On March 20, [redacted], my card ending in [redacted] with pin [redacted] showed a balance of $[redacted]. After two grocery store transactions, I noticed discrepancies in my remaining balance. Despite spending around $83-$85, the register displayed around $65, leading to the need to return some items like herbal detox tea and supplement packets not covered by EBT. This balance inconsistency not only causes inconvenience but also reflects negatively on me in store lines. I hope EBT coverage will expand to include more items. My renewal form was submitted on Monday, but I have not received my benefits yet. I was told they would be posted immediately. Since I have no other income and couldn't get my benefits on the 1st, I have been struggling to feed myself for over a week. I have Epilepsy and HIV, so my benefits are vital for my survival. My food stamp benefits usually arrive on the 21st of each month. However, last month, in March, they were missing. While my kids did receive the P-EBT benefits, my monthly benefits were not deposited. I am unsure of the reason for the delay and have not received any notices or updates in the mail. It is crucial that this issue be addressed promptly as I am currently depending on family support to feed my children. I hope to resolve this situation soon.

I recently ordered a new card due to my old one being damaged. Upon receiving and activating it yesterday, I was surprised to see only $1 on it instead of my expected benefit amount. Now, when I try to access my card through the [redacted] number, it indicates there's an issue. Further attempts on the portal show that my username is listed as NULL, prompting me to reset my password. Unfortunately, I am entirely locked out and unable to gain access to my account. I recently placed a grocery order on walmart.com using my food stamps. After making a $[redacted] order today, I tried to place another order for my kids under a different account but was told my card was declined, even though I should have had $[redacted] left. When I checked my purchase history, I noticed an extra charge of $97. I suspect someone may have used my card or there was a system glitch. Since I only have an online card, it had to have been used for delivery or pickup, likely at Walmart. I need help to investigate and possibly cancel the extra charge. This month has been unusual for me as I usually receive an additional $[redacted] from Snap/EBT to supplement my food budget. I have already spent approximately $[redacted] this month but did not receive the second half of my benefits on my card. After calling the Snap/EBT [redacted] number, it indicated I have $[redacted] remaining, yet when I attempted to use my card, it showed a balance of zero dollars. I'm in Florida and the Florida EBT customer service line is terrible; it's impossible to get through to them. I am disabled for the first time in my life, and they completely cut off my food stamps without replacing them. They were supposed to be on there by the 7th. I usually get $[redacted] a month, and dealing with this issue is really difficult for me right now. They need to reset my account and allow my food stamps to go through without any unnecessary interviews. Nothing in my situation has changed except for updating my mailing address because I am still homeless. I really need some assistance with this.

I have been unable to utilize my Cash Benefits for the past three months. Whenever I attempt to use the card, I receive a message stating "This payment couldn't be authorized," whether online, at an ATM, or in a store. Despite contacting EBT multiple times without resolution and reaching out to my local DHS office, who claim it is beyond their control, I have not received a response from Walmart either. This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating.

On Monday, June 5th, [redacted], I visited my local DWSS for my benefits recertification. The process was smooth, and the agent assisting me was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Towards the end of the interview, the agent asked if I still had my EBT card, to which I confirmed. When I attempted to use the card the next day at the market, it was denied. Upon trying to contact the customer service number on the card, I received an automated response stating the number was invalid. I am having an issue with my SNAP card showing as an invalid card number. I successfully completed my re-certification at DWSS last week on June 6th. I am certain that I am eligible as per my paperwork, and the agent instructed me to continue using my previous card. I am experiencing difficulties with my worker who is handling my case. After providing all the necessary pay stubs, she claimed they were incorrect. I then ensured I provided the correct ones, but she now says one is blurry. I promptly sent a clear picture of it. Despite putting in considerable effort, she is delaying the process. I urgently need my food stamps reactivated, and she is not being helpful. I have left her numerous voice messages, but she takes days to respond. I recently received a letter from the Florida Department of Children and Families stating that I had to use the benefits on my EBT card within 30 days or it would be canceled. Surprisingly, I was unaware that I had been receiving EBT benefits and had never received the card. Unable to reach anyone for assistance, I decided to cancel the card, and they mentioned that a new one would be dispatched within 7 to 10 business days. The balance on the card is $23, which would be really helpful to me. However, I am still awaiting the arrival of the new card. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you.

I contacted the automated number on the back of my card to request a replacement due to damages. The card has scratches on the black bar, causing it to be declined at the store. The automated system mentioned I should expect the replacement card in 7 to 10 business days. I want to confirm that my request was successfully processed. I made the request on 08/11/23. Additionally, I've noticed others on this forum expressing concerns as their 7 to 10 days have passed without receiving their new cards. Is this a common issue affecting everyone? If so, what is causing the delay? If I do not receive my card before September 1st, will the funds currently on the card still be available for my use?

As a concerned Florida resident, I value the importance of programs supporting those in need. While I believe in ensuring no child goes hungry in our country, I have observed delays at the register when individuals using EBT cards make multiple transactions. Recently, I witnessed a couple ahead of me swiping their card multiple times, causing a delay as the clerk sorted numerous receipts. I am curious about the reasons behind these extended processing times and why it seems that some individuals may be taking advantage of the system.

Due to domestic violence, I've had to move and haven't been able to update my address for mail. Now, without recertifying on time, I have no funds for food this month. I've been on hold for two days, each time waiting for hours only to be disconnected. The case worker I get transferred to doesn't stay on the line. It's my third day trying to reach someone without success. Not having access to food is a serious concern. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

My friend used me as a contact for his food stamp application. We are rarely together, and he hasn't received his food stamp card after waiting for two weeks. The woman I spoke to was rude and canceled his food stamps, claiming I said she couldn't call back. She reacted badly and refused to fix the issue after 3 o'clock. Hello, my name is Sarah Rae Haynes. I recently moved to Sioux Falls but left my EBT card in Lake Andes. I contacted my family to have it sent over since I misplaced it during the move. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the card had been canceled. I did not initiate this cancellation and was advised by a particularly unhelpful customer service agent named Calandra that I had.
