My personal account faced advertising restrictions on May 20, [redacted], despite not running any ads. I attempted to appeal to Facebook by using the "Request Review" button on my account page. To appeal, I had to provide my identity verification. I submitted the same document used for verifying my identity to run certain types of ads. The next day, I was notified that the Identity Confirmation failed. Unfortunately, the "Request Review" button is now grayed out and unusable, preventing me from reapplying. Despite numerous support tickets, I have not received any assistance or effective appeal forms.
