Hello, my name is Janne Rissanen and I was born in [redacted]. There are two Gmail accounts that I am trying to recover. The Gmail addresses are: [redacted] and [redacted] Janne.ris92 has the same phone number registered that I still use today, which proves the account belongs to me. I can receive a Google code for Janne.ris92 since it is linked to my current mobile number. However, I have no access to [redacted], which I set up as a recovery email in the past to prevent unauthorized access. Unfortunately, someone named Senni Poutiainen took over my tolkido92 address, and I have no viable recovery options. Tolkido92@gmail was compromised around 2[redacted]. I am hoping for your assistance with resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently noticed that my YouTube account was signed out. When I tried to log back in, it said my password was changed 30 hours ago. I followed the steps to reset my password but had issues with the Google Authenticator app, which I've never used before. I then attempted to reset my password through another method but did not receive any notification via email. Upon checking, I realized I was signed out of my Google account on all devices, including my Xbox [redacted]. I also saw an alert about a new location signing in. I tried to answer recovery questions, which I never received. I am willing to provide photos if necessary.

A few days ago, I realized that I couldn't access my email account, [redacted] I noticed that the recovery phone number on my account had been changed. My YouTube channel, Rex Series, with over 100k subscribers linked to this email, seems to have disappeared as well. Additionally, there have been attempts to access my Instagram account, saqibsaifi3738, which is also connected to the compromised email. I am unable to retrieve any of my important information stored in that email, resulting in the loss of my YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook accounts, all linked to the same email.

After purchasing a new Windows system, my Gmail account was deactivated, and I never received the verification message on my phone. Consequently, I got logged out from all my accounts, losing access to Google Drive. The phone number for verification is inaccessible as my mobile provider has turned it off for a long time. When trying to answer the security questions set by my mother 15 years ago when creating the account, I keep getting prompted for more verification without additional questions. I am willing to provide a list of passwords I have used in the past to regain access. My priority is retrieving my work files stored in Google Drive as they are essential since I had to reinstall Windows, erasing all other backups.

I am experiencing frustration with my Gmail account security measures. When attempting to log in from a different phone, I was required to verify using the phone model, which is absurd as my phone is currently broken. The verification process should involve my phone number, not the model of the device. Additionally, after confirming my login on my PC the previous day, I assumed the device would be approved for future logins. However, I received the same verification request today, making it a cumbersome process. The security measures seem illogical and poorly designed. It would be beneficial if the verification process considered practical factors like using a phone number rather than a specific phone model.

I forgot my Gmail password and usually rely on RoboForm for password management. I have two email accounts: [redacted] with Google and [redacted] with Yahoo, where each serves as a recovery email for the other. Recently, my hard drive crashed, and despite losing everything, I was grateful to have backed up everything on Google Drive. However, without RoboForm, I couldn't access my passwords. When trying to recover my Gmail, they sent a reset code to Yahoo, which in turn sends a code back to Gmail. Sadly, Yahoo locked me out due to too many attempts, while Gmail says I've reached my limit and must wait to try again. I wish Gmail would allow me to prove my identity and change my recovery email to [redacted], sending the recovery code to the new email.

I recently purchased the new iPhone 13 Pro Max and attempted to transfer my data from my old phone. However, when trying to log in and verify my Apple ID, I realized I had forgotten my password. After several failed attempts, my Apple ID got locked. To reset the password, I need to access the associated Gmail account, which I also forgot the password for. The recovery process asks for verification through a phone number I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, Gmail does not offer customer service support for chat assistance. Since unlocking the Apple ID is dependent on accessing this specific Gmail account, creating a new one is not an option.

After reformatting my iPhone, I encountered a password issue with my email linked to my new Apple ID. The security prompt from Google to verify my identity isn't reaching my phone. I have tried various methods, including using the Gmail app and Safari browser, but have had no success. The email in question is [redacted] Since my new Apple ID is tied to this email, I am unable to access it due to the forgotten password. I learned online that providing the approximate account creation date could help in recovering it. The email account was created around July of this year.

As a senior citizen, I am not very tech savvy. Recently, I accidentally deleted cache and cookies on my Samsung Chromebook laptop. Subsequently, my primary Gmail address changed to [redacted] from [redacted] I am still receiving emails on my Samsung J7 smartphone to the correct [redacted] address, but they no longer show up on my laptop. The correct email address along with labels and shortcut apps disappeared from my laptop. Despite trying Google's online help instructions, I have been unsuccessful. I want to be able to receive all emails on both my laptop and smartphone at [redacted] Google sent me an email confirming that [redacted] is my main Google sign-in address and that [redacted] is the recovery address. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am attempting to assist my father in resetting his Gmail password, but we are struggling with the verification process. It is frustrating that the code is being sent to the email he is unable to access. I filled out the verification form with his accurate details and attempted to use his Skype account for verification. Unfortunately, the system did not accept his Skype account name, so I left it blank. Due to his memory loss from a car accident, my father cannot remember the information he entered. I am hoping to speak with a representative for further assistance as typing is challenging for me due to medical reasons.

Last week, my phone and 3 of my Gmail accounts got hacked. I managed to regain access to 2 of them: 1) [redacted] 2) [redacted] However, I am still struggling to reset the password for my third account: 1) [redacted] My password has been changed, and I am unable to reset it using my alternate email address, [redacted], and phone number which are no longer available to me. Instead, I am prompted to answer security questions using a familiar browser and computer I've used before, which I have done. However, there were no questions presented. Could someone please help me regain access to my account? Thank you, Dorene Williams

I have forgotten my Gmail password. I usually rely on RoboForm for managing my passwords, so I don't have them readily accessible. I have two email accounts linked for recovery - [redacted] with Google and [redacted] with Yahoo. Recently, my hard drive crashed but thankfully I had backed up everything on Google Drive. However, without RoboForm, I couldn't access my passwords. I tried to recover my Gmail account, but it sends a reset code to Yahoo which in turn sends a code to Gmail. As a result of multiple attempts, Yahoo has locked me out, and Gmail says I need to wait to try again. Unfortunately, Gmail hasn't offered a way for me to prove my ownership of the account. I simply need Gmail to change my recovery email to [redacted], send the recovery code there, and then I can regain access to everything.

Hello, I use [redacted] as my primary Gmail account. Recently, I've been part of a non-profit organization's committee working on the constitution. To manage the influx of emails related to this committee, I created a label. However, the volume of emails is overwhelming my inbox. I decided to create a new email account, [redacted], specifically for correspondence from this organization. How can I transfer the label I created on my main account to my new account to streamline all related emails there instead?

I am having trouble signing into my Google account. Yesterday, I changed my password, and I was logged out automatically. When I try to sign in with my email and new password, everything works fine until I am asked for an 8-digit backup code. I don't have this code, and when I select "try another option," Google says it has sent the code to my email. I read on their support site that I should be offered other options, like sending the code to a recovery phone number, but this option is not showing up for me. Thank you.

I recently joined a Cash App group on Messenger and engaged in a chat. Unfortunately, this led to my Gmail, recovery email, Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger accounts being compromised. Despite monitoring my security settings, I notice no alterations, but I am constantly changing my main Gmail password. I am unable to update my recovery email or phone number as they belong to someone else. The perpetrator posted pictures on my Instagram and communicated with my daughter. Recently, my son spoke with the individual who has control of my accounts, claiming I owe money for insurance to regain access. They even accessed my Cash App. I am desperate to reclaim my accounts and stop this violation of privacy. Precious memories, including photos of my family and late husband, are at risk. Please assist me in resolving this distressing situation. Thank you. Susan Gibson

I've been trying to understand what's going on with my iPhone. I discovered a fan account linked to my iPhone without my permission. Yesterday, I couldn't sign in to Vermo due to a security code being sent to an unknown number. I reported this issue, but I found numerous login activities on accounts linked to my phone. I am [redacted] The accounts in question are [redacted] Unauthorized transactions have been made from my account, and I can access both Gmail accounts. I suspect someone has been using my phone. I'm feeling overwhelmed by this situation. I am disabled due to heart disease, and this has been happening since September. Please assist me in tracking down the culprit behind this activity. Thank you, Deborah Gallagher [redacted].
