I initiated a fundraising campaign for myself, Suzanne Levinson, to travel to England to visit Gary Glitter with a goal of $[redacted]. Despite one day remaining with no contributions, a woman donated $50. She claims she did not make the donation and accused me of taking it from her bank account. I wish to clarify that I would never engage in such behavior. This woman, listed as a friend on my profile, goes by the name Carrie Anderson. However, she now has a different last name, listed as Carrie Anderson Froelich in the threatening message. I suspect she might be a hacker attempting to intimidate me. She mentioned involving the bank and threatening legal action against me. Feeling pressured, I shared my phone number with her. I am currently at the doctor's office and will not be available until 4:30 Pacific Time. I seek guidance on how to handle this situation, close the donation, and ensure the $50 gets returned to its rightful owner.

For a few years now, I have been hosting a weekly show on Facebook Live called "Sunday Morning Live with John M." Our weekly viewership has been steadily growing, now averaging about [redacted] views per week. Last week's show went well; however, there seems to be an issue with the view counter as it has frozen at 71 views. This number is incorrect as we continue to receive new likes and comments without the view count adjusting. We realized that we mistakenly entered the wrong date for last week's show, as 4/17/19 instead of 3/17/19. Even after correcting this error, the view count remains the same. We are seeking an explanation for this anomaly, ways to prevent it in the future, and assurance that the view count for next week's show will be accurate. I encountered an issue with my Facebook account last week when I was prompted to confirm my identity with a password. Unfortunately, I used the incorrect password. Now, I am unsure if I have been locked out or if my account was compromised. I attempted to verify my identity by submitting a photo of my I.D., but the date of birth on the I.D. does not match what was entered when I initially created my account years ago. At that time, I was required to be at least 18 years old to open the account. I also shared a picture of my employment business card to prove my identity, as it matches the employment information on my profile. However, I do not have any other forms of identification with both my name and picture. I am hesitant to create a new account due to the personal photos shared with family members who reside out of state. I have been locked out since the 12th and have exhausted all my options. I am seeking assistance in obtaining an unlock code to regain access to my account and photos.

I'm having trouble with the code generator for accessing my account. I've attempted multiple times, but my account is now blocked. Despite trying various verification methods like sending a picture with a handwritten code and providing my government ID, I haven't received any email on how to resolve this issue. I recently upgraded my phone, and the code generator doesn't appear on my new device or computer. Even after confirming with T-mobile that they are not blocking the texts, I'm still not receiving the code. I urgently need to regain access to my account and remove the two-factor authentication that was unexpectedly enabled after my phone's last update.

My advertising accounts have been disabled for the past 4 weeks, and I'm struggling to understand why this has happened. I've been seeking support to rectify the issue so I can continue to grow my community and promote my page. Unfortunately, I haven't received effective assistance. The support system seems inefficient and bureaucratic, with polite representatives who don't provide solutions or valuable information. Initially, I had one advertising account disabled, and after speaking with a phone agent, I was advised to create a new account. However, this second account was also disabled shortly after. Despite chatting with multiple agents, my accounts have been temporarily fixed only to be disabled again later. One agent suggested that my past work at a radio station might be the issue, as their ads could violate Facebook's policies, even though I left the station in [redacted]. I have attempted to advertise using an old Facebook account and a credit card from Spain, but the card was promptly disabled. The previous payment method I used was also disabled. I am feeling desperate and hope to receive help from someone with the expertise to thoroughly analyze the situation and resolve it.

Recently, I noticed strange activity on my account, like a lady praying on Tuesday and a post from YouTube this morning. Even though I received verification codes via email ([redacted] and [redacted]), I was locked out after multiple attempts. My phone number linked to the account is [redacted], but I am in the process of updating it to [redacted]. I am concerned as this account is essential to me. I am currently experiencing defamatory content on your platform authored by Lii Manif, who is allegedly Joanne Sayers. I am requesting access to the information related to the origin of the posts to address this troll behavior. It is imperative to close the Lii Manif account along with the accounts linked to Joanne Sayers, Paula, and Emma Cobb. The false and malicious statements made by Lii Manif about myself and my book are not just defamatory but also propagate hatred and threats. I am considering legal action against Joanne and any accomplices. If Facebook does not intervene by removing this fraudulent account, I will take legal action against the platform as well. Allowing such trolling behavior to persist tarnishes my reputation on your site. I urge you to review the messages sent by Lii Manif to Debbie Howes, who also recognizes the true identity behind the account.

I am facing challenges due to disabilities - a brain injury and dementia - and accidentally created multiple Facebook pages, although I primarily used just one. Recently, my access to all accounts was revoked for unknowingly violating policies, which I overlooked because of my condition. Penalizing someone with disabilities for forgetting is unjust. I got locked out of my Facebook account because it wouldn't accept my phone number. Although my phone was stolen recently and replaced with the same number, I had been able to use Facebook without issue until today. Even after changing my password, I couldn't log in. I reached out to Cyberlyncers LLC for help, and they claimed I had been hacked. They charged me $[redacted].00 and requested my credit card information for future charges. Despite not giving them the security code, they still charged me. I'm unsure if they are legitimate. Can you assist me with my account issue and verify if I was genuinely hacked? I spoke with American Express about canceling the charge, but I want to regain access to my Facebook account. Any guidance would be appreciated.

While having a conversation with my girlfriend over a Facebook call, we were also listening to music on YouTube in the background. Unexpectedly, both our accounts were temporarily blocked. Luckily, they were unblocked after 15 to 30 minutes, and we resumed our call. However, my account was then permanently disabled out of the blue. Each time I try to log in, I am directed to a security check page asking for a six-digit code to confirm my identity. Despite requesting the code to be sent to my phone number multiple times, I never receive it. This has been going on for over a month now. On Sunday, March 18th, at around 9:45 PM, my 90+ year old friend, E.M.H., gave £50 to my Facebook BUTRON YMCA Fundraiser, but the amount was deducted three times from her account. Enid M. Harwood, who lives alone, is very unwell and now faces financial difficulty until her next pension. Unfortunately, in a state of panic, she accidentally logged out of Facebook and forgot her password. She also encountered issues with her mobile phone and is unable to use it. Despite reaching out to Facebook and the YMCA, they insist she needs to fill out a specific form herself, which she is unable to do without assistance. Her bank declined to help her in this situation. I have arranged online grocery delivery to ensure she has food. As I am quite far away and have a young family, I am unable to physically assist her. Any immediate help would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday, my account was hacked. The alternative email address I usually can access has been changed, and my phone number is no longer working. Additionally, the password has been altered. I attempted to recover it through the Facebook hacked accounts recovery process, but it still requires a code from an email I cannot access, even though I specified it as inaccessible. This method seems futile. Is there another way to recover my account? My name on Facebook is Angelo Guimbao. This account holds immense importance for me as I have numerous pictures saved with no other backups, confidential messages, and contact information of long-lost relatives. I recently broke my new iPhone, which was linked to my email and Facebook accounts. A while back, I had to reset my Facebook password due to a hack and now I can't access it as I forgot the new password. I lost access to my account back in [redacted]/[redacted]. I recently discovered it still exists when searching on my current Facebook profile. I forgot the email and password associated with the old account. The email and phone number linked to it are outdated. I have tried resetting the password without success due to lack of access to the old email and phone number. When checking the account information, I only see the username "tokupu.kyeptho" without the email domain. I want to restore my old account, as I have important evidence to prove my ownership. When I try to log in to Facebook by entering my username and password, after pressing enter, it redirects me to a page where it asks for my mobile phone number. Upon entering my number and clicking continue, it prompts me to input a 6-digit code sent to my mobile, which I never receive. Even after requesting a resend of the code, I am still not receiving it. There are orange keys next to the login and code entry boxes, and despite trying to report the problem through the provided option, I am stuck in a loop leading back to the code entry page. My phone is working fine as I receive login codes from my bank and credit card provider for internet banking. I have repeatedly asked for the 6-digit code to be emailed to me, attempted to change my password and retrieve my account without success. Despite leaving feedback about this issue, I have not received any help or replies from Facebook to resolve the matter. I am unsure why my account has been disabled as I have not violated any Facebook rules.
