I am unable to access my Gmail account because I no longer have the phone number associated with it. Clicking on the "try another way" link keeps redirecting me to the old number. Despite knowing my password, the 2-step verification process is impossible as I'm constantly redirected to the disconnected phone number. There is critical government information linked to this account, making creating a new one not an option. Without the ability to change the email for my government accounts, due to the verification loop, I'm stuck. The lack of customer service options is exasperating. Assistance is urgently needed, and the current situation is very frustrating.

I am currently undergoing a security check on my iPad Pro for my Gmail account. It is indicating that there are 5 devices connected, with a Mac being described as one of them. However, I do not own a Mac, but I am using my iPad Pro (1), one iPhone (1), and one iPad (1). I am reluctant to sign out the supposed Mac device as the app indicates that is the one I am currently using. I am seeking an advisor's assistance in resolving this issue without causing any disruptions to my account on my legitimate devices.

I am currently facing an issue logging into my Gmail account on a new laptop. I can't access my account as I forgot my password, and the phone number linked for recovery is outdated. Even after updating my profile with a new phone number, I still can't login. I attempted to contact Google tech support, but the number seems to disconnect. I need guidance on how to regain access to my Gmail on the new laptop. Thank you. - Kim M.

I am currently having trouble accessing my original Google account with two-step verification. Unfortunately, my phone broke and I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the two-step verification process. I have been using this account for the past 15 years, and despite trying all other available methods to sign in, I am unable to receive the verification codes as they are being sent to my old phone number, which I can no longer access. I am unable to tap "Yes" on my old phone to verify my identity, and I also cannot retrieve the eight-digit login codes that are saved on that device. Additionally, I am facing challenges verifying my secondary email accounts for two-step verification since my AOL account requires me to verify using my Gmail account. This situation is leading me in circles, and I have been unable to make any progress in accessing my account.

I've been attempting to use my Google Pay app for over a month now. There's a gift card that remains at the bottom of the page, and when I try to pay, it only gives me the option to choose between my cash card, another credit card, or use the gift card at the bottom. I've attempted to scan it through the wireless touchless pay feature, but it hasn't been successful. This has led to some frustrated cashiers trying to scan the barcode without any luck. When I select "pay with card," it doesn't provide me with an option to complete the payment. Unfortunately, I am running low on funds until payday and urgently need to use this gift card for gas and milk. Thank you.

I bought a Nest Audio during a Black Friday sale. Shipping and delivery were fine, but I encountered an issue when setting it up - the audio crackles severely. I want a replacement, but the only online option seems to be returning it and buying a new one, which would cost more than what I paid during the promotion. I can't seem to reach Google Store customer service for help. Could someone please get in touch with me to solve this and provide a replacement? S. L., [redacted], [redacted]

I have been locked out of my account since around June or July [redacted]. I have attempted multiple times to reset the account due to being hacked and losing all access. I was using a family member's phone line, but I now need to recover through my own device with the number [redacted]. My son's iCloud email, [redacted], was tied to the account. Additionally, I used [redacted] and [redacted] as backup emails in the past. The account had over 10,[redacted] Google photos and important videos from my children's early years connected. It was linked to my Facebook, a Lenovo tablet, Microsoft account, and a Nintendo account that I still remember the password for. Despite this, I couldn't pass security questions. It had my Louisiana government account for child support and LA Wallet connected. I also paid for Google One and had the Apple ID [redacted] as a backup. I created the account in August [redacted]. Someone is creating accounts using my info through Verizon and AT&T. I believe they are still accessing old accounts. I can provide a picture ID used for account recovery in the past. My birthdate is 05/12/[redacted]. The name on the account may have been changed to "Joby Boyle." I urgently need help recovering my account.

I encountered issues with my one-year-old Pixel 4a. I have had trouble selecting icons, leading me to restart my phone frequently. Following advice, I backed up my data to Google and reset my phone to factory settings. However, I am unable to restore it as I require a security code sent to my phone, which I cannot access. I cannot retrieve the code from my email as it also necessitates a code. I am now stuck with a non-operational phone. If you are able to assist promptly, I would appreciate it; otherwise, I must wait for 2-3 business days for help. Kindly refrain from sending emails as I cannot access them, and instead, reach me on my landline at [redacted].

I recently did a factory reset on my phone and now I'm having trouble logging into my Google account. Despite receiving the notification code on my phone, it's not allowing me to verify my account. Additionally, when trying to recover my account, it claims it can't verify it's me. Even though I received a text about someone trying to access my account, I can't review the security activity without logging in. I'm stuck in a loop where I can't update Chrome or access my emails because I can't sign in. It's frustrating that I can't even receive a working notification to reset my password. This has been going on for a week now and it's really frustrating.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my email accounts on my iPhone 11 using various apps like the basic Mail app and Edison Mail. Despite changing my password 14 hours ago, I am unable to log in successfully. While I can access my 10-12 Gmail accounts on a computer without any issues, I cannot do the same on my mobile device. This situation is frustrating as I rely on these emails for work and personal matters. I hope someone can address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account. After entering my password, I am unable to get past the second verification step. I have tried various troubleshooting methods without success. This issue seems to be specific to my Apple devices only. Additionally, I am seeking guidance on how to set up a Yubico security key for use with Google.

Unfortunately, my phone got run over by a car, rendering it inoperable. I had forgotten my password initially but managed to recall it later. After several unsuccessful attempts, my Google account got locked, prompting me to try again later. Once I remembered the password and tried again, I was able to access my account but faced two-step verification. Google requested to send a verification code to my damaged phone with a shattered screen, which still appears to be functioning. I had to replace my damaged phone through an insurance claim and transferred the old SIM card to the new device. While I can receive calls on the new phone, Google does not recognize it, leading to being locked out of my account. I am stuck in a cycle of attempting two-step verification endlessly.

I had a frustrating experience at the Lowell, MA office on [redacted] Rogers St. I had difficulty reaching a live person to schedule an appointment and had to use the automated system. Upon arrival, the lab tech initially couldn't find my appointment. After some back and forth, it turned out my appointment details were on a second page that was initially missed. Due to the incomplete request form, with missing information like the NPI number and doctor's name, there were delays. The situation could have been avoided if a live person had answered the appointment line or if the lab had reviewed the paperwork before my arrival. Unfortunately, I had to leave without getting the tests done, and now my doctor may not have the necessary information to treat my kidney issues. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, leading me to reconsider returning to this lab. I hope improvements are made to prevent such oversights in the future to avoid potential legal action for negligence.

I was looking at our joint bank account statement with my son, who has special needs, and noticed a charge on December 1st to Google YouTube Music for £9.99. I spoke with our bank's fraud department, who mentioned this payment actually occurred back in September this year. They've halted any future payments and recommended I reach out to you for clarification. I'm puzzled how our bank details were used to subscribe to YouTube. Given my son's condition, he can't provide such information. I've confirmed with Amazon and his phone provider that no card is linked to his accounts. How could this subscription have taken place without our knowledge?

I have set up Google's two-step verification on all my Google accounts. In the past, I've had to create new accounts when faced with similar issues. Now, I understand that I should be able to recover my old accounts by providing proof of identity and appropriate verification methods. I have my ID, know my email address, and can take a picture of myself with my ID for verification. I am locked out of my Google account due to a phone bill issue and losing the phone where passwords are saved. I have faced challenges accessing my accounts due to memory loss from a recent car accident. I'm Michelle Dawn Ferron, living in Niagara Falls, ON. You can contact me at [redacted] I'm trying to access [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] to retrieve photos of a deceased family member. I've used passwords like Knmtg43ver., KNMTG43VER., knmtg43ver, knmtg43vernever! or similar ones over the years. My phone numbers have changed frequently due to unfortunate circumstances leading to me losing access to my accounts.

My Google account got locked, and I need access to my email in Google Docs. I forgot my password, so the code was sent to my phone first, then to my email. Unfortunately, since my Google account is locked, I can't retrieve the email code to unlock it. I tried the recovery steps, but it didn't work. I would appreciate any help you can provide as I am starting to get upset. Thank you.

I have a Google Nest Wifi system in my condo which is around 2 years old. The main unit is not receiving any power. I've tried using a different power cord from one of the hub units, but it's still not working. I've also attempted to reboot all the units, but the main unit remains non-functional. I'm seeking assistance on troubleshooting options before considering a replacement. Additionally, I'm curious about the warranty coverage for this unit. Please contact me at [redacted].

We are a [redacted](c)(3) non-profit organization and are currently experiencing issues with sales tax being charged monthly on our Google Voice account. Although we received a credit for part of the charges, we were informed that the sales tax cannot be removed until the Google team approves and releases the platform. We are confused by this as our tax-exempt certificate has already been approved and is documented in our Google Admin account.
