I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account due to losing access to my 2FA codes after switching phones. Despite trying the login help options, I'm unable to log in without the 2FA code. When prompted to input the code from Google Authenticator, I cannot do so because it wasn't transferred to my new phone. The alternative authentication methods provided by Facebook are not viable for me as I don't have access to the required devices. I am looking for a way to either remove the 2FA or use a different method such as SMS or email to regain access to my account and data.

I have encountered issues with my Facebook Business pages for quite some time now. I have tried reaching out via email with no success. Despite setting my posts to public, I am only reaching a minimal audience, sometimes less than 10 people. Additionally, my Shopify account is supposed to be linked to Facebook, but no content is transferring between them, nor is anything appearing on Instagram. I am only able to post manually to see any activity. I am seeking assistance to investigate any potential broken links between Shopify and Facebook/Instagram and determine why my visibility is low with no engagement. Hello, last Tuesday, my Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked. I was alerted when I received an email from Facebook stating that my account was suspended due to inappropriate behavior. Upon investigation, I discovered that the hacker had posted inappropriate content, resulting in both my Facebook and Instagram being disabled since they are linked. I attempted to appeal this decision last week with no response and no opportunity to explain why my accounts shouldn't be permanently deleted. I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication from Facebook as I have had my accounts for 13 and 11 years respectively, containing important photos and videos. I am hoping for assistance in regaining access to my accounts and preventing the loss of all my valuable data due to this unfortunate hacking incident.

Hello, I am having trouble logging in because my profile has been hacked. I am unable to recover it as the code is being sent to a fake email address, [redacted], which is not mine. Additionally, my phone number has been removed without any notification. I have attached photos of the correspondence with the hacker. I have tried to recover my profile through my wife's account but have been unsuccessful. How can I verify my identity and update the primary email address and password on my profile? Hello, My advertising/payment account was disabled due to hacking. Unauthorized access occurred during March/April [redacted] resulting in fraudulent ads running on my Instagram and Facebook. Upon noticing, I requested Facebook to disable my account. Following the incident, I have not attempted to run any ads. Currently, I seek to reactivate my account for ad placements on Instagram (@homedesigntutorials). Despite multiple attempts to address this with Meta, automated responses persist. I am frustrated with this ongoing issue and desire personalized assistance. While one message claimed my account was reactivated, ad running remains disabled. I have provided previous transaction evidence via PayPal and bank statements, which were refunded by Facebook post explanation. All payment details remain unchanged. I believe my account was compromised some time ago. My friends started receiving friend requests without my knowledge. When I attempted to reset my password, I couldn't recall my login details since I signed up a long time ago. Each time I tried to enter the verification code, it was rejected. My daughter shared a Facebook link with me, but I am unable to reset my password or create a new account due to the same issue. Despite receiving codes, they were consistently rejected. Hello, I believe my account was hacked today and it got disabled before I could take any action. I was using Facebook and Messenger in the morning to chat with my mom and aunt, and suddenly I was logged out. When I attempted to log back in, I noticed that the profile picture had been changed to a black background with white letters, possibly in Arabic. Since then, I have been unable to access my account. I have uploaded my ID multiple times, ensuring all corners are visible and the document is clear, but I keep receiving a message that my ID is not being accepted. I have also tried with my passport. This situation is incredibly frustrating not just for my personal account, but also because it is linked to my business account, and all the content is now inaccessible. I urge you to investigate this matter. I need to regain access to MY account. It seems it was hacked, and I was unable to take any action before it was disabled. My account has been hacked. If you review my profile, pages, and business page, you will see that I am not associated with any harmful behavior, and my content is centered around love, light, and art. I am a small artist who paints and creates. I painstakingly built my Business page step by step, and now I have lost access to everything. Yesterday, I deactivated my account after using it for several years. I was surprised to receive a message this morning stating that my account had been disabled for not following the "Community" standards. I'm unsure of what I did wrong as I believe everything was in order. It seems there have been changes to the website, but I was under the impression that I had deactivated my account correctly.

I am not a Facebook user. I recently reported an identity theft and filed a police report on January 20, [redacted], after discovering that my mobile phone and laptop were hacked. Google technicians traced the hackers to Singapore using 7 levels of encryption. Despite not being a member of Facebook, I received an email asking me to confirm my identity, which led to a [redacted] error page. The email came from my AOL account, [redacted] The email stated, "A user just logged into your Facebook account from a new device, iPhone 11 Pro. We are sending this email to verify it's really you." When I try to report the user, I encounter an error message. This email was located in my Spam folder. I need assistance to address issues with banks, Social Security, Department of Motor Vehicles, Verizon, Google, and more, as I do not have a Facebook account and use an Android mobile phone.

Last Tuesday, my Facebook account got hacked due to a malicious link. Someone changed my name and profile picture to "Jerry Avenaim," which left me terrified. Despite my attempts to rectify this by changing the details back, I received a message stating that my account had been disabled. I struggled to regain control, and eventually found a way to recover it even though it was disabled. However, our relief was short-lived when we received a message from Facebook saying that the decision to disable my account was final and irreversible. To add to the distress, the same attacker also hacked my Instagram account. Although I tried to correct the name and picture promptly, I was redirected back to Facebook each time. Now, I am unable to access my accounts due to the disabling of my Facebook profile.

I am in urgent need of assistance to recover my hacked Facebook account. My Facebook account, which I have had for over 10 years under the name Stephen Tsayum, was compromised on 26/1/[redacted]. Despite reporting the issue multiple times to Facebook support and the Disabled team, I have not seen much progress towards resolving the situation. The hacker has been using the account for fraudulent activities, including financial crimes. It is concerning that such criminal activities are happening under Facebook's watch. The hacker, identified as a Nigerian criminal who accessed my account with an Infinix Hot 10, has changed the account name to Daniel Miller. I am disappointed by the slow response from Facebook's security team. Even when the hacker attempted to access my Twitter account on the same day, it was promptly stopped. I provided my driver's license to prove my ownership, but despite receiving an email about a login code being sent to [redacted], I have not received it. I urgently need access to my personal photos and reels. I created a new profile under Kizzy Stanley with my daughters, as I lost access to my old account due to the hackers gaining entry through my cellular account. I encountered a hack on my account and believed I had deleted the old page and started a new one. However, issues arose as strange posts were being made to my friends that I did not send. It seems like the hacker continued to use the first page I thought was deleted. Suddenly, I received a notice about a community standards violation without any explanation of what specifically violated the standards. I am unsure how to handle this as the hacker is still active. Around the same time, I started receiving video calls from an individual who was intoxicated and previously threatened me with computer-related actions. I do not understand why my account was flagged for a community standards violation, and I feel helpless with no option for a review of the alleged violations.

On the morning of January 28, my account was deactivated, despite having two-step authentication in place. I use this account to manage business pages. When I tried to log in, I received a notification saying my account would remain deactivated for 30 days. They suggested that if I felt unfairly treated, to reach out for compensation, but I am unable to send messages through Saforth's inbox. I received this message from Facebook explaining the reasons for the deactivation and content removal. I am requesting assistance in restoring my Facebook account, which I have utilized since [redacted]. Numerous years of my personal life history are stored here, along with business page accounts. My account was initially hacked, but after a long struggle, I managed to recover it. However, a month later, Facebook locked my account citing unusual activity. They informed me, "Nikoloz, we locked your account to keep it safe." This happened on December 19, [redacted].
