I need to bring a checked bag on my one-way flight from Gatwick to Mahon on EZY [redacted] on March 12th. However, I am unable to add this bag online as it allows for return luggage only. Customer Service was not able to assist me in booking this either and instructed me to pay for the bag at the airport's baggage drop. They didn't clarify if I should check-in online first or handle it all at the airport, and could not provide the cost comparison between adding the bag online versus at the airport. I am unsure if I should add the bag for both legs of the journey even though I don't need it for the return trip. Customer Service was not helpful at all. I would appreciate it if someone could give me clear answers to these basic questions.

We, a group of four, were flying from Alicante Airport to Belfast. When we arrived at Alicante, my husband needed a wheelchair. After transferring to the departure lounge, I handed over our passports and boarding passes to a staff member, who returned them immediately because we did not have the required Location form to re-enter Belfast. Despite having it for Spain, we were unaware we needed it to return. EasyJet personnel were not able to assist due to the lack of a reception desk. Sadly, we missed our flight and had to book expensive seats on a Ryanair flight, costing us [redacted] euros to travel to Dublin and then by bus to Belfast. Due to my husband's medication needs and the unexpected travel expenses, I kindly request a refund of our EasyJet flight cost, as the situation was beyond our control. It was a challenging experience for us.

I am looking to travel with my infant. EasyJet has strict rules regarding the number of infants allowed on board. I encountered errors multiple times while trying to book various flights. To test the system, I attempted to book a specific flight. Although I did not intend to confirm the booking or make the payment, I received an email stating the booking was confirmed without my consent. I am seeking a full refund without incurring any cancellation fees.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention that with regard to our upcoming flight to Hurghada in [redacted], we encountered an issue regarding the luggage allowance we were initially informed about for our rescheduled flight. Although our original booking included a large and small cabin bag, the boarding pass we printed did not mention the large cabin bag. We seem to have misplaced the email or letter from Easyjet explaining the luggage policy. I am experiencing difficulty accessing the EasyJet app as it consistently shows an error, resulting in a double booking for the same flight for one person on a single day. I have been charged for both flights despite only needing one. Unfortunately, contacting support seems impossible. To navigate the app, I must repeatedly exit and restart it and create a new password, which I have done three times due to persistent issues. I urgently need assistance to cancel the booking and payment linked to K33Q2SV, as I have insurance and intend to fly with the booking reference K33Q492. Speaking with a representative is crucial in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I am writing regarding the flight I booked to Malaga for May 2nd. Initially, I accidentally booked to travel with 3 x 23kg bags instead of just one. After contacting the help chat line a few days later and speaking with Siirik, I provided all the necessary details. Siirik mentioned that he would rectify the problem and issue 2 refunds to my credit account within 7 days. Upon receiving my credit card statement, I noticed two transactions on February 4th and 5th. The first was a charge of £70.98, followed by a credit of the same amount which canceled out the initial charge. While I made an error in my booking, it seems there may have been some confusion in the refund process. My EasyJet account number is K2ZCNWH. Thank you for your assistance.

Last year on 6/03/[redacted], my husband and I had our return flight from SSH-MAN canceled due to covid. Despite multiple attempts on ‘manage my bookings,’ I am unable to re-book the same flights from SSH-MAN. I have contacted easyJet customer services four times with three different agents explaining the issue but have not received any assistance. Currently in Sharm El Sheikh, I am unable to call customer services for help. I just want to utilize the free transfer flights that I am entitled to. Our booking references are Carol Mcneil K1M3FQ2 and Robert Slight K1NWRW1. Subject: Request to Hold Reservation Good morning, I have a reservation with Easyjet from 25th to 28th March to visit friends in Belfast, with reference no: K2RZGPP, which has been booked for several months. Today, I received a call from my friend informing me that her elderly mother was admitted to the A & E department early this morning due to possible heart problems. She is undergoing tests, and may need hospital admission pending results. Due to these unforeseen circumstances, I would like to inquire if it is possible to hold my ticket 'open' for a later date. I wanted to share my experience regarding my return flight from Amsterdam to Gatwick. Originally, I booked the return flight for April 19th and changed it to April 24th. I initially paid over fifty pounds for the ticket. When searching for another date, I found a flight for fifty-two pounds, which seemed reasonable. However, I later realized this price included my original payment, which was not clearly displayed during the booking process. I am disappointed with this pricing structure, as it made my return flight more expensive than anticipated. I hope you can assist in reducing the price to match my original booking. Upon our return to Manchester from Hurghada on an easyJet flight with my family, including a 4-year-old child, we experienced a concerning situation. The stewardesses mentioned that the airline would be changing suppliers after our flight. Unfortunately, by row 8, the food and drink options were severely depleted, and by row 25, there was no water available. This lack of service and amenities was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the safety concerns for a young child. The overall experience was far from satisfactory. Regards, M. Hello, I recently flew with EasyJet from Dubrovnik to Larnaca with connecting flights through London Gatwick. Unfortunately, my guitar was lost on the first flight. I used the app to report the missing luggage and requested for it to be sent to Atlantica Aeneas hotel in Cyprus. The airline has located my guitar, but they are requesting the receipt at London Gatwick, which I currently have in Cyprus. I am unable to provide it in person as I am already in Cyprus. This has impacted my ability to fulfill a contract as a musician, and I urgently need assistance with this matter. I appreciate a prompt response to resolve the situation quickly.

Our early morning flight from Paris to Nice from Charles De Gaulle airport (CDG) was canceled and rescheduled for a much later time, causing us to lose a day on our trip. The airline changed it to an evening flight, resulting in us needing to cancel our plans. I discovered another flight departing early morning from Orly Airport, but I can't make the change online due to it being a different airport. I don't want a refund as the current price is $[redacted] more than what I paid initially. Can I switch to the Orly flight without extra fees since the cancellation was by the airline? The original flight EJU3991 from CDG on April 25, [redacted], was canceled and I hope to change it to easyJet [redacted] from ORY at [redacted] arriving at [redacted]. The return flight on April 28 from Nice to CDG remains the same. I'd appreciate not having extra charges considering the situation being the airline's cancellation. Booking number K1LZKG7: I have booked a return flight from Pafos to Bristol departing on the 18/4/22 and returning on the 4/5/22. Although I successfully obtained boarding cards for the outbound journey, I encountered an issue trying to check in for the return leg. The message prompted me to visit baggage check for resolution. Given the previous cancellations by your company, I am hesitant to follow these instructions. My request is to receive email confirmation assuring me that on 4/5/22, I will be able to board the plane at Bristol.

On April 7th, I took flight EZY [redacted] from London Gatwick to Madrid Adolfo Suarez - Barajas. While reviewing my travel expenses and documentation today, I noticed a missing amount of money ($[redacted]) that could have fallen when presenting the documentation at the pre-boarding area. Dear Support Team, I want to share my disappointing experience regarding my recent flight with Easyjet. Despite arriving an hour and a half early to the airport, I missed my flight due to long queues at ticket checkpoints and security. When I reached the Gate at 6:38, it was already closed, even though the plane had more than 20 minutes before takeoff. This is my second time flying Easyjet, and previously, a flight was delayed without clear information on Gate arrival times. I understand the importance of arriving early, but I believe Easyjet could consider delaying Gate closure for emergencies and provide passengers with timely information. However, as I do not have a confirmed travel date to Europe yet to utilize the voucher, I kindly request an extension of its validity. The voucher was originally issued due to flight cancellations caused by COVID-19. On April 22nd, I made a flight booking for John T., Christine C., and Dominique C. through eDreams for flight K3F1H7M. Regrettably, using eDreams was a mistake as they deceived me into believing I was getting the best deal, but only added a markup to the ticket cost. Upon reviewing my CapitalOne MasterCard statement, I noticed two charges: one from eDreams for $94.99 and another from Easyjet for $[redacted].22. I had opted for the free cancellation through eDreams. I am requesting Easyjet to cancel this booking within the 24-hour limit. Once cancelled, kindly notify me and eDreams so I can reclaim the $94.99. eDreams has a poor rating of one star from [redacted] reviews out of [redacted]. I can be contacted in the US at [redacted].
