A video was posted featuring my friend and me, suggesting we were threatening and bullying another individual. We had already messaged to clarify the situation, but the video has spread on Facebook, tarnishing our reputations. I am unable to access Facebook to address or view the comments being made. Despite efforts by others to explain the truth, our comments are being deleted. The police investigated the incident and confirmed it was a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the person who posted the video has a history of conflict with us and refuses to remove it. The video was meant as a joke, and the individuals involved do not object to it. Despite acknowledging the video's falseness, the poster refuses to take it down, causing distress through hurtful messages and misunderstandings. It is essential to find a solution to remove the video as it misrepresents us, given that the police have already resolved the issue. The poster is misusing the video as a form of revenge, despite knowing its true nature, which is impacting us negatively on social media.

I am having trouble creating a Facebook page to stay in touch with my family. Last week, I tried to set up an account for the first time. Initially, I uploaded a photo of Mystic Conn because I didn't have a picture of myself at that moment. A few days later, I feared I made a mistake and resubmitted all my details with a photo of myself. Shockingly, I received a message saying my account has been disabled even though I hadn't even started using it. I visited the help center and learned the reasons for the disablement. It seems my account was disabled for not meeting Facebook's policies, particularly regarding the use of authentic names. I typically go by Jerry, but my legal name is Gerald, so this might have caused the issue. I am unsure how to resolve this matter and proceed with creating a Facebook page to connect with my family.

After sharing a news article and images about black children being segregated in a South African classroom on Facebook, I encountered an issue with confirming my identity. Facebook flagged suspicious activity and prompted me to verify my account by matching friends' names with pictures. Despite correctly completing this step, my identity was not confirmed. I then tried matching my comments to my profile, yet I still faced the same issue. Even after logging in with my username and password, the problem persisted, repeatedly prompting me to confirm my identity. Subsequently, I found myself locked out after numerous attempts. The same situation occurred today, where I faced challenges confirming my identity via the verification process multiple times.

Hello Facebook, I'm Sue Stuht from Taylor Communications. My company is curious about the impact of EU's PSD2 on credit card transactions. Will customers notice extra steps for authentication with their credit card banks during payments or account management? Are there any upcoming changes to credit card payments by your company to comply with PSD2? If yes, when are these changes anticipated to be rolled out?

I recently decided to deactivate my Facebook account and solely use Messenger on my phone with my phone number. After getting a new iPhone, I had difficulty only accessing Messenger. I unintentionally reactivated my entire account multiple times due to unfamiliarity with the new device and being unable to close the page. My attempts to resolve this issue led to my account getting blocked. I am unable to communicate with my family now, as my account is linked to the email [redacted], with Messenger under the phone number [redacted] and username Kat Buch. I had a "family" group chat with a profile photo of me with brown hair in a bun wearing a blue and white flower shirt. Can you please unblock me from using Messenger? I apologize for the confusion and intend to delete Messenger from my old phone to see if that helps resolve the issue.

Hello, I am reaching out to address a concerning issue involving my sister Megan Cabaniol's Facebook account. We have identified the person responsible for hacking into Megan's account as Anna Marino. Marino has a history of harassment in berkshire county, Massachusetts, and has pushed individuals to the point of contemplating suicide. I fear that if she is allowed to stay on Facebook, someone may be seriously harmed. I will be contacting the authorities regarding her harassment of my sister. It is crucial that action is taken. Anna Marino requires assistance just like my sister, and her harmful actions on Facebook are exacerbating the situation for her and many others. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you sincerely.

Hello, I recently received an invitation from a friend to become an admin on their public figure page. After being asked to submit a photo to verify my identity, my account was disabled. This account holds sentimental conversations, photos, and fan pages, as I am a live streaming comedian and motivational speaker launching my brand. I have invested in Facebook ads and spent time building my brand on this platform, and I am devastated by the account's disabling. I kindly request the restoration of my account as it is essential for my work and personal connections. I had plans for upcoming content and tours across Canada to share the beauty of my country with my followers. I understand this may seem like pleading, but please consider my situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards.

After a week of online study, consulting with two experts, receiving assistance from friends and an IT specialist, I successfully initiated a Facebook Messenger Group Chat in three different ways. As the owner of the business account and administrator of the private group "Gospel Illustrator Academy GROW Group," it appears that members must contact me first via Messenger before I can initiate a group call or communicate with them. Although my wife and daughter can start the call from their personal accounts, I am unable to do so even if they message me beforehand. I believe that I need to host the call to have a larger screen for demonstrations and interactive feedback. Question #1: How can I achieve this? For Question #2a, I am curious if the group leader can mute participants selectively or recognize specific individuals. In a small group setting with background noise, muting might eliminate the need for everyone to have headsets except for the leader. Question #2b: Could the missing muting feature be due to the others not having business accounts? Question #2c: Does Messenger Group Chat offer the muting feature or am I confusing it with other platforms? Moving on to Question #3a: Is there a way to save a Messenger Group Call list to initiate group calls with all online members at a designated time, rather than contacting each person individually for every meeting? Question #3b: If this is possible, how can it be accomplished?

Hello, my name is S.M. Anderson. Around 1 or 2 weeks ago, I got locked out of my Facebook account due to suspicious activity notifications. Despite resetting my password multiple times as recommended, I found myself completely logged out later without being able to access it using the new passwords. I tried to recover the account via email and a phone number, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email or phone associated with the account. My Facebook was initially set up under [redacted] in [redacted]. I am worried about losing my photos and connections. I am willing to provide any necessary information like old passwords, friends, personal details, and work history listed on my profile. My birthday is March 26, [redacted], and I reside in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, having previously lived in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I attended North High School and my recent job on the account is Stable Living. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and had to reinstall all my apps. When I tried to log into Facebook, it prompted me to enter a two-step verification code that would be sent via SMS. However, I never received the code. I've been attempting to log in daily as I've been logged out for several months now. I would prefer not to create a new account.

My Facebook account was hacked, so I contacted Facebook for support. They advised me to block the hacked account, create a new one, and inform my friends not to accept requests from the old one. Initially, everything was fine with the new account. However, I received three emails within an hour stating my new account was inactive due to a friend reporting it as impersonation. Regarding case #[redacted][redacted], the email requests personal information to reinstate the account, but I am unsure if it is legitimate or another hacker's scheme. Many friends and I have experienced fake messages from hacked accounts. It would be helpful if Facebook offered phone support to address such concerns.

It seems like my Facebook account was hacked since it got frozen recently. I was prompted to set a new password, which I did. However, after that, my account got frozen again. When attempting to recover my account, I followed all the steps but the code sent to me was not working. Despite multiple tries, the code kept being declared invalid. I even tried to recover my Messenger account without success. Eventually, I unintentionally created a new account with my name and picture out of desperation. Now, I am faced with the challenge of having this second account that was started in error.

I am facing a frustrating issue with Facebook. I have been unexpectedly blocked from posting in groups, commenting, and even sharing on my own page with no clear explanation provided. Despite following the rules, I received a notification about the block without any apparent reason for it. Another upsetting incident involved reporting an account named "Hood Rat Hoffman" that was harassing my father. Unfortunately, Facebook took no action against this account. Shortly after, I found myself blocked from activities on Facebook without justification. I urge Facebook to unblock me promptly as I believe I have done nothing wrong. It is unfair that I am unable to post on my page due to this unexplained block. Unless this issue is resolved within 24 hours, I will have to deactivate my account, as this restriction is truly unwarranted. Furthermore, I request that Facebook address the harassment from the "Hood Rat Hoffman" account linked to my father. If no action is taken, legal steps may be pursued against Facebook for allowing such behavior to persist on the platform. If these matters are not resolved promptly by Facebook, we will be forced to take matters into our own hands, potentially leading to legal action against the platform for negligence in handling harassment issues.

I'm writing to apologize for the pictures I shared with you. I work as a photographer and graphic designer/illustrator, and often use my own photos for practice, giving them unusual makeup looks, like the last one you saw. My friend suggested I send that one to show my face, which I had used for practice. I have many pictures of myself, but they are either casual social ones with others or taken from a distance with just a phone camera, making them too small. I usually don't keep basic photos of my face without makeup, as I transform them into Fantasy Art. I have numerous files with various pictures, so I might come across a more suitable one. However, my main issue is time, as I am establishing a new business on the Isle of Man. Every moment I can't use Facebook means potential loss of income, as I planned to showcase my work and attract clients through a page on the platform. While waiting for your response, I will search through my files for a better picture to send. This situation is confusing, as I was using Facebook until recently to chat with someone from the Faroes, whom I also used as a model for a few portraits. I'll make sure to find a suitable image from my files.

My account has been disabled after someone hacked into my father's Facebook account. I tried to message my father's account to stop the hacker, who was using it to ask for money from his friends. After my father's account gave a thumbs up, my own account suddenly logged out and was disabled. I am unsure of what happened and would like to regain access to my Facebook account. I hope for your assistance in resolving this matter and enhancing your company's services. Many individuals, especially in the Philippines, encounter similar issues. Have a good day.

My Facebook account was hacked back in January, around the time I relocated to a different state. Unfortunately, both my cellphone and laptop were also stolen. The hacker removed my phone number from the account, changed the associated email address, and made posts that do not reflect me at all. They even accepted a friend request on my new account that I sent to check if they still had access. I'm extremely frustrated because I can't recover my account since I don't have access anymore to my previous login methods and don't know the new email attached to it. This account was crucial for my two businesses and had over 3,[redacted] friends. I'm concerned about the damage being done to my name and reputation. The account belongs to Angel Rios and the profile picture features my son and his friends. My current account, under the same name with my photo, is the one I still control. Please assist me in deleting the compromised account.

I created a Facebook account in [redacted] with a photo of a black and white cat. I administer a closed group supporting newly divorced women who need daily access to me. While trying to update my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted] and my email from [redacted] to [redacted], I accidentally set up a new account with the email and phone number. After updating my Apple system, I forgot my password and lost connection to FB. Despite many attempts, I've been unable to change the email and phone number back and delete the new account that lacks any posts or friends. I keep getting messages that the email and phone number are linked to another account. I urgently need help resolving this issue to access my original account. Please reach out to me, Lou Latta (aka Lou Humphreys), at [redacted]. Thank you.

While chatting on Messenger, I noticed a light blue cloud bubble appearing during the conversation. It didn't happen every time, but some of the words I typed seemed to be misunderstood due to potential translation. I'm concerned if the other person was using translation software. The profile in question seems suspicious, as it was recently created and some responses seemed like someone with limited English proficiency. I'm unsettled by the situation; can someone explain why the light blue cloud bubbles appeared for certain words? I fear my account might have been compromised. Should I report this to the appropriate authorities like Homeland Security? This incident has left me feeling very anxious.

As a local musician, I rely on Facebook and Instagram to showcase my music. Recently, both of my accounts were disabled for impersonation. Despite submitting multiple appeals, I have not received any responses via email after providing my ID and personal details. I was able to briefly regain my Instagram account with the help of a Facebook representative through a new page, but it was disabled again the next day. I urgently need to discuss this matter with a Facebook or Instagram representative over the phone to clarify the situation and prevent future disablements. The absence of my social media accounts is negatively impacting my music career, and I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently made a purchase from a company named Maqwe and encountered some issues. After ordering an item, the store disappeared, and the invoice led to a page not found error. The order was placed on July 20, [redacted], for a "Just $[redacted] Today & Free Shipping | [redacted] Best A Light And Compact Campe" in Smoke Grey Sunflower Yellow. Although payment was taken, no product has arrived after more than 3 months. The promised shipping notification never came, making us question the legitimacy of the purchase. My spouse and I now realize the price was too good to be true, indicating a potential scam. We seek guidance on lodging a complaint and exploring the possibility of receiving a refund.
