Yesterday, I received the replacement for my product. However, I am facing several issues with it: 1. The product emits smoke upon starting. 2. The juicer, instead of providing juice, only produces pulps. 3. The product is unusually noisy. Initially, I had requested a refund for the first product due to these issues but was denied based on your policy. The replacement product is even worse, prompting me to now request a refund again. I found the customer service executive I interacted with to be ill-mannered and rude. It seems like he either did not understand the problem or chose to ignore it. Instead of addressing the issue, he directed me to Maharaja Whiteline's customer care number, which has been unreachable for the past hour. This whole situation is quite frustrating and time-consuming. I had to take time off during weekdays to receive the order, and I now urge you to take the necessary steps to provide me with a refund promptly. I am tired of dealing with these challenges and hope for a swift resolution. Thank you.

I recently purchased a ladies jumpsuit and an embroidered anarkali suit from your website, costing Rs [redacted] and Rs [redacted] respectively. Unfortunately, when the items arrived they were not the correct size or color that I had ordered, so I promptly returned them on the same day, October 29, [redacted], when they were picked up by a Flipkart agent. However, I have yet to receive the refund in my account. I paid for the items on delivery, which is my preferred method, and despite numerous complaints and conversations with your customer service representatives, I have not seen any progress. I have followed all the suggestions given by your team, including providing bank statements, but my bank has indicated they cannot assist due to the nature of the payment method. I am feeling increasingly frustrated as it is now March 13, [redacted], and the refund issue remains unresolved.

Hello, I am Avhishek Gazmer, and I need to report a serious issue. I was deceived by a seller on Flipkart, and I have evidence to support that the seller is fraudulent. I paid for a [redacted] GB SanDisk SD Card, but I received a 64 GB SanDisk Pen Drive instead, which is only half of the storage capacity I paid for. Furthermore, the product itself is incorrect as I ordered an SD card, not a Pen Drive. I have uploaded screenshots of the purchased product and the one I received from Flipkart. I requested a return, but the Flipkart agent refused to take it, claiming some material is missing. However, the product received is different from what was ordered, and no additional materials were sent. The agent rejected the return and Flipkart canceled my request based on the allegations of missing items. I need assistance to process the return as I still want to return the order.

Hi Flipkart Team, I would like to address the issue regarding my order as mentioned in the subject line. Initially scheduled for delivery on April 1st, the order has not yet arrived. The Flipkart application has not provided any updates since April 2nd. Despite multiple attempted deliveries, the package has not been successfully delivered. Communication with the delivery boy, sourced through the Flipkart app, has been unsatisfactory. The delivery person has been unhelpful, repeatedly delaying the delivery by promising it for the next day. To add to the frustration, I recently received a message stating that the package was rejected and being returned to the seller. Upon seeking assistance via chat support, one callback resulted in a lengthy hold time of over 15 minutes, leading me to eventually disconnect without resolution. While I acknowledge occasional delays in parcel deliveries, a 4-day delay is quite unreasonable. As a loyal Flipkart Plus member, this experience has been disappointing. I ordered a Boat soundbar on March 28th and it was delivered on March 30th, but I have yet to receive the installation service. Despite reaching out to customer care 74 times, my issue remains unresolved. 6 complaints were filed for installation, and 5 were closed without my involvement. This lack of response and closure without resolution is disappointing. I am considering taking legal action against Flipkart if my issue is not addressed promptly. The bank claims that the money was sent to the merchant, while the UPI Customer Care confirms the successful transfer. I made a flight booking on Flipkart for a trip from Manchester, UK to New Delhi, India on 2nd May. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled, and now I am stranded in the UK. I have been emailing Flipkart daily, but have only received a single response stating that they will follow up with me. The customer service representatives I spoke to don't handle travel bookings, just products. Additionally, the travel desk contact number provided on the Flipkart app appears to be incorrect. I am unsure of what steps to take next. I believe Flipkart should either reschedule my flight for another date or provide a full refund.

Dear Customer Service, I want to bring to your attention my recent disappointing experience with a Flipkart order. On April 18, [redacted], I placed order number OD[redacted][redacted]0 with the expectation of receiving it by April 27, [redacted], as promised. However, upon receiving the order, I discovered that the product was old, the remote wasn't functioning, and there was no remote holder included. I promptly contacted Flipkart on April 27, [redacted], at 3:00 pm to request a replacement. As assured, I received a replacement message shortly after. To my surprise, on the same day at 3:22 pm and 3:31 pm, I received a call from a representative claiming to be from VG Sonic/Flipkart. Despite confirming my request for a replacement, I was informed that it would not be approved, and subsequent replacement requests were canceled without my consent. Additionally, I was told by Flipkart's representative that no such calls were made on their behalf. It's disheartening to see my replacement requests repeatedly canceled, citing product unavailability reasons that seem questionable. I have made multiple attempts to request a replacement but have faced continuous challenges. I seek clarity on this matter and hope for a resolution that aligns with your service standards. Dear Customer Service, I placed an order for a Boult Bluetooth headset with the order number OD[redacted][redacted]0 on April 6, [redacted], and it was delivered on the 13th of the same month. Unfortunately, the item was defective, so I requested a replacement which was approved with a pickup scheduled for April 24. The courier service has been repeatedly canceling the pickup intentionally. They call and disconnect, falsely claiming I didn't respond. Despite raising the issue with Flipkart, the same problem persists, with replacements being canceled due to courier issues. After speaking with Flipkart, they assured me the item would be picked up by May 5. Frustrated with this ongoing problem, I request an immediate refund as I no longer wish to use their services. If the item can be delivered and payment collected, I fail to understand the difficulty in arranging a pickup and replacement. I kindly ask for a prompt refund before I pursue legal action against Flipkart for their poor service. I will also share my experience on social media. Thank you.

The seller accepted my replacement request, and the replacement product was scheduled to be delivered by April 26th. However, the delivery did not happen until May 3rd. Upon tracking, I noticed the product was moving back and forth between Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada. When I inquired at the nearest hub, they mentioned an address issue. Although the original product was delivered to the same address without problems, the updated replacement failed due to this address discrepancy. When contacting customer support to rectify the address, I was informed that a new request needed to be placed by canceling the previous one. Despite requesting a new return or refund, the initial representative only canceled the return without further action. Now that the return date has passed, I seek a resolution. Waiting over 15 days for the product, I no longer wish to receive it and request a refund. Kindly assist in arranging a refund request with the seller.

I purchased a Philips BT40 Portable Bluetooth Speaker on April 29th, [redacted], from Flipkart. It arrived promptly on April 30th, which I appreciated. I am facing a serious issue with Flipkart. I had ordered a pair of Realme earbuds, but when I received the package, it was empty.
