. Upon reviewing last month's Barkley's credit card statement, we noticed a $22.40 credit missing for the second passenger due to JetBlue canceling our flight. After speaking with a True Blue agent from JetBlue around May 12, [redacted], she confirmed the error and assured us the credit would appear on the next statement. My name is Tea Brkanovic, and I purchased round-trip tickets with confirmation number JTXAVG. One ticket is in my name, Tea Brkanovic, and the other is in my friend's name but spelled incorrectly. I entered Rufiya Yaksubaeva instead of Rufiya Yaxubaeva. Our return flight is scheduled for the 24th, this Thursday. I have a flight booked with confirmation code XIHDPZ under the last name Janusziewicz. The airline changed my nonstop flight to one with a layover, increasing the travel time significantly. I would like to switch to an option that arrives in Tampa around 3:00 pm and select my seats without extra fees. After a long wait on the phone, I managed to change to a one-stop flight on Saturday. However, today I received an email thanking me for canceling my flight, which was not my intention. I want to keep the Saturday changes and receive a refund for my checked bags and seat selections due to the mistake. A chat representative couldn't fix it and advised me to call the general number.

I made reservations on Flight [redacted] from Boston to Tampa for Monday, June 28, [redacted]. My husband and I had chosen Even More Space seats, originally 2D and 2E, but we were reassigned to 14A and 13D. I attempted to switch to seat 14B to sit with my husband, but was informed of an extra charge which I find unfair, especially since we paid for premium seats. Flying already makes me anxious, and this situation has only heightened my anxiety. I would appreciate being seated in 14B.

I have a confirmation code for tickets bought in January [redacted]. I have seat selections for both flights to Aruba from Boston and the return. The confirmation code is HVFLVX. Despite having confirmed seats for both flights, our seats for the return flight on 8/21/21 are no longer assigned, and the purchased bags are missing. Previously, we reserved seats 15A and 15B with 1 bag for each of us. We are long-time JetBlue flyers but have never faced this before. Kindly reinstate our seat assignments and the purchased bags as per our booking from January [redacted]. I will also attempt to address this with customer service if I manage to reach them. I had an awful experience on Sunday and Monday during a trip with Jet Blue. Our flight was delayed from Bermuda to JFK due to a computer glitch, and the communication from staff was poor. Upon landing, the gate staff at JFK were unhelpful and rude, making it difficult for us to rebook our connection to MVY. The service at Just Ask was slow, and we had trouble locating our bags. The staff member assisting us even made inappropriate comments. The next day, we faced more frustrating interactions, being misinformed about refunds and experiencing further mishaps with our infant not being listed on the flight. To top it off, my baby got burned by hot coffee due to a flight attendant's negligence. Overall, this was the worst travel experience I've had, and I am still awaiting refunds for additional expenses incurred.

I am now facing nearly five hours in JFK International Airport before boarding with my children, scheduled to arrive at 9 pm. The lack of support continues at my destination, where I anticipate a crowded airport upon arrival. This delay is part of a recurring issue with JetBlue flights, with more than half of my previous trips experiencing delays. I am requesting suitable accommodation for the inconvenience caused. I will now have to make additional arrangements upon landing, incurring expenses that should not have been necessary. I flew on Flight [redacted] from San Diego to JFK yesterday. At the gate, I was offered to check one of my slightly heavier carry-on bags for free, which I accepted. However, upon arrival at JFK, my bag was lost again. After waiting at the carousel, I was informed my bag had gone to Newark, NJ. Despite receiving a $30 voucher for the inconvenience, it didn't cover the cost of buying new toiletries as my bathroom bag was in the lost carry-on. This baggage mishap was frustrating, especially after a smooth flight experience with JetBlue. The $50 additional charge for my car and the hassle of having to buy essentials made this incident more exasperating. Although I appreciate the voucher, I doubt I will check another bag in the future due to these reoccurring issues.

I recently flew from NY to FL on flight [redacted], departing from NY at 11 pm on 6/23 and arriving in Florida at 1:20 am on 6/24. My experience with JetBlue on this flight was extremely disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, the multiple issues I encountered have made me consider switching to a different airline. The flight was initially delayed for about an hour and 20 minutes, only to be further delayed by 2 hours due to aircraft maintenance issues. Midway through boarding, the system shutdown prevented half of the passengers from boarding, causing another hour delay. To top it off, none of the televisions onboard were working. Given the series of problems, it would have been more reasonable to switch us to a different aircraft. I am very frustrated by this experience and request a prompt resolution to this matter. On June 21, I was scheduled to fly to Cartagena, Colombia on JetBlue flight #[redacted]. Upon arrival, I presented my reservation documents to the person in charge, who directed me to a line.
