Hello Instagram support, I am reaching out regarding the issue with my account being blocked for the second time within a month. It is frustrating and confusing as the first time my account was removed by mistake. Despite my efforts to follow all guidelines diligently after the initial block, I am now facing the same issue again. I am concerned about the loss of my memories and my [redacted] subscribers, and I urge for my account to be reactivated promptly. I would like the opportunity to retrieve my memories from the account before any further actions are taken. It is disheartening to see many users facing similar unjustified bans, and I hope that proper checks are in place before blocking any account. I encountered several issues when trying to address my initial concern. The fact that there is a paid assistance option is unacceptable. The difficulty in reaching a real person to help solve problems is also troubling. The provided step-by-step instructions often do not address the actual issues users face, leading to frustration. My main issue is the inconsistency of my feed activity across different devices using the same account. Why does this happen, and what steps will be taken to resolve it?

On March 26, my Instagram account, petratoaca, was temporarily banned for security reasons. However, after the 24-hour ban, my account was permanently banned without explanation, citing a violation of guidelines. Despite always keeping my account private and never posting, I was unable to rectify the situation. Following various online suggestions, I attempted to recover my account by providing my credentials, but the process did not yield any results. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter following internet guidance, my account remains inaccessible. I seek your assistance in swiftly restoring access to my account.

Hello, we manage an Instagram account for our company. Access is shared among three individuals: my boss, his wife, and myself. Lately, we've been experiencing issues logging in. Even after changing the password, the problem persists. The most recent action I took was linking our Facebook Business page to our Instagram account for business purposes. I suspect the problem lies in having different passwords for Facebook and Instagram. Since our Facebook account is for business, changing the password isn't straightforward. Hello! My name is Iaci Lomonaco, and unfortunately, I lost access to my account. Last September, I activated 2-factor authentication without saving the codes. Upon moving to Italy, I changed my SIM card as my Portuguese one became inactive. Everything was fine until I tried to log in from a new computer, my new Macbook Air, and encountered issues. I reset my password but lost access because the 2-factor codes are being sent to my old number. I have updated my number on Facebook (the same company) to show it is truly me. Despite reaching out through their help center, submitting all requested information, I have not received a response. Since I rely on Instagram for work and promotion, I am eager to regain access. Can you please assist me?

I have been locked out of my Instagram account due to suspected suspicious activity. Even after resetting my password, I am unable to receive the SMS verification code on my correct phone number. However, when I tried a different number, I was able to receive the code but still encountered issues when submitting it. Furthermore, when I access my account, nothing loads - it appears blank.

I am requesting to have my Facebook and Instagram accounts re-enabled. My Facebook account was mistakenly disabled on 20/03/[redacted]. The email linked to my Facebook account is [redacted] The phone number associated with my Facebook account is [redacted]29. The profile name on my Facebook account is Zabi Mohammed. My Instagram account, with the username iliyaz.md3, was also disabled on 20/03/[redacted]. It is linked to my Facebook account. I usually log in with my mobile phone, a Redmi 9 Prime model. Kindly re-enable both my Facebook and Instagram accounts as I believe they were disabled in error and not due to any wrongdoing or hacking. Thank you for your help.

I believe my email has been hacked, leading to the hacker logging me out of my Instagram account daily without my knowledge. Today, I discovered the hacker was attempting to change all my passwords (Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). While I successfully changed my email password and secured my Facebook, Amazon, and email accounts, I have not been able to regain access to my Instagram account. I have tried to change my Instagram password by entering the correct 6-digit safety number sent to my email, but each attempt to set a new password fails with a message in red letters saying, "There was a problem...please try again later." This morning, when attempting to access my account, I received an error message informing me that my Instagram account had been temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. The message suggested that my account may have been compromised through a phishing attack. To unlock my account, I was directed to verify my identity by sending a Security Code to my email. However, I no longer have access to that email address and did not provide a phone number for account recovery. I read about someone with a similar issue who was asked to provide detailed information and a photo holding a code for verification. Unfortunately, I cannot locate an Instagram support email to reach out for assistance. I am uncertain about the steps needed to regain access to my account. On March 21, [redacted], my Facebook account "Mint Reno" was hacked when I received a message disguised as Facebook requesting my birthday and password, threatening to disable my account. Regrettably, I clicked on the link. Following securing my account, I am unable to log in due to the message "If we find you are under 13 years old, your account will be disabled" displayed. Despite following the recovery steps on facebook.com/hacked and submitting my ID, I have not received any response. I have attached screenshots showing the hacker attempting to sell my account before being locked out, which were sent to me on Twitter under a different name. The hacker's username on Facebook seemed to be Ngo' Xuan Long. I kindly request a review of my case and ID verification, as I have invested significant effort and money in building my audience and advertising on Facebook. It was early in the morning, and while playing a game with friends, I unintentionally shared an inappropriate video instead of a funny one in our group chat. My Instagram account has recently been temporarily locked, and I am unable to receive the verification code via email or text message despite multiple attempts. I have provided a handwritten code in a picture to customer service and filled out the form to recover my account. Hopefully, someone can assist me in regaining access.

My Instagram handle is queenchatterjee123, but unfortunately, my account has been temporarily locked by Instagram. I am unable to log in as I usually accessed it through Facebook. The issue arose as Instagram now requires me to log in using an old phone number, [redacted], and email [redacted] - both are associated with Facebook. However, these credentials are outdated, and I cannot retrieve the password for the email. I tried to update with my new email, [redacted] I fear I might lose my 2k+ followers if I can't regain access. I had previously submitted identification proof to the Facebook team regarding this matter.

Instagram informed me that my account is likely compromised because I unknowingly entered my password on a phishing website. Hello, I have been unable to access my account "malkova_ksenia" for the past 4-5 years. I had my account, but after logging out of iCloud on my phone, I forgot the password I had recently changed. The email linked to the account was created just for Instagram registration and was abandoned thereafter. The phone number connected to the account was also changed, and I couldn't recover access. I created a new account and moved on. Now, I really want to regain access to my account! I cannot recover the email because I don't remember anything other than the address - no recovery email, security questions, or password that could help. I contacted the mobile operator's hotline for my old SIM card - they informed me that my number was sold to another user and they can't assist.
