I am seeking assistance as I unintentionally deleted my daughter's Instagram account. I set up my account (@tash.sin) with the email [redacted], which I have deleted. I tried to switch the email on my account to [redacted], but it's showing as linked to another account. A verification code was sent to my old email, but I can't access it since I no longer have that email. This has left me unable to verify my account and use it properly.

Hello, I am experiencing extreme anxiety due to bullying at college. My therapist recommended staying off social media. I accidentally opened my account which is causing me a lot of distress. I am too anxious to talk to people or receive messages until I fully recover. I attempted to disable my account, but I need to wait a week to do so. Can you please deactivate my account immediately?

Hello, I am Megan Terry (@__megs18__) and I recently received a temporary block on certain actions until the 16th of February for allegedly violating community guidelines by using an app to boost my likes and followers. However, this is inaccurate. The only action I took was downloading an app ("Cleaner for Instagram") to assist in unfollowing a large number of accounts since I was following over [redacted] people. The app didn't work properly, so I logged in and out multiple times using my Instagram login information. This led Instagram to believe I was violating guidelines by trying to boost engagement artificially, resulting in the temporary block. A few years back, when I switched to a new phone and phone number, someone managed to hack into my Instagram account. Despite the profile picture still showing as mine, they altered the email address, making it impossible for me to regain access by resetting the password. This unauthorized individual is now adding new followers, sending messages on my behalf, and using my account. I am eager either to recover access to the account or have it permanently deleted. I've been attempting to access an account created a few years back, but consistently encounter a "suspicious login attempt" message. Instagram purportedly sent various recovery codes to my phone, yet none have reached me. Despite maintaining the same phone number linked to the account, the codes aren't coming through. I admittedly acquired a new phone while retaining the old number. Is it necessary to retrieve the code from the previous device for access?

Hello everyone, I am in need of assistance. I am currently experiencing issues logging into my Instagram account 'skrhule7' as it appears to have been hacked since Monday, February 3, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts using my usual password, I am unable to access my account. I have reported this recurring issue multiple times over the past week, but I have not received any response from Instagram. Please lift this block since there is no harmful content on my account.
