I attended the Celtics game on October 27th, [redacted], with my family of five. We purchased five tickets for $[redacted] and were seated in section [redacted], row 4, seats 1-5. Unfortunately, these seats were unsafe due to a significant incline, which scared my kids. Despite asking three different ushers, we were unable to find alternate seating. A helpful lady on the concourse level informed us that our tickets did not allow us to relocate. After the game, while watching free throws, a security guard asked us to leave the area. We barely saw five minutes of the game. I kindly request a full refund for the tickets purchased at the box office. It seems the upper tier of the arena is not family-friendly. -Juan F. I attended College Night on 02/01/[redacted] and spent a significant amount on tickets with the dream of shooting a free throw on an NBA court, specifically the Pistons court that I love. However, the staff's behavior was extremely disappointing. While holding my wife's belongings, the staff rudely threw the ball at me, causing all our stuff to fall. They pressured me to hurry, making the experience unpleasant. When I tried to hand my wife her belongings and my phone to capture the moment, the staff refused, insisting on not having time for videos. This treatment was disrespectful and rushed, contradicting the family-oriented image the organization promotes. As a devoted Pistons fan, I was shocked by the staff's behavior, which ruined the special moment for my family and me. I hope the organization addresses this issue and ensures that future events are handled more respectfully. A refund or an apology would be appreciated for the disappointing experience I had paid for.
