I haven't seen the transfer in my bank account yet, and it's been over a week now. I'm worried if the money will get to my account in time. The person we're assisting really needs the funds urgently as she's facing tough medical challenges. She's scheduled for an operation this Thursday, so our support is crucial. Many others are willing to contribute but are hesitant to use GoFundMe. How much longer will I have to wait for the transfer? It's urgent, so I appreciate your prompt response.

I set up a GoFundMe for a sick dog we rescued, but have been experiencing account verification issues. After missing a letter in my email, I was locked out of my account. Despite submitting my identification for verification and reaching the fundraising target, I am unable to access my account to proceed with the necessary operation for the dog. I have contacted GoFundMe multiple times through the help button, but have not received any assistance. I created a GoFundMe page for a sick dog I rescued. After verification, I eagerly shared it with friends and family. However, issues arose when I couldn't access the account due to an email misspelling. Even after providing proof of identity, there has been a lack of communication from GoFundMe. We have sent additional information but have yet to receive a response. As this is my first time using GoFundMe, the situation has been challenging, especially with a sick animal in need. Despite reaching our fundraising goal for the dog's operation, we are struggling to get assistance from GoFundMe. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I created a memorial page to raise funds for my step-daughter's burial expenses. Originally, I didn't have a set funeral date, but I later updated the page with the date and additional details. This included explaining how she tragically passed away on May 1st in an abandoned house on Cameron Street. Both the police and funeral home mentioned that sharing this information would help us secure funding and have local individuals identify her. However, I am now unable to locate the page, and the funeral is only 5 days away. We are struggling financially and urgently need the funds to proceed with her burial. I was informed by Tuckers Funeral Home to update Natalya's funeral date so the local community could recognize her as the deceased person found on Cameron Street. However, my stepdaughter's account has been put on hold, affecting our ability to access funds for the funeral this Friday. This delay is hindering our ability to receive donations from others. I'm having trouble setting up transfers. When I reach the 'continue to Adyen' stage, I see a message saying 'NOT SUPPORTED, hosted onboarding is not available to the specified country.' I'm in the UK with an English address on my account, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Additionally, when I try to access the dashboard, the screen goes blank and doesn't respond. I need this issue resolved promptly as I want to avoid having to contact the sponsors again to arrange payment through a different method. Thank you. - Emma

I'm having trouble creating a new account. After filling out the required details, I attempted to log in but received an error message stating my password was incorrect. I suspect the issue may be due to using 11 characters instead of the required 12. Upon verifying my email as prompted, I was then asked to change my password. After successfully entering and confirming a new password, I still encountered the same "change password" prompt upon login attempts. I'm feeling frustrated and on the verge of giving up on using GoFundMe. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter created her GoFundMe account using her name, but we need to add a new phone number as we no longer have access to the original one. I submitted an ID photo with today's date, but they couldn't update the number since my name isn't listed on the account. Because they couldn't verify my identity, and my daughter doesn't have a state ID, I'm wondering if providing a photo of her birth certificate with today's date would suffice. This would confirm her identity and my role as her mother on the birth certificate. Would this be acceptable to add a new number to the account?

The campaign content has been successfully cleared and saved on the website, but it is not posting. When attempting to post, an error message appears stating: "We encountered an error, please try again. Contact our support team for assistance." Despite multiple attempts throughout the day and night, the post continues to be unsuccessful. Efforts to contact support through the "Get Help" button in the Help Center result in a non-loading popup with a spinning circle that fails to connect to the support team. Struggling to reach the support team to address the posting issue, there are no other apparent contact options on the site. Venturing to contact them using two different browsers (Safari & Chrome) yields the same result. The support link provided is: [redacted]. I'm having trouble receiving the verification code on my phone. I need to set up my bank information for transferring funds, but I can't access my account. My phone number is correct, and it's the only number I have for receiving texts. Moreover, the email response I received didn't address my issue. I requested to be contacted for help with text verification, but instead, I was sent an email asking if the problem was resolved. I forgot the password to my GoFundMe account. I could initially access it using face ID on my phone, but for safety, I decided to reset my password. However, the email link just loops back to the login page, which requires a password I do not have. As a result, I am now logged out on both devices and unable to reset the password, receiving an error message stating "rate limit exceeded." How can I regain access to my account?

I have come across a GoFundMe page for Don Kumler where my name mistakenly appears as the organizer. This occurred without my consent, as I was only asked to share the page on social media to help him. I want to clarify that I am not the organizer and would like my name to be promptly removed from the account. If Lisa wants to seek donations, she should take responsibility as the organizer. The page has been shared on her Facebook, so I may have to reach out to Facebook to rectify this. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I have been collecting donations on omgo FundMe to help my dog for about a week now. Things have gotten much worse, and I need to get him in for treatment today. I contacted my bank, but they haven't received any funds yet. I am pleading with you to release the money I tried to transfer to my bank account last night. I urgently need to get him in today as I am extremely worried. I have exhausted all other options, including asking for donations. Everyone who could help has already donated, but it's not enough. Despite sending my ID and bank statement, which were not initially requested, I continue to send emails but have not received any replies. The funds have been on hold since then, and I was told I would receive an update in 3-4 days, but I haven't heard anything yet. The money is crucial for an animal shelter run by a friend, and time is of the essence. I am considering legal steps due to the lack of communication. Why am I not getting any response? Josh had a GoFundMe account for his cancer, which got removed suddenly due to a scam report. The individual who reported it knew the cancer details but still alleged fraud. An investigation is necessary to address this issue. Evidence, including positive test results on Facebook, has been provided. Please take appropriate action to reinstate the account for the cancer patient. The person who reported fraud is known as Terry Schott or Brianna Kukulis, or possibly both. It's distressing that this occurred without prior investigation, causing significant distress to the cancer patient. They deserve better treatment.
