Two days ago, I accidentally deleted Instagram. Thinking it wasn't a big deal, I reinstalled it from the Play Store. Once installed, I tried to log in, but either got a black screen or the app crashed. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, updating it, installing an older version, clearing the cache, and restarting my phone. Unfortunately, none of these fixed the issue. I was able to briefly log in, but it was slow and kept saying Instagram wasn't responding. Strangely, I can't access Instagram through Google or other devices either. I'm at a loss for what to do to use the app normally again. 🙁

On October 28th, my friends alerted me to a suspicious post on my Instagram story. When I tried to log in, I realized my account had been compromised. The username was changed to uuzoey.8, and I couldn't access it due to an incorrect password. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, the verification code was sent to a different phone number, not mine. This has resulted in me losing access to my account. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and the phone number linked is +[redacted] [redacted], which I haven't used in a while. I did receive an email from Instagram notifying me of the username and phone number change. My account was created in [redacted] on an iPhone. I hope for assistance in retrieving my account promptly. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my ownership.

I have been attempting to reach out to Instagram for assistance, but unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. This is what I have sent them: Hello META - Facebook - Instagram, I am feeling frustrated and let down! Why do you store all of our data? Where do we stand? Who are we connected to or in proximity with? Who knows each other and who might I also know? What are we currently interested in on the internet, enabling you to instantly display the right ads in our feed...? You will surely understand the concerns. It doesn't make sense to have so many spontaneous ads... Currently, my Instagram account has been hacked by some hacker, taken over, and deleted... Yet, apart from a brief message notifying me that my number has been changed - NOTHING!!! The Insta-Security team informed me that help will be provided in 3-4 days... STILL NOTHING!!! I kindly request a different approach and seek assistance in reclaiming access to my account.

Hello team, I need to report an issue regarding my daughter's Instagram account. The account, with the username melissaangelreuben and email [redacted], was created for my 11-year-old daughter, who is a child artist. I've been managing the account, sharing her photoshoots, ad films, and works since she was two years old to showcase to potential casting agents. Unfortunately, the account was blocked today when I tried out the new "supervision for teen account" feature and provided her actual date of birth. This led to being automatically logged out with a message stating she's underage. I had to submit her ID for age verification, resulting in the account being permanently deleted. Please help resolve the issue with the deleted account marusia_286! The 30 days have passed, and there is no way to recover it! Even though all month I've been reporting a technical error in the application! Due to a system crash in the app, it was impossible to request the confirmation code and to appeal, everything was in an inactive state! Now, it's also impossible to request confirmation as the form is not working, the account is deleted! Help solve the problem and recover the account! How can I fill out the form so that it is accepted for review, if an ordinary user cannot fix the technical glitch in the application, only developers can do that! Technical support does not respond to emails! Please help!!!

Hello, I have been dealing with a hacked Instagram account for over three weeks now. Despite several attempts to recover it, the hacker has added a 2-step authentication code that I cannot bypass. Facial recognition is not useful since the photos on my account are mainly of objects or groups. The hacker is sending messages about bitcoin to my friends and posting content related to cryptocurrency, which I am not interested in. Additionally, they have added an authentication code, complicating my password reset efforts. The account was created with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I typically use my Android phone to access the account, with my last successful login being on October 17th at 4:30 pm. My username is burattinis. If you need more information, please let me know.

Subject: Instagram Account Issue Dear Sir/Madam, I discovered on 31.10 that my Instagram account, "nadine_yvonne274," was blocked by Instagram. I believe it was hacked as the account name was changed to "nadinee_yvonne27" and "nadinee_yvonne2745." I have contacted support multiple times, submitted video selfies, but without receiving any response. I use Instagram regularly, maintain contacts, and have followers who expect my content. The suspension hinders me significantly and may lead to a drop in subscribers and reach. Please provide me with a reason for the block and unblock my account within 5 days. Hello, I have been facing recurrent temporary blocks on my Instagram account. Last week, a black page appeared notifying me that I wouldn't be able to interact with any videos until December due to allegedly sharing my password to get more likes and comments. This accusation is false as my account is private, and I'm the only one with access. I reported this issue and after 3 days, my account was unblocked. Usually, a white page saying "Your account security has been compromised" appears, prompting a password change because of password sharing, which again is untrue. My Instagram account is not for profit; it's private for communicating with friends and following content creators. Tonight, while liking a reel, my account prompted a password change; however, neither of my known passwords worked. When trying the forgot password option, I'm stuck in a loop. Even on a computer, the password reset link was sent to an old unused account, leading back to the security compromise message. I'm unable to change the password, and I'm worried about losing my connections and saved content. Any guidance to regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards.

My Instagram account was hacked. The password, contact email, and phone were changed. The hacker altered my actual name but kept my screen name. I can't access my account to reset the password as the security features don't reach me. A follower alerted me to the changes, but no new posts have been made. I've checked the Help Center to no avail. I urgently require phone support to regain access.

Hello, I received an email last Saturday informing me that someone unauthorized had accessed my Instagram account from a different device, which was not me. Shortly after, my account got deactivated for alleged guideline violations. Consequently, my connected Facebook account was also deactivated without any prior notification. I attempted to follow the provided procedures but was promptly informed that verification processes are currently delayed due to the ongoing pandemic. I am distressed as my account has suddenly vanished. I mainly share crochet work, travel photos, and food content, and I believe I did not breach any rules. I seek assistance urgently. My recent post showcased two orange hats, and my last story featured a meal. Despite changing my phone and being abroad, I maintain that I have not engaged in any wrongdoing. My fiance informed me this morning about an old Instagram account of mine, "Shanteeah_Two-horses," being hacked and taken over, along with two other accounts created under my name, "amber872" and "ambe_r4210." Despite my attempts to delete the accounts and seek help through various means in the past, nothing has been done to resolve the situation. Someone requested to change my email to [redacted] I received a message from a friend named Praju whose account got hacked. The hackers are misusing our accounts to promote cryptocurrency with fake pictures. I'm also receiving calls from the same person on WhatsApp at +[redacted][redacted]. This number is linked to an account impersonating Instagram help team with the name madhushree_03011__1. I've requested selfie verification but have not received a response yet. I noticed someone on my following list who I know I didn't follow. This was on my following list, not my followers. I'm actively monitoring my Instagram for anything unusual, and this was definitely out of the ordinary. I need an explanation as to how or why this happened. I understand it might seem simple like accidentally following them, but I'm certain I didn't. This person I supposedly followed was unfamiliar to me, and I have no idea how they ended up there. I had my phone with me all day, and no one else had access to it. I saw this person on my feed, and it's puzzling. I'm unsure if I've been hacked, and I can't figure out how to change my password. Hello, I am seeking assistance with two Instagram accounts. Initially, my account lora_lana_22 was blocked on November 11 for unknown reasons. While I successfully confirmed the email through a code sent via mail, I am facing trouble receiving the 6-digit code via SMS to confirm my phone number +7-[redacted]. Even after multiple attempts over several days, I have not received the code. Subsequently, I created a new account dr_Mary_Lee to communicate about the issue with the first account. However, the initial account remains blocked, and now the new account is also blocked. The same issue persists with the confirmation SMS not reaching my additional phone number +7-[redacted]. My account got suspended on October 20th at 2:01 pm without any valid reason. It has been a month since then, and I have been continuously trying to regain access through the official appeal forms. Unfortunately, my account seems lost due to this issue, with no assistance from customer support. Despite Instagram addressing the problem on Twitter and claiming to have resolved the false suspension problems, I have yet to recover my account. I am frustrated and let down by the Instagram team for their oversight. I am eager to have my account reinstated as soon as possible!
