I have a second Google account that I use for playing World of Tanks Blitz, which has been blocked after I received a refund for a purchase in the game. I typically enter Google Play card codes on one account and make purchases with the other account as I have two separate World of Tanks Blitz accounts, with the other Gmail being my primary one. It would be greatly appreciated if the blocked account could be unblocked. The email address associated with the blocked account is [redacted]

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I want to share that my Gmail account, [redacted], got hacked recently. Unfortunately, I don't have any receipts to prove my ownership of the linked accounts. However, I do have screenshots showing that I've sent emails from another email address to my primary one, [redacted] This situation involves someone asking for payment to return access to my Gmail account. I'm locked out of my account and unable to recover it due to too many failed attempts. When I try to use the "forgot email" option, it allows me to enter my mobile number, full name, and surname, and displays my [redacted] address, but I still can't log in.

I have a gaming account for Lords Mobile with I Got Games (IGG). The account number is [redacted]78. IGG is asking for two Google Play receipts to help me recover the account and remove a Facebook link attached to it. I do not have the receipts at the moment. The requested receipts are for purchases made on 8/21/[redacted] and 11/24/[redacted]. Can someone assist me in obtaining these receipts to resolve this issue?

Hello, my name is Mike Collins. I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my Sky Mobile service since well before Christmas, and it is still not functioning. I also tried installing the Sky Go app from the Play Store to ensure I wouldn't miss out on any sports services, but unfortunately, it is not working either. Despite reaching out to Sky multiple times, I have received minimal assistance, and I am unable to watch TV on my phone. I am using a Huawei P30 and suspect that there may be some compatibility issues with Google causing these problems. Could you please process a refund for both apps and cancel them? I noticed discrepancies in my account. According to my mother, I am missing $[redacted].85 since September and $89.94 in August. I am cautious of pay-to-win games and consider them scams. I need a refund to resume work on the 2nd since I haven't spent the money. After receiving the refund, I plan to withdraw the funds and then cancel my card, possibly opting for a new bank. I would have reached out earlier, but I've been without a phone since my old one crashed in late July while traveling for business.

I purchased a $[redacted] GPlay gift card, but they are requesting a receipt for the card and a utility bill in my name, along with the email for loading it. I have already submitted all the required documents. It's frustrating that the card is still not loaded, as I need to use it for various payments. I don't understand why it's taking so long, especially since I paid for the card with cash and provided proof of purchase. This situation is incredibly aggravating, considering the significant amount of money involved and the inability to access it.

I recently attempted to purchase a Tinder Gold subscription using my Master debit card in India. After entering my OTP, an order processing message appeared, followed by a payment failed message prompting me to try another payment method. Despite this, the amount was debited from my bank account. Strangely, I am unable to find this purchase in my Google Play order history. I would like to know how to resolve this issue and request a refund.

I recently allowed my son to download Roblox on his kids' tablet by sharing my password, but I later saw unauthorized charges of $59.99, $23.99, and $14.99 on my account. This has caused financial strain as these charges bounced my account and now I'm worried about covering my light bill. Can I please request a refund for these unauthorized charges on my card ending in [redacted]? Additionally, I would like to enhance the security of my account by implementing the use of the 3-digit security code on the back of my card for future purchases.

Hi, I need assistance. This morning, I made a purchase on an app in the Google Play Store called Zoo 2: Animal Park. I intended to buy €5 worth of diamonds but accidentally ended up purchasing a package worth €[redacted].99 due to misleading options displayed after selecting the €5 option. I am seeking assistance from Google Play support but am unable to find a contact email. On 8.12, I began playing "Zombie Strike: Last War of Idle Battle (AFK RPG)" from the Google Play store. The app was functional until 19.12, during which time I made in-game purchases. Despite troubleshooting, the issue persisted. I explored refund options and contacted the developers, but received minimal response. I attempted to reverse purchases through the "I no longer want this purchase" method without success, as the developers claimed they had no record of my Gmail. I possess screenshots of our correspondence and video evidence of the app's poor performance. This issue has gone unresolved for more than 10 days, and I am simply seeking a refund for my purchases. This morning, I discovered 14 unauthorized charges on my account that coincide with the day my phone went missing. These charges are not mine; I never make purchases for games. After reporting the issue, I was promised a call back but never received one. Subsequent calls ended in disconnections, and my current call has left me on hold for over 20 minutes. This situation is frustrating, and I am contemplating deleting my Google account entirely. I simply want my $60 refunded and my account secured. I am greatly disappointed.

For the past 4 to 6 months, there have been repeated incorrect charges on my account. I have been in touch with Mia from Google support, who has been assisting me. Despite providing numerous receipts, I have yet to be reimbursed. I am not seeking a full refund but would appreciate if at least half of the charges could be corrected. Over the last 6 months, I have been overcharged by more than $2,[redacted]. Mia has been very helpful, and I appreciate her assistance. I have contacted the necessary parties, reported issues, canceled subscriptions, and requested refunds. So far, only around $[redacted] out of almost $1,[redacted] worth of incorrect charges has been reimbursed. I kindly request for at least half of the incorrect charges to be rectified, amounting to $[redacted]. This will acknowledge both our responsibilities in this matter. I plan to use a Google Play card in the future to prevent such issues. Kindly assist in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Melissa Evans, but my family calls me Melly. Recently, there was an issue with my Google account, which has been under the name Melly Evans for some time. Google temporarily blocked my account citing suspicious activity, which I found odd since I'm the only one who uses it. They requested a photo of the card on file and my ID, which I submitted, also mentioning that I used my nickname for the account. However, they came back asking for my bank statement and ID again, which I provided. They promised to reply within 24 to 48 hours but surprisingly informed me within minutes that my account will remain closed, withholding my funds from Google Play. This is frustrating as I believe I've been unfairly treated and they won't disclose why they are taking this action.

While I was overseas for two weeks, my nephew played on my spare mobile phone, which had access to my Google Play account. I had preregistered for Soulland and received the email about the game starting. Unfortunately, my nephew unknowingly made purchases without realizing it involved real money or charges to a credit card. I was able to get a partial refund from Google, but when I tried to log in to talk to the developers, I discovered my ID had been banned. I feel this is unfair. Additionally, my friends have experienced crashing issues with the game and have stopped playing. They strongly recommend against playing. It doesn't seem wise to spend money on such an unbalanced game. I have already requested a refund once before, and I am now seeking assistance with obtaining the remaining refund. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I recently downloaded the UC Browser app from the Google Play Store, believing it to be a safe application. However, the next day, I discovered that over [redacted] Tunisian dollars were fraudulently charged to my husband's credit card. As a banker's wife, I understand the risks of sharing sensitive banking information, and neither of us have disclosed any details to unauthorized parties. Upon realizing the theft, I investigated the safety of the UC Browser app and was alarmed to find out it is not secure. I am shocked that a reputable company like yours would offer such an unsafe application. I request a prompt resolution to this matter, or I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the cyber cell.

I had a frustrating experience trying to remove the two-step authentication Google app after switching phones. Despite all efforts with Google support, I am now locked out of my premium account due to two-factor identification. It is urgent - I need assistance promptly. My contact number is [redacted]. The developers unexpectedly reverted the game from version 3 to version 2 after significant investments from players like myself. I am seeking a refund for my purchases in the game Elora's Raid by EYOUGAME. The company's practices seem questionable, especially with the existence of a suspiciously similar app called Tales of Radiance. This situation appears to be aimed at exploiting players for money. I have witnessed suspected hackers controlling the competitive aspect without any intervention from the company despite my reports to their support team. Dissatisfied with their lack of action, I attempted to request a refund from a game master through messenger. However, they claimed they do not provide such services. Surprisingly, shortly after this interaction, I encountered account login issues. I am disappointed with the service and am requesting a full refund for all of my in-game purchases.
