I am inquiring about my package ordered on August 12th at 12:30 am. Unfortunately, I do not have a tracking number for this order. Despite providing my email, [redacted], I did not receive any shipment confirmation. The expected delivery date was August 14th, but as of August 15th, I have not yet received the package. I am a FedEx Ground employee and am concerned about not receiving my order. I am unable to track the package on the Fanatics website as my Zip Code and Email do not match their records. The $85.39 payment has already been debited from my account. I urgently require assistance with tracking my package and clarification on this issue. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Today was my first experience using the Fanatics website. I encountered two peculiar issues while attempting to place an order. Initially, the prices of items in my Cart fluctuated within minutes. For example, the Green Bay Packers Newborn Full Zip Raglan Coverall – Green displayed as Sale $17.49 Ends in 15 hours, then increased to $18.74, and finally reverted to the original price of $24.99. Furthermore, despite trying to apply the advertised promotion code 30SHIP from the homepage, it did not activate. When I attempted to contact support via "CHAT," the service seemed consistently unavailable for the past 5 hours. Subsequently, out of the 5 items in my Cart, 4 experienced price adjustments. If such discrepancies are common on this website, I am hesitant to proceed with my order.

I purchased a watch as a gift (#21-5[redacted]) and was assured it would arrive by 8/28. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a tracking number by that date. After contacting Customer Service to cancel, only the excess fee I paid for expedited delivery was refunded. Despite my efforts, the watch was delivered by FedEx on the afternoon of 8/29 and left on the porch without requiring a signature. I tried to reach out to Fanatics twice to inform them of the refusal of the delivery, but the emails were returned due to an incorrect address. The FedEx representative mentioned it was scheduled to arrive on 8/30 and noted no instruction from Fanatics for a delivery by 8/28.

I recently purchased a golf glove with a "One size fits most" label. However, upon trying it on, I discovered it was too small. I have initiated a return and refund request, but noticed a $9.99 shipping deduction from my refund. This seems unreasonable as the item only cost $25, resulting in a 40% deduction. Despite the "fits most" claim, I am not unusually large. Initially, I mistakenly thought the purchase was from Amazon, where returns are free at Kohl's. Upon realizing it was from Fanatics, I appreciated the [redacted]-day return policy but was disappointed by the unexpected shipping charge. I purchased two shirts from Walmart's website. Unfortunately, both shirts were too small, and after washing, the lettering on one started to come off. Walmart directed us to reach out to customer service. However, there seems to be an issue with the order or reference number provided. We simply want to return the shirts, receive a refund, and move forward. Despite speaking with a representative over the phone, we have made no progress. Since the items were sent to our address, I don't understand why you can't retrieve our details using that information. The total value of the items is $50. Thank you.

I recently purchased two sets of Patriots silicone grip glasses. Unfortunately, the grip color is red instead of blue, and the silicone keeps coming off the glasses. I would like to return this order and receive the correct items with a secure grip. I have been a loyal customer and never had any problems before. I have been trying to reach out via phone but it keeps disconnecting after one ring. Please provide me with instructions on how to return the incorrect items and receive the right ones.

I am very unhappy with my recent order (Order #21-5[redacted]). The grey hoodie I received is a size 4XL instead of the 2XL I ordered. Additionally, the green customized hoodie has spots on the sleeve, but according to your policy, it cannot be returned. It is frustrating that because I requested customization, I am stuck with the item even if it is faulty. I have been a satisfied customer in the past, but this experience is making me reconsider ordering from your company again. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you.

There seems to be a discrepancy between the prices displayed initially and what was charged at checkout for my T-shirts. The screen showed a discount of $6.25, bringing the price down to $18.74 per shirt, which didn't reflect in the final total. An additional charge of $14.99 for faster delivery was added without my consent, as I didn't select this option. Not being able to review my order before submission is frustrating and seems intentional. I request for the correct price of $18.74 per shirt to be honored and the $14.99 delivery charge removed or adjusted. If this issue can't be resolved, I would prefer to cancel the order.

I have experienced difficulty with Fanatics due to late shipments and multiple packages. Despite contacting them, the long wait times and lack of resolution have been frustrating. Their 90-day return policy starting from the order date, not the shipping date, poses challenges when items arrive after expected. Some orders remain unshipped, putting me at risk of exceeding the return window upon receipt. Additionally, there have been instances of receiving incorrect items, indicating inventory problems. It seems they substitute products without notification when faced with shortages, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction.

I ordered 2 of the New England Patriots 5'' x 7'' Flip Flops Repositionable Decal but only received one. I thoroughly checked the box and packing paper, but it was missing. My Order #: [redacted]-[redacted]. I am happy with my other items but would like to receive the missing sticker. I also returned a hat from Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] due to size and was supposed to be refunded the $10.00 shipping fee. I am unable to access my account. On 10/22, I contacted customer service about a missing return label for a Yankees T-shirt. My account had no order history. The representative had me log off to merge my history, but I couldn't log back in afterward. Reaching out on 10/23, the next representative couldn't assist after trying different devices. On 11/4, another ticket (#[redacted]) was submitted, with a promise of a response within 24-72 hours. Following up on 11/13, supervisor Kenny attempted to help by resetting my password, but I encountered an error message. Despite promising to escalate the issue to IT, the problem persisted. Another supervisor, Quashaun, offered to credit my FANCASH but suggested creating a new account. Dissatisfied with the service, I am frustrated and seeking resolution for my account access and FANCASH utilization with Fanactics.

I recently purchased some Christmas gifts, but the shirts I ordered for young boys are not the standard sizes. I spoke with someone last week and was expecting an email with a return label, but I never received it. Now, it's been a week, and I still haven't gotten a response. I wanted to return the items for a refund and reorder the correct sizes. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the representative I spoke with last week, and the person I talked to today was even harder to understand, so I had to end the call. I contacted Fanatics last night, and the representative mentioned that I would need to wait until my credit card was billed to verify if I completed the order correctly. After answering several questions at the end of the ordering process, I was unsure if the order was successful. However, I later received a confirmation email for the order. While the order seems correct, I would appreciate it if someone could review the end of the process to ensure I did not unintentionally sign up for any additional services.

I recently purchased a long sleeve Yankees T-shirt from your website. Upon opening the package today, I noticed black smudges all over the shirt. I'm not sure if this is a flattering design, and I would prefer to have a new one. I intended to gift it to someone for Christmas, and I would appreciate it if a replacement could be arranged.

I recently reviewed my email confirmation for order 21-5[redacted] and realized that the "Black Friday" coupon discounts were not applied. I contacted your live chat support and was informed that the coupon couldn't be applied after the fact. I am requesting either the application of the discounts and adjustment to my invoice, or immediate cancellation of the order. If the order is shipped without the discounts, I will need to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Please cancel the order or apply the coupon before shipment on 12-5-19. I will not cover return shipping costs if the order is cancelled after delivery. My purchase was based on the Black Friday promotions, and I expect them to be honored. Thank you. Kris M. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] is concerning as the delivery seems to have encountered an issue according to FedEx. Kendra Miller paid via PayPal but has not received the order yet. The provided tracking information indicates the shipment as damaged and unable to be delivered. Unfortunately, there is no scheduled delivery date available as of now. Kendra is eager to receive the socks for her grandson in time for Christmas. Thank you!

I used PayPal to make the payment, but my order has not arrived. Upon tracking it with FedEx, I received the following update stating the package is damaged and undeliverable.
