I received a notification from Amazon stating that my order for the Plano Storage Trunk (order # [redacted]-[redacted], Tracking ID: [redacted]70) was successfully delivered by FedEx on December 5. However, upon checking, I have been unable to locate the package. The delivery area at the back of my house is not visible from the road, and I have never experienced any theft issues before. The size of the item should have made it noticeable. I kindly request the delivery person to conduct a search for the package as it is possible that it was not included with the other items scanned for delivery. If the package cannot be located, I would appreciate a refund for the undelivered item. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been waiting for several days for my order of a case of wine from Eyrie Vineyards in Oregon. Despite being home and waiting with the lights on, the order has not arrived. Order #[redacted]80 was shipped on 12/8 with several failed delivery attempts since then. Despite being home all day, a message was received stating delivery was attempted but no one was available to sign for it. Instructions were given to deliver to the rear house, with clear signs at the cottage requesting the same. Multiple messages from FedEx today provided conflicting delivery dates, including one for the 22nd. I am concerned about the wine being exposed to heat while waiting for delivery.

I recently ordered a new phone from Google. Unfortunately, there was an error in the shipping address provided. The incorrect second line, which includes the city, state, and zip code, was pulled from my billing address in Alaska. As a result, my package with tracking number [redacted]44 is now slated for delivery to an address that does not exist. Could someone please advise on how to rectify this situation with Fed-Ex?

I've been eagerly awaiting a package from Thailand via Etsy with tracking number [redacted]09. On the Etsy website, the tracking information indicates that the package was received at 06:48 today, but when I clicked on the link, it shows 12:48. Strangely, it suggests that K.ASTEN CD signed for it, but I have not received the package at all. It's frustrating that after a month of delivery, it ends up with someone unrelated and not living at my address. I'm hoping to receive my package promptly.

The delivery driver arrived at my home on [redacted] Vallaris St. West, then drove away without delivering the package. My house numbers are clearly displayed on the front and side doors, despite the Christmas decorations. I reside at the corner of Vallaris St. North and Vallaris St. West, and I witnessed the driver leaving around 9:15 am today. Additionally, my house number is visible on the mailbox and garbage can at the street.

My package was delivered to the wrong address. I called FedEx within 30 minutes of receiving the delivery notification, and they assured me they would pick it up the next day. However, no action was taken for 6 days, and they failed to notify me that the package was lost. Upon contacting them, they admitted the package was lost and advised me to reach out to the shipper. The shipper initiated an investigation, and FedEx informed them that the package had been delivered. Despite FedEx acknowledging to me that the package was lost, I am unable to get a replacement due to their misrepresentation of the situation to the shipper.

I am reaching out regarding package ([redacted]70) originally due for delivery by end of day on 12/15/[redacted]. Tracking shows it arrived at the local distribution center early that day, but received a 'delivery exception' later on, with no further updates available. It has been two days overdue, and the lack of current tracking details is frustrating. If given an alternative to FedEx during purchase, I would have chosen differently due to prior late deliveries and damages. The customer service website has not been helpful, offering only a phone number. I am seeking an expedited delivery to my door and a $42.51 shipping fee refund. If tracking were available, I would forego the refund, but home delivery was preferred over retail pickup or dealing with lengthy customer service calls.

I ordered live fish on 12/17 via FedEx Priority Overnight delivery with a scheduled delivery of noon, but it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking initially showed "in transit - Indianapolis" but now just says pending without an estimated delivery time. The fish only have around 48 hours of oxygen, so I'm concerned about their well-being. I'm looking for information on the package's location and how to ensure it arrives by tomorrow. My package was scheduled for delivery yesterday but has now been rescheduled for today between 12 and 5 pm. I urgently require this package before noon as it contains essential medication for my 1-year-old child with underlying health conditions. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach a live representative from customer service to address this critical situation. The package is already out for delivery, and I cannot pick it up myself. Twice in the last two months, I have received a package meant for someone else at my residential address. The package should have gone to E2345 Kirk Rd. for Alex Dillahunt in Eau Claire, WI [redacted]. Instead, it was mistakenly delivered to S8145 Lowes Creek Rd., Eau Claire, WI [redacted]. I attempted to contact the local FedEx center but had no success. I am looking for a way to reach the FedEx Center at Malden Rd. in Eau Claire, WI. Is there a valid local phone number or email address for this center available?

I received a package at [redacted] College Hwy., Southwick, MA [redacted] instead of the correct address at [redacted] College Hwy., Southwick, MA [redacted]. I called the toll-free number and encountered an unhelpful recording. I had to explain my reason for calling before requesting a customer service representative. After providing the incorrect delivery information and the shipping number, I reiterated my need to speak with a representative. However, the system asked if I was the shipper, and when I said no, I was informed only the shipper could modify the address. Despite repeatedly asking for a customer service representative, the automated system persisted with the same response. As a result, I have left the package outside on the front step for pick-up.

I am inquiring about the live lobsters that were supposed to be delivered for dinner tonight. We have not received the delivery yet and are quite upset about it. This has caused a lot of disruption to our Christmas plans as the order was worth over $[redacted]. I am really frustrated about the lack of updates as the status has not changed since 11 this morning. If this is not resolved today, we will have to file a claim. Please provide us with an immediate update on the situation. We are concerned that one of your drivers may have taken the delivery, and if so, we expect prompt action to rectify this. Rest assured, this order is insured.

I am having issues with FedEx deliveries as packages are being left about [redacted] feet from my door beside the mailbox on a busy county road. Instead of bringing the packages to the house, they are left in plain sight, making them vulnerable to theft. My driveway is spacious and accessible for large delivery trucks like UPS. While UPS and other services have been great, FedEx service has been disappointing. I would appreciate it if FedEx could improve training for their drivers to ensure better delivery practices.

I have noticed that the delivery driver has been consistently leaving packages at the wrong, inactive door facing the street despite the clear signage of which door is the correct entrance, especially evident during winter when the path is not cleared. Today, even with several inches of snow, the package was again left at the wrong door, making it evident that the other door is the active one. The address is [redacted] Dartmouth College Highway, North Haverhill, NH [redacted]. The driveway is spacious enough for UPS to turn around, and there should be no issue identifying the correct entrance. Tracking number [redacted]88 is from Omaha Steaks. A large package was left by my mailbox on the main road. Due to my bad knees, I have to drive to get my mail there. My driveway is clear of snow, making it easy to access. I had requested my deliveries to be left at my house (back porch) to prevent theft. Unfortunately, FedEx consistently leaves packages on the main road, making them vulnerable to theft. Even a high-value item worth over $[redacted] was left there. This is unacceptable. I have multiple boxes waiting on my porch, and if this happens again, I will notify all companies about FedEx's poor service. FedEx needs to change this practice immediately and deliver packages as requested. Rita Parry.

My tracking number is [redacted]29. The package was delivered on December 19, [redacted]. When I tracked it online, the website indicated that it was delivered to the front door, but it was actually left at the end of my driveway, not visible from my house. Due to my disability, I had to struggle through snow to retrieve it as I found it when I went out. I believe that the delivery should have been made to my door. Given my limited outings, the package could have been left there for an extended period.

I received a text notification from FedEx stating that my package was delivered to my front porch this morning at 11:13 a.m. Unfortunately, when I went to retrieve it, the package was not there. I immediately checked my Ring doorbell footage, but it did not show any delivery. After thoroughly searching my property and mailbox with no success, I asked my neighbors within a few houses if they received the package, but none of them did. I am now wondering if FedEx can track the location of the truck that delivered my package to confirm whether it was even in my neighborhood at the time of the supposed delivery. The tracking number for the missing package is [redacted]00, and it was sent from Man Crates.

I have not received my MisFits order with the tracking number [redacted]56 that was supposed to be delivered on 12/15/20. The driver claimed no one was home, but I was there and no attempt was made to deliver. Due to snow, the delivery was delayed until 12/18/20. I got an email saying it was delivered, but I have not received it, and neither have my neighbors. This is my food for the week, and I am in my 90's and housebound. I need my food urgently, which may have spoiled by now. My contact information is on file. I request that the driver call if they can't locate the house, as detailed directions are included in the address. I understand it's a busy holiday season, but I've already spent hours on the phone with FedEx trying to resolve this issue. Please assist me.

The tracking information indicated that my package had been redirected with an exception, but upon delivery today, I discovered it had been relabeled. This gift is not for me, but intended for someone else, Emma Ferniry in Salt Lake City, Utah. The package was from Personalization Mall with order number [redacted]. Despite receiving confirmation from Two Blind Brothers that my delivery was completed, I received the wrong package due to a labeling error.
