For days, I've been trying to renew my benefits online, but the page keeps giving me an error message. My service is about to expire, and I received an email notification instructing me to renew my benefits on the website www.myflorida.com/accesflorida. I've made numerous attempts to renew my benefits without success due to the persistent errors on the page. Additionally, I have been consistently calling the Department of Children and Families, but the answering machine does not connect me.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Medicaid status on the FL Medicaid Member Portal. The MMA & LTC status is currently showing as “can’t enroll” while my Member Details indicate “partial Medicaid,” possibly due to having dental insurance with DentaQuest. I have attempted to enroll in Sunshine Health three times on 12/06/[redacted], 1/18/[redacted], and 6/14/[redacted], with all submissions still pending approval. Furthermore, I applied for Part B in April after my Humana Gold Plus was canceled in May [redacted] to access immunosuppressive drugs but was deemed ineligible based on a letter from SSA dated May 29, [redacted]. I am seeking assistance from an agent to address these issues and ensure I receive the benefits I am entitled to.

Today, I had a phone conversation with a lady regarding my recertification. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall an old address or the years of my previous cars during the verification process. The lady was kind enough to offer to extend my recertification deadline by one day instead of the standard 30 days, but she couldn't do it due to the missing information. I was approved for benefits and my EBT card was supposed to be expedited due to my circumstances. Unfortunately, I never received my card, and I can't reach anyone to address this issue. When I contact customer support, they request my card number and insist on reporting it as lost, stolen, or damaged before proceeding. I hesitate to do this since I have not received the original card and worry the replacement might face the same issue.

I have been struggling to reach a representative for weeks to get my food assistance, which I have not received for two months. I missed the deadline for income verification, resulting in a denial of my food stamp benefits. I need assistance removing a sanction from my account. I've received conflicting information, ranging from being incarcerated to not complying with child support or work rules. None of these reasons apply to my situation. I am currently homeless, caring for my two children alone. Since I began receiving food stamps for caring for my elderly mother, I have been excused from the work program. However, I recently started full-time college at the College of Central Florida on August 19th. I now need to provide reasons for my non-participation in the program. I received a letter stating that I must report in by September 5th to avoid losing my benefits. I have already updated my status on the MyAccess portal to reflect my new circumstances.

I am facing challenges with my grandson's father's DCF parenting coach. As the DCF-appointed caregivers for our grandson, we have had him with us for nearly 2 years. The coach is making inflexible demands regarding the timing and location of supervised visits with his father, without considering our family's plans and routines. Recently, she involved her supervisor to add more pressure about the visit scheduling. She even made false accusations of contempt of court, which she later denied when confronted. I have asked for a different parenting coach and requested a fixed schedule for supervised visits to avoid constant disruptions to our family life.

I currently have an open case where they are requesting verification of my identity. After calling approximately 25 times and speaking with two different representatives, I received conflicting information regarding this requirement. One representative informed me that I did not need to verify my identity, while the other instructed me to complete a monthly worksheet. I promptly filled out the worksheet, but unfortunately, my account remains flagged. I have been attempting to reach out to customer service every day of the week, but all I receive is a message stating they are busy and advising me to call back.
