I have been charged 58 times for 99 cents on my Cash App card linked to Google Pay for a Street Racer HD game battle pass I never received. I attempted to buy it once for $4.99, which was unsuccessful. The 58 unauthorized charges of 99 cents each are unclear to me, as I did not make those transactions or receive any products from Google Pay. Although I had a $4.99 credit, I was not able to utilize it. I purchased an anti-spyware or security product months ago, but since then, no other purchases were made through Google Pay. I need assistance getting a refund for these unknown charges.

On Friday, September 24, [redacted], my OnePlus 7 phone broke with a cracked screen, leaving it completely dark. Hello! I encountered an issue with canceling my Youtube TV account. Being a devoted Buffalo Bills fan, I was seeking a service to watch their games and decided to try Youtube TV's 1-week free trial. I signed up on September 19th but was disappointed to find out that the Buffalo Bills game was not available. Consequently, I promptly canceled my subscription. However, on the following Sunday, I noticed that I was still charged. When attempting to cancel my account again, I faced difficulty as I could not access the cancellation steps properly. Despite following the correct procedure such as navigating to manage the Base plan, I was redirected to the Youtube TV home screen. I kindly request two things: firstly, to verify the cancellation on 9/19/21 for a refund of $58.00, and secondly, to assist me in canceling my Youtube TV subscription. Approximately 28 days ago, as per Google's last known activity, I deleted some videos from my channel. These videos were slated for replacement with improved versions. However, upon deletion, I encountered an error message. To troubleshoot, I refreshed the page assuming I was logged out or there were maintenance issues. Eventually, I had to verify my identity due to "Suspicious Activity" by confirming my phone number and entering a code received on my phone. Despite this, I continued facing login issues across various Google platforms like YouTube and myaccount.google.com. Continuous prompts for verification left me unable to address the alleged suspicious activities. Now, despite needing to upload new videos, I am at a standstill as I am unable to log in successfully to address this ongoing issue.

Last week, I encountered an issue with my Google Drive account. Upon login, I was notified that my Google account was disabled due to alleged policy violations. Every time I close my internet browser, my Google account is automatically put on "Sync Paused," requiring me to sign in every time I reopen the browser. Currently, my phone is signed in to a gmail account by the hacker, not by myself. In mid-April [redacted], while using a public computer, my Gmail account '[redacted]' was suddenly signed out. When trying to log back in, I was prompted to verify my identity, which required providing a recovery email that I couldn't fully remember. Despite attempts, I couldn't recall the correct email. I had set up a recovery email with Outlook, but couldn't access it. There is a teacher who had communicated with me via email and included my recovery email in the conversation. Although I had a phone number associated with the account, I wasn't given the option to use it for recovery. I remember successfully recovering another Google account in [redacted] by answering security questions about devices used and account creation date. However, the current account has been locked for over 6 months with no success in contacting Google support or recovering through their website. I feel frustrated and discouraged by the lack of options to verify my identity. I inadvertently downloaded a suspicious file leading to my Gmail, Discord, and Facebook accounts being compromised. The perpetrators changed the password and logged me out of all sessions. Despite trying Google's recovery console, it requires scanning a QR code leading to the same page. Using the backup recovery email function failed as well.
