In the most recent email I received from your company, it stated that my package is scheduled for shipment on December 27. However, the estimated delivery date is January 8. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I had purchased these shirts specifically for the Belk Bowl on December 31, so if they don't arrive in time before I leave, I won't have any use for them. Due to this, I am attempting to reach out to you to request a cancellation of the order. Unfortunately, your phone lines are experiencing high call volume, and the automated system keeps disconnecting my call. I also tried the live chat, but the button is inactive and I cannot select that option. I do not have a Twitter account, nor do I intend to create one. Could you please advise me on the most convenient method to proceed with canceling this order? Thank you.

I have not received my toddler Pittsburgh Steelers chair or Georgia Bulldogs chair from order # [redacted]-[redacted]. The tracking shows it was delivered on December 20th, but I did receive the toddler 3T one piece pajamas. I have been a frequent shopper on your websites and I am seeking to speak with a manager or supervisor urgently. After contacting Fed Ex, they confirmed no delivery was made on December 20th. I have been unable to reach anyone over the phone, and I am hesitant to make any further purchases until this matter is resolved satisfactorily. These items were intended as Christmas gifts for a toddler and were ordered two weeks ago.

Order # 21-5[redacted] I am disappointed with the product I received. It looks nothing like the picture or previous orders. As a loyal customer for the past two years, I have purchased several coolers, but this one is not what I expected. It only has a white A on the front, not the Atlanta Braves logo I wanted. I recently placed an order that was shipped today, but I realized it's actually a Nike replica and not an authentic Nike product. I don't want a replica and would like to return or cancel the order. However, when I try to start the return process, I keep getting a message saying there is no order linked to my email address. This is puzzling as I did receive an email confirmation for the order. I have not yet received my order #21-5[redacted], shipped on 12/03/19 through LaserShip. Despite being informed that my package is in the Rochester, NY warehouse, it has not reached my home. LaserShip's customer service is unhelpful and rude. I seek assistance in expediting delivery or obtaining a refund as I cannot afford to pay for undelivered items. Your guidance is appreciated.

I am inquiring about my order [redacted]-[redacted] as I have only received one out of the three items I ordered. I received the Vancouver t-shirt on December 19th (Australia time), but the other two items have not arrived yet. I haven't received any communication from Fanatics or my local postal service regarding the missing items. Additionally, I have not received any emails from Fanatics since December 5th and do not have a tracking number to monitor my order. I tried to call the customer service phone number from Australia, but the system does not recognize my phone number. Thank you.

1. I believe one of my orders was returned, but the address is correct. 2. Where is my order from December 9th? 3. I returned two items that were incorrectly identified. I got an email saying they were received on the same day I shipped them, but the refund was only for $5.00 when I paid $14.99. I need to speak to a representative about this as there is a significant amount of money at stake. I tried calling, but they kept hanging up on me. Please assist me!

I recently purchased an Alabama jacket from your company with the order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I opted for expedited shipping with the expectation that it would ship on Tuesday and arrive on Wednesday. Order # DS[redacted]3 I am Angela M., my email is blended05 @yahoo.com. I received a 3x sweatshirt with the Broncos, not the KC Chiefs, and Mahomes 15 on the back. This is a mistake, and the sizing is too large. Please replace it with the correct 2x size. I have tried calling customer service multiple times without success. This is disappointing, especially because this was a Christmas gift.

I made a purchase with you on December 14th and paid for expedited shipping to receive it by December 23rd. However, when I check the website, my order is still listed as not shipped. The order number is [redacted] - [redacted]. Despite several attempts to call customer service, I have been hung up on each time, which is disappointing. The website only mentions that the order is received and the item is being prepared. I find it frustrating that there hasn't been any progress with shipping my Saint Louis Blues women's hoodie.

I purchased a Nationals jersey from Fanatics on November 2, [redacted]. However, it was not shipped until December 2, [redacted]. The estimated delivery date was December 24, [redacted]. To my surprise, on December 23, [redacted], I received an email thanking me for the return and stating that a refund will be issued. This was confusing because I never received the jersey to return it. I ordered the jersey well in advance for Christmas, and now I'm left without the gift I planned. I am disappointed with this situation and would like to receive the jersey promptly without another two months of waiting.

Today is December 23, [redacted]. My order number is [redacted], but I don't have the last four digits. I have been attempting to cancel this order since December 21st, but have been unable to reach anyone in the company. I am very frustrated with the lack of assistance - the customer service seems non-existent. I demand that my order be cancelled, and I will be returning it. I did not create an account, so I do not have a login. After completing my order, the final price was $70.33, but I noticed that my bank account was charged $95. I reviewed the prices and discounts, and the total does not match the amount deducted from my card. I would appreciate a refund of the overcharge. I purchased a Georgia Bulldog hat and hoodie for $65. I received the same order a week later at a higher price of $95 without my authorization. I contacted customer service, and they promised to email me instructions to return the items. However, I have not received a refund yet, and this unexpected charge has caused an overdraft on my account. However, FedEx indicates it is still "Pending," suggesting that the product has not been handed over for shipping. Unfortunately, trying to resolve this with Fanatics' online support has been frustrating, as it only repeats the shipment details without offering any real assistance. I am unable to reach a live person or send a direct message to resolve this issue. Consequently, I am left without a gift for my brother. Disappointing experience overall.

I am very disappointed with the recent mishandling of my order with Fanatics. I ordered a Nick Bosa San Francisco 49ers Nike [redacted] NFL Draft First Round Pick Game Jersey on November 30th with the understanding it would arrive before Christmas. After much frustration and multiple failed attempts to contact customer service, my item only shipped on December 19th. To make matters worse, the delivery date was changed from December 21st to December 30th without any notice until the 21st. The lack of communication and delays have been incredibly frustrating, especially since this was intended as a Christmas gift. I urge Fanatics to improve their logistics and customer service to prevent these issues in the future. The lengthy delay and lack of assistance have truly disappointed me as a loyal customer.

I purchased 5 hats from Fanatics.com, but I only received 1 hat in the package delivered by the shipping company, LaserShip. When I track the package, LaserShip claims it has been delivered, but the remaining 4 hats are missing. Both Fanatics and LaserShip are unresponsive, with no one returning my calls after multiple complaints. Dealing with their customer service has been frustrating, and I feel like I wasted a significant amount of money on the missing hats.
