I have had an account for over 7 years. I was last in the account before April 14th. Now when I try to log in, I am told my account has been hacked. The email address I used for the account is no longer valid, but I cannot change it. I can still log in with the password I remember, but I keep seeing a message saying my account is locked. I have tried to recover it with no success. There are over 7 years of photos in this account, and I am very upset that despite trying everything, all I see is 'Imna your account is locked.' This is my family account. My other account under [redacted] will show the pictures matching with [redacted] I just want to regain access to my account. Thank you, Yumna/Imna.

My Facebook account was disabled recently after a series of attempts to verify my identity. I had set up a website for marketing, purchased a product, and paid for an ad on Facebook. My account was stolen and the perpetrator changed the password, email, phone number, and activated 2FA. I successfully recovered access, added an email, and changed the password. However, I'm stuck at the 2FA stage. When submitting my ID, the webcam and cameras on Microsoft Surface, Pixel 5, and Galaxy S10+ result in extremely blurry pictures. Despite passing that step, the system won't accept the uploaded JPEGs. A quick red message pops up mentioning technical difficulties before the page refreshes, throwing me back to the login screen. I've attempted different browsers and ensured the documents (driver's license and passport) are clear. Unsure what steps to take next to bypass or remove 2FA.

Instagram, which is owned by Facebook, suspects unauthorized access to my account and needs to send a confirmation email. Unfortunately, I had used a fake email address for my account when I was younger to protect my privacy, and now I am unable to receive the confirmation email. I have been locked out of my account, despite attempting to recover it by submitting a photo with a code, my name, username, and face. My account was compromised. The hacker changed all my recovery information like email and phone number, and even set up 2-step verification. Despite resetting the password through Facebook's help section and ID verification, I still cannot access my account because of an unknown browser prompt asking for a code. I am not receiving this code and suspect the hacker is getting it instead. The Facebook help options keep leading me back to the login page, which I can only partially access with my password. I am stuck without any way to enter the required code. Even my wife tried to report the account as compromised, but it appears to be deactivated or deleted by the hacker. I accidentally clicked on an option in my Facebook account, which prompted me to enter my phone number. After providing my phone number, I received a code ([redacted]) to verify my identity. Upon submitting this code, I was asked to upload a photo of my National ID card. Despite sending the required information, I received a message stating that my account would be disabled in 30 days due to limited staff availability during the COVID-19 pandemic. I joined Facebook a few years ago when I did not have a National ID card. Since obtaining my ID card a month ago, I realized that my date of birth on Facebook does not match the one on my ID card. This discrepancy has led to the possibility of my account being disabled. I am seeking advice on how to address this issue. The scammers posed as a trusted friend on Facebook and tricked me into giving my account details for a supposed online business opportunity. I now cannot access my account as they changed my password and linked email. I need to recover my account promptly to prevent them from scamming others in my friend circle. Good morning, I am writing this email as I have made several reports from the Facebook page of Atelier Ritratto Sposa in Badia Polesine and from the management profile of Mktg Ritratto Sposa, but have not received any response. I could no longer access the profiles, everything was blocked, saying there was no internet connection and to try again. Now, since yesterday, it says there are issues and to try continuing in English, but it still doesn't work. The Atelier profile is for work and is causing quite a few problems being blocked. I needed to make posts for marketing purposes but I cannot, only trying from the linked Instagram profile. I ask for your help. The owner of the Atelier, Mrs. Alessandra Bregolin, who also used to be an administrator, has her profile Alessandra Bregolin, but since we switched to the Atelier's profile for business, everything is blocked. My account has been locked since April 1st, and when I try to reset it through the Help link, there are no instructions. I find this situation frustrating and believe it might be due to a joke by some moderators, which I do not appreciate. There have been suspicious logins to my Google account from a Galaxy 8 phone that I do not own, indicating potential hacking. Moreover, questionable activity has been observed on my PayPal account, prompting me to report it to the fraud department and the police. I am considering seeking guidance from my MP and a solicitor regarding what I perceive as ongoing harassment by Facebook's admin team. While others are allowed to post freely, I am directed only to mental health support groups when attempting to post, which I view as unfair treatment.

In January, when I tried to log onto Facebook, I found that my account had been disabled. My Instagram account was also blocked, and I couldn't access my gaming account either. Perhaps it was because my Facebook and Instagram were linked. After following steps to reactivate my Instagram account, it has been restored. However, I am facing issues with my Facebook account as I no longer have access to the login email [redacted] or the connected [redacted] The same goes for my phone number, +[redacted]-[redacted]. I believe Facebook might have sent feedback to my Yahoo email, which I cannot access. This Yahoo email was created in [redacted] for my Facebook account, and I didn't realize how important the login email would become. Please check the link between my Facebook and Instagram accounts. My Instagram and Twitter accounts are linked to the Gmail email [redacted]/fb/ig/twitter/[redacted] I kindly request that Facebook restore my account as all my memories and pictures from years are stored there, including my gaming profile. I currently have a Facebook business account that was previously linked to a personal account using the same company name. I made the mistake of changing the birth date on the personal account to the company's date of establishment, resulting in the account being disabled for being under age. Facebook requested a verified birth certificate to re-enable the account. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a matching document as the account is in my company's name, not mine. Facebook rejected my business license submission because they require a verified document with my picture on it.

My Facebook account, which I've had for about 9 years, was hacked by someone posing as a government official named Ron James from the Federal Government Grants Department. Initially, I was contacted via Facebook Messenger by someone claiming to be my fraternity brother Steven Jones from Phi Beta Sigma Inc. Through various means, they targeted my Cash App, Facebook, checking account, and lines of credit, making balance transfers and withdrawals via gift cards. My Facebook and Instagram accounts were deleted on April 18th due to this scam. Friends alerted me that my hacked account was reaching out to them about government loans and asking them to buy gift cards. I've lost access to my accounts and all the memories, contacts, and family pictures stored there. I've been unable to regain access through my Instagram handle "STEPHANIEANN8336" or my Facebook under "STEPHANIE ANN, ATLANTA," using my full name, phone number, email address, or even providing my driver's license to Facebook for reactivation.

After updating Facebook and Messenger, I lost access to my FB account. The system kept saying my email address wasn't found, my phone number couldn't be located, and my password was incorrect. I discovered a Hotmail email associated with my name through an online search, which I realized was fake. How could a fake email take over my Gmail account of twenty years and lock me out of my FB account with [redacted] friends and a group with nearly a thousand members? It's distressing to think a hacker used a fake email to exploit my identity. I am the only person with my name, Milburn R Peach, and I can provide federal photo identification to prove my identity. I am determined to reclaim my stolen account even if it means involving federal and state authorities. This breach of privacy on such a large social media platform like Facebook is concerning.
