I am concerned about a situation involving a fake Facebook account created using my friend's name. This imposter has been harassing my friend's family members and causing significant distress. My friend is feeling overwhelmed and is even considering self-harm. I have attempted to deactivate the fake account but have been unsuccessful. I can provide the details of the fake account, including the profile picture. Any prompt assistance or advice on how to handle this distressing situation would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my account. I reached out to three out of five friends to retrieve the codes as instructed, which I did successfully. However, I keep receiving an error message stating that the entered codes do not match. I have proof of the correct codes through screenshots. My login email is [redacted], and my name is E. Mouradian. I have followed all the necessary steps, and I just need to regain access to my account with the correct password. Please assist me in resolving this issue. The codes I received are as follows: - From Fran: [redacted] - From Jocelyn: [redacted] - From Lauryn: [redacted]

I have an old account with the same name and details as my current one, which I created when I was 12. It has random friends and an old phone number I can't use for verification. The account is quite basic with minimal activity. I have access to the email, username, and password but can't verify with the old phone number. It is causing issues for my friends who try to add me on both accounts. I would appreciate assistance in either recovering access to the old account or deleting it.

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. It seems like I may have unknowingly posted something that doesn't align with Facebook's policies. I mostly share personal photos of food, friends, and landscapes, so I'm unsure where the issue lies. My friends who view my posts also don't see anything inappropriate. I'm keen to understand what specifically caused this problem. Thank you, Rita Durez-Suomalainen

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account. Last week, I changed my password and tried to add a new phone number because I moved from Kenya to China. Unfortunately, the system required approval through my old Kenyan number, which I no longer use. Now, I am unable to verify my account through any of the three methods provided: 1. Approving logins on another device prompts no notifications since I only use one computer and my previous phone. 2. Getting a verification code sent to my current phone number is not possible as I am no longer using my old number. 3. Uploading my national ID in various formats has been unsuccessful. I have had this account for about three years, and it has all my contacts from Kenya. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.

I recently got a new phone and struggled to remember my email address and password for Facebook. I eventually recalled my email but not the password. Now, I'm locked out of my account and the only way back in is through friends chosen by Facebook, but I'm not familiar with them. Another option is to provide ID, so I tried uploading a photo of my Australian driver's license multiple times, but it keeps failing due to a supposed unstable network. I'm puzzled by this issue and really don't want to create a new account. I hope to receive assistance soon.

Dear Facebook team, I hope you can take a moment to consider my feedback regarding the current design of the 'like' button on your platform. Many users tend to simply 'like' posts without fully engaging or understanding the content. This leads to a lack of genuine interaction. The availability of other reactions like 'love', 'haha', 'sad', or 'angry' is sometimes overlooked. Could you please take into account my suggestion? Setting the 'love' react as the default option could enhance user experience. Love is a universal expression that can fit any post. By making this change, we may reduce the prevalence of superficial 'likes' and encourage more meaningful interactions. This adjustment could create a more pleasant atmosphere on Facebook. I appreciate your consideration of this proposal. Thank you.

About ten days ago, I created a new Facebook account and was requested to provide identification. I promptly submitted a photo of my Ohio driver's license. However, I have not received any response from Facebook since then. I am eager to start using my account and would appreciate knowing when I can expect to hear back regarding its approval. The account was set up under the name Steven Geise on February 26, [redacted]. I would be grateful for any information on the status of my account approval.

While visiting New Orleans for Mardi Gras, my phone, ID, and credit card got stolen. Now, I can't access my Facebook account because it requires verification through the code generator sent to my old number instead of my new one. I've tried several times, even sent Facebook a picture of me holding a code, but got no response. The email linked to my account is [redacted] This account is crucial for my business appointments, and I really need to regain access. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hi, I'm Gabby. I don't have Facebook, but I use Messenger. I recently got a new phone and I'm trying to log into my Messenger account, but I'm unsure about the email or phone number I used. Initially, I tried my phone number from when I created the account, but it didn't work with my password. I reset the password via SMS, logged in, and found myself in someone else's Messenger. When I tried using my email, it said my email doesn't exist as an account.

I am having trouble accessing Facebook and contacting my Trusted Friends. It has been a while since I used this account, but I can access the Gmail account associated with it. I recently changed the password for the Gmail account, so if there is any suspicious activity, I would like to verify my email and possibly unlock my Facebook account by verifying my backup email/primary Facebook account linked to it. I was able to reset my Facebook password, but I am confused why I can only verify through Trusted Friends when I don't remember opting into this feature. Thank you.

Facebook is informing me my account may have been compromised and is requesting a password change for me to access it. I prefer not to change my password and would like to keep using the same one since [redacted]. I understand the security concerns, but I feel comfortable with my current password. If there has been unauthorized access, I will handle it myself. Please allow me to access my account without forcing a password change. Thank you. The account in question is under the name Ali Decker.

My friend was selected as a winner of a Facebook promotion in late [redacted]. She holds the promo ticket numbers, including ticket, batch, and serial IDs. My account has been compromised. After opening a new one, you shut it down. I have consulted my lawyer, and we are pursuing legal action against you. Mark has been interfering with all my accounts, and my lawyer has given him a warning to stop meddling with my account. We will sue you, including my husband and my son, J.R. Galuszka, for continuously interfering with my accounts. Furthermore, the International Singer Songwriter Association will also take legal action against you for shutting down my page. I demand my account, under the name Terri Morrows, to be reinstated promptly. My lawyer is prepared to take necessary steps to hold your company accountable. It is frustrating that there is no legitimate phone number to reach you and no live person for assistance. Thank you, Terri Morrows.

I am struggling to log in to Facebook because it keeps stating that I have requested too many SMS codes. How long should I wait for a new code? Alternatively, how can I go about recovering my account? I am unable to locate the help section or a question mark symbol on the app page because they do not seem to be available. I am also having trouble finding the code generator as there are no options on the login page. I may not have set it up properly in the first place. I have sent pictures of my driver's license multiple times. Could you please advise me on how to receive assistance?

I was logged into my account when I got suddenly logged out. Now, it's asking for a code that was supposed to be sent to my phone, but I never received it. The only phone number linked to my account is [redacted]. Please remove any other numbers on file and help me regain access to my account. I've submitted my photo ID and a picture with a code, but I haven't been able to retrieve my page yet.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because I forgot my password. I tried to reset it, but the issue is that the phone number and email linked to my account are outdated from my previous job. I added my new email, went through the steps, entered the verification code from the email, but it failed to verify. I have invaluable pictures stored on the account that I urgently need. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Angie.
